Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) pour des pièces mobiles de meuble (2) présentant un corps d'amortisseur, lequel comprend au moins deux parties de corps (3, 4) entre lesquelles est disposée au moins une bague d'étanchéité (5), dans lequel une des deux parties de corps (3) présente une forme complémentaire (6) destinée à retenir la bague d'étanchéité (5), dans lequel la forme complémentaire (6) présente, en coupe transversale, un contour différent d'une forme circulaire, caractérisé en ce que la forme complémentaire (6) présente une courbure exclusivement positive.
  2. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la forme complémentaire (6) comprend au moins un axe de symétrie (7, 8), de préférence exactement deux axes de symétrie.
  3. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la forme complémentaire (6) comprend deux parties convexes (9, 10) présentant un premier rayon de courbure, qui sont reliées par deux parties convexes (11, 12) présentant un deuxième rayon de courbure différent du premier rayon de courbure.
  4. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la forme complémentaire (6) en direction de sa plus grande étendue (13) est 1,5 à 2,5 fois, de préférence environ 2 fois plus grand qu'en direction de sa plus petite étendue (14).
  5. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contour de la forme complémentaire (6) en direction de sa plus grande étendue (13) présente une grandeur de 7,5 à 10,5 mm, de préférence d'environ 9 mm.
  6. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (5) est constituée sensiblement de caoutchouc nitrile.
  7. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la forme complémentaire (6) comprend au moins une partie en forme de rainure et/ou au moins une voie de coulisse.
  8. Dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre de fluide (15) comprenant au moins un piston (16) monté dans la chambre de fluide (15) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer, de préférence linéairement, est formée dans le corps d'amortisseur, et en ce qu'un dispositif d'entraînement (17, 18) est destiné à déplacer le piston (16) pendant la course d'amortissement.
  9. Ferrure de meuble (19) comprenant au moins un dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 destiné à amortir un déplacement de la ferrure de meuble (19).
  10. Ferrure de meuble (19) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la ferrure de meuble (19) est réalisée sous la forme d'une charnière de meuble, dans laquelle la charnière de meuble comprend un boîtier de charnière (20), lequel est relié par au moins un levier articulé (21) à un bras de charnière (22), et dans laquelle le dispositif d'amortissement (1) est agencé dans ou sur le boîtier de charnière (20).
  11. Ferrure de meuble (19) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle au moins une chambre de fluide (15) comprenant au moins un piston (16) monté dans la chambre de fluide (15) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer, de préférence linéairement, est formée dans le corps d'amortisseur, et dans laquelle un dispositif d'entraînement (17, 18) destiné à déplacer le piston (16) pendant la course d'amortissement est prévu, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'actionnement (23) monté mobile sur le boîtier de charnière (20) peut être soumis à l'action du levier articulé (21), et en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (23) est accouplé en mouvement au dispositif d'entraînement (17, 18) pour déplacer le piston (16).
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'amortissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - la fourniture d'au moins une bague d'étanchéité (5) circulaire,
    - l'étirement de la bague d'étanchéité (5) dans une forme différente d'une forme circulaire présentant une courbure exclusivement positive au moyen d'un dispositif d'étirement (24),
    - la fixation de la bague d'étanchéité (5) étirée sur une forme complémentaire (6), laquelle présente en coupe transversale un contour correspondant à la forme d'étirement de la bague d'étanchéité (5), dans lequel la forme complémentaire (6) est agencée sur une première partie de corps (3) d'un corps d'amortisseur, et
    - la réunion de la première partie de corps (3) à une deuxième partie de corps (4), dans lequel la bague d'étanchéité (5) est agencée entre les deux parties de corps (3, 4).
