Claims (14)
- Beutelreservoir für ein Ausgabegehäuse unter Druck, eine Kuppel (1), einen Napf (2) zum Tragen eines Ventils (4) und einen Beutel (3) beinhaltend, wobei die Kuppel (1) den mit dem Ventil (4) ausgestatteten Napf (2) aufnimmt und fest mit dem Beutel (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Kuppel einen umlaufenden Bund (14) beinhaltet, der ausgeführt ist, um sich an einem oberen Rand des Gehäuses anzulegen, um das Gehäuse zu verschließen, wobei der untere Teil der Kuppel (1), auf den ein Kragen (31) des Beutels geschweißt ist, ein Sockel (11) zur Aufnahme und dichten Befestigung des Kragens (31) des Beutels (3) ist, wobei die Außenseite des Sockels die Innenwand des Kragens (31) des Beutels aufnimmt, der Sockel (11), der einen röhrenförmigen Fuß der Kuppel bildet aus einer durchgehenden Wand senkrecht zu dem umlaufenden Bund (14) gebildet wird, eine zentrale röhrenförmige Öffnung der Kuppel definierend, und wobei die Kuppel, die den Napf aufnimmt, ein Becken (12) zur Aufnahme des Napfs zum Tragen eines Ventils beinhaltet, wobei der Sockel (11) und das Becken (12) durch die zentrale röhrenförmige Öffnung zum Füllen des Beutels und zum Auslaufen des Produkts in Kommunikation sind, wobei das Becken der Kuppel eine umlaufende Wand beinhaltet, die mit einer überstehenden Kante (13) ausgestattet ist, die einen Wulst zum Crimpen eines Bundes (21) des Napfs bildet.
- Beutelreservoir nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Außenseite des Sockels (11) aus einer durchgehenden Wand gebildet wird, an der sich die Innenwand des Kragens (31) des Beutels anlegt, wobei die durchgehende Wand einen kreisförmigen zentralen Abschnitt und seitliche Verlängerungen aufweist, die sich derart verfeinern, um eine dichte Klebeoberfläche des Beutels anzubieten.
- Beutelreservoir nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, eine Quetschschutzvorrichtung (5) des Beutels beinhaltend.
- Beutelreservoir nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Quetschschutzvorrichtung (5) ein Tauchelement (51) beinhaltet, das sich in den Beutel einfügt, und ein Plättchen (52) zum Zurückhalten der Vorrichtung, die sich in das Becken einlegt.
- Nachfüllung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei das Tauchelement zwei beabstandete und seitlich versetzte Klingen (51a, 51b) beinhaltet.
- Beutelreservoir nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Klingen (51a, 51b) mit ergänzenden Anschlagprofilen (53) versehen sind, die ausgeführt sind, um sich einer Überlappung der Klingen übereinander zu widersetzen.
- Beutelreservoir nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei das Plättchen (52) am Boden des Beckens (12) eingepresst wird.
- Beutelreservoir nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das eine Nachfüllung eines nachfüllbaren Ausgabegehäuses bildet.
- Ausgabegehäuse unter Druck, ein Beutelreservoir nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und einen Gehäusekörper (6) beinhaltend, der den Beutel des Beutelreservoirs aufnimmt.
- Ausgabegehäuse unter Druck nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Kuppel (1) mit einem umlaufenden Bund (14) zum Anlegen der Kuppel an einen Rand des Gehäusekörpers (6) versehen ist.
- Ausgabegehäuse unter Druck nach Anspruch 10, einen Ring (7) zum Festziehen der Kuppel an dem Gehäusekörper beinhaltend, der mit einer ringförmigen Oberfläche (71) zum dichten Anlegen an dem umlaufenden Bund der Kuppel und dem Rand des Gehäusekörpers ausgestattet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutelreservoirs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt zum Schweißen des Beutels an einer Außenseite eines Sockels unter der Kuppel beinhaltet, einen Schritt zum Füllen des mit der Kuppel zusammengesetzten Beutels mit dem auszugebenden Produkt, einen Schritt zum Anbringen des Napfs zum Tragen eines Ventils an der Kuppel bei gefülltem Beutel.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutelreservoirs nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Kuppel als Halteorgan des Reservoirs beim Füllen des Beutels dient.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutelreservoirs nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei der Napf an einer Station einer Maschine zum Füllen des Beutels nach dem Füllen auf die Kuppel gecrimpt wird.
