Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wasservorratsbehälter für eine Waschmaschine oder Waschtrockner, der über eine freie Fließstrecke und einen Zulaufstutzen (8) an ein Wasserversorgungsnetz und über einen Saugstutzen (6) und eine in eine Zuführleitung eingebundene Pumpe an eine Wasser verbrauchende Einrichtung, insbesondere an ein hydraulisches Auswuchtsystem, angeschlossen ist. Erfindungsgemäß mündet der Zulaufstutzen in einen zur Decke (13) des Wasservorratsbehälters (7) hin geschlossenen und im Abstand von dessen Boden (11) offenen, im Wesentlichen senkrecht angeordneten, zum Abbremsen des zugeführten Wassers vorgesehenen Abbremszylinder (15) mit axialer oder tangentialspiralförmiger Wasserführung. Der Wasservorratsbehälter ist im Bereich seiner Decke (13) durch einen Luftsammelraum (14) erweitert, an den ein nach außen führender Überlaufkanal (16) zum Abführen von Luft und ein bestimmtes Flüssigkeitsniveau übersteigendem Wasser angeschlossen ist. Außerdem wird dadurch verhindert, dass beim Stoppen des Wasserzulaufs große Wassermengen in Richtung der freien Fließstrecke zurückfließen, so dass eine Kontamination des Wasserversorgungsnetzes nicht zu befürchten ist. Im Abbremszylinder 15 mitgeführte Luft kann bereits über den Längsschlitz entweichen. Im Wasser verbliebene Luft wird an den Prallelementen 18 abgeschieden. Die abgeschiedene, oberhalb des allmählich steigenden Wasserspiegels vorhandene Luft gelangt entlang der Entlüftungskanäle17 in den Luftsammelraum 14 und kann über den an den Luftsammelraum anschließenden Überlaufkanal 16 entweichen. Der Wasservorratsbehälter wird optimal entlüftet und es gelangt im Wesentlichen kein Luft-Wasser-Gemisch in den Saugstutzen 6. Durch das mit dem Luftsammelraum 14 vorhandene zusätzliche Volumen wird bei der Unterbrechung des Wasserzulaufs bei vollständig gefülltem Wasservorratsbehälter der Saughebereffekt unterbunden und der Wasservorratsbehälter kann bei hohem Füllstand nicht leer laufen. Über den Überlaufkanal 16 kann der Wasservorratsbehälter 7 auch für eine Türschauglasbespülung des Waschautomaten und mithilfe eines im unteren Bereich des Wasservorratsbehälters 7 angebrachten weiteren Ablaufstutzens für den Betrieb einer Dampfeinheit des Waschautomaten genutzt werden.
