Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour un moyen de fragmentation comportant un arbre de coupe (100) sur lequel sont fixées de façon amovible une pluralité de dents de coupe (10), un porte-dent (20) agencé sur l'arbre de coupe (100), qui est pourvu d'une butée (23) munie d'un perçage de logement (22) et qui est prévu pour le logement d'une dent de coupe (10) pourvue d'un perçage traversant conique (11), et comportant une vis (50) traversant le perçage de logement (22) pour la fixation par coincement de la dent de coupe (10) dans le porte-dent (20) au moyen d'un boulon de serrage (30) pourvu d'un perçage central (32), qui présente un cône antagoniste (31) coopérant avec le cône du perçage traversant (11), le boulon de serrage (30) pouvant être serré dans le perçage traversant (11) de la dent de coupe (10) par la vis (50) menée à travers le perçage central (32), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans le porte-dent (20) est prévu au moins un premier siège (21) conçu en forme prismatique,
    b) sur la dent de coupe (10) est prévu un pied (12) coopérant avec le siège (21),
    c) lors du serrage de la dent de coupe (10), le pied (12) est serré dans le siège prismatique (21) du porte-dent (20) et contre la butée (23).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le porte-dent (20) comprend un second siège prismatique (24).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le perçage traversant conique (11) dans la dent de coupe (10) et le cône antagoniste (31) du boulon de serrage (30) sont réalisés de façon congruente.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une douille mise en place entre le boulon de serrage (30) et la dent de coupe (10).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la circonférence extérieure de la douille est congruente au perçage traversant (11) et la circonférence intérieure de la douille est congruente au cône antagoniste (31).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tôles de serrage (60) sont agencées entre le siège (21, 24) dans le porte-dent (20) et le pied (12) de la dent de coupe (10).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une douille (40) est mise en place dans le perçage de logement (22) de la butée (23).
  8. Arbre de coupe comportant plusieurs dispositifs selon l'une des revendications précédentes, agencés en répartition sur sa circonférence.
  9. Arbre de coupe selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque porte-dent (20) comprend deux sièges prismatiques (21, 24), et deux porte-dents respectifs (20) sont agencés en décalage l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte que le premier siège prismatique (21) du premier porte-dent (20) est à l'opposé su second siège prismatique (24) du second porte-dent (20).
  10. Arbre de coupe selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le pied (12) de la dent de coupe (10) est serré dans les deux sièges prismatiques (21, 24).
