Claims (10)

  1. Device for a comminuting apparatus, with a cutting shaft (100) on which a plurality of cutting teeth (10) are releasably fastened, a tooth support (20) which is arranged on the cutting shaft (100), has a stop (23) provided with a receiving bore (22) and is provided for receiving the cutting tooth (10), which is provided with a conical passage bore (11), and with a screw (50) projecting through the receiving bore (22), for the clamping fastening of the cutting tooth (10) in the tooth support (20) by means of a clamping bolt (30) which is provided with a central bore (32) and has a mating cone (31) interacting with the cone of the passage bore (11), wherein the clamping bolt (30) can be clamped in the passage bore (11) of the cutting tooth (10) via the screw (50) which is guided through the central bore (32), characterized by the following features:
    a) at least one first prismatically configured seat (21) is provided in the tooth support (20),
    b) on the cutting tooth (10) a root (12) is formed, the root interacting with the seat (21),
    c) during clamping of the cutting tooth (10), the root (12) is braced in the prismatic seat (21) of the tooth support (20) and against the stop (23).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tooth support (20) has a second prismatic seat (24).
  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the conical passage bore (11) in the cutting tooth (10) and the mating cone (31) of the clamping bolt (30) are formed congruently.
  4. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a bushing is inserted between the clamping bolt (30) and the cutting tooth (10).
  5. Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the outer circumference of the bushing with respect to the passage bore (11) and the inner circumference of the bushing with respect to the mating cone (31) are congruent
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that clamping plates (60) are arranged between the seat (21, 24) in the tooth support (20) and the root (12) of the cutting tooth (10).
  7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a bushing (40) is inserted in the receiving bore (22) of the stop (23).
  8. Cutting shaft with a plurality of devices arranged distributed over the circumference thereof, according to one of the preceding claims.
  9. Cutting shaft according to Claim 8, characterized in that each tooth support (20) has two prismatic seats (21, 24) and in each case two tooth supports (20) are arranged offset with respect to each other in such a manner that the first prismatic seat (21) of the first tooth support (20) lies opposite the second prismatic seat (24) of the second tooth support (20).
