Description

BESCHREIBUNG  DESCRIPTION
Gurtglied belt member
The invention relates to a belt member for a belt member ammunition as a holder and for transporting an ammunition to be supplied to a weapon. In particular, the strap member is to allow the passage of a closure of the weapon through which the ammunition is pushed out of the belt member and placed in a barrel. In his backward movement then takes the closure with the sleeve and puts them back into the belt member.
According to DE 10 2005 045 824 B3, a device for loading a machine gun is known in which the ammunition is supplied to a weapon barrel or cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel by a closure supplied in a straight line. The ammunition, which is located in the lower shell of a weapon-side rotor, is added.
With the DE 10 2005 028 571 B4 a belt for ammunition body is published, which has a flat drawstring and a loop band, which are interconnected. The drawstring consists of a low-stretch material and the loop band of a material of limited elasticity. The ammunition bodies are held in the loop band. A belt member made of plastic material describes the DE 202 05 689 U1. Such plastic girdles do not allow for flexible delivery of the ammunition. In addition, a quick connection and disconnection of the belt is not possible.
Alternatively Metallgurtgüeder be used. A separation device for such belt members is described in DE 10 2009 031 286 A1. A Wegwurfvornchtung such separate belt members disclosed in DE 10 2009 031 285 A1, a safety gear DE 10 2009 056 735 A1. A disadvantage of Metallgurtgliedern is that they are very rigid and not very flexible. A cartridge belt member of a half-shell-shaped bent part DE 36 35 467 C1 can be removed. The DE 86 27 789 U1 used for a flexible Gurtkanai sheet metal.
A strapped ammunition, in which the belt member acts as a cartridge chamber, describes in addition to DE 10 2010 017 876 A1 also DE 10 2011 111 201 B3. These are belt members of an ammunition for a multi-barreled weapon.
DE 44 17 782 C2 discloses a self-loading grenade ammunition cartridge belt with adjacent cartridges, which are each surrounded on its outside by a tight-fitting, annular belt member all around. Each belt link is provided with an eyelet and a hook.
DE 12 22 824 A deals with a cartridge belt for automatic weapons as Zerfallgurt, consisting of individual, like belt members. The belt members have two spaced-apart, approximately semicircular brackets which are interconnected by a laterally arranged, bridge-like web. An integrated at the top of the brackets tab serves for guidance and support in a Gurtzuführer.
The US 4,011,788 A shows a device for separating the annular belt members with each other. For this purpose, the belt member on adjacent compounds which are involved above and below in the belt member, which is engaged by the separator.
From DE 10 2009 056 735 A1 discloses a shutter drive for a weapon is known which has a rear-locking Baren closure, whereby the Zuführweg the ammunition is reduced in the chamber. Important for the operation of this weapon is that due to the closure of this weapon, and the extraction of the empty cartridge case, if necessary, a Zündversagers must be realized. The cartridge is fed through the belt member through the cartridge chamber and stored after firing the empty sleeve back into the belt member. US 3,190,179 A shows a detachable cartridge belt with eyelets and hooks. The cartridge belt includes a plurality of members having a clearance in their entire longitudinal direction, whereby the sleeve is interrupted. This clearance is needed so that weapon's own means can push the cartridge out of the cartridge member and bring the empty shell back into the cartridge member.
The object of the invention is to disclose a belt, which can be supplied via a flexible belt channel of a weapon, for example according to DE 10 2009 056 735 A1.
The invention is based on the problem that the belt member with the ammunition exactly positioned the weapon must be supplied and that the closure of the weapon can move through the belt member through. In addition, the closure must put the empty cartridge case back into the belt member. The belt itself is intended to allow a flexible supply of ammunition.
The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments show the dependent claims.
According to the belt members have fixations over the length (longitudinal direction) of the belt member, for example in the form of lugs. Through these fixations, the belt links can be transported precisely and come to rest exactly in the star or rotor. The fixations are peripherally involved and preferably offset from each other. Part of the noses serve for an inner first fixation. The other part of the lugs is used for external fixation and protrudes higher from the belt member, as the noses to internal fixation. Accordingly, the rotor blades of the star or of the rotor recesses for the inner fixation on / in the end faces of the rotor blades.
The invention also relies on a sheet metal version of the belt members, which are punched or stamped from a metal sheet. As a result, the lugs and the lower guide of the belt member can be easily and easily produced. As known belt members, the adjacent Gurtgüeder can easily and easily be connected or disconnected. Sheet metal has the further advantage that temperature fluctuations are negligible and that they are fairly resistant to corrosion. Such belt members can be fed via a belt channel of a Munitionsbox from any position. They allow too a tight placing in the ammunition box (or boxes, when the belt members are transported with sleeve in a separate box again) and thus an optimal utilization of the box (s).
The punched belt members are in turn characterized by the fact that they have a below the belt member incorporated fixation for an extractor located on the closure or closure part, so that a thus constructed locking system can be used. This guide is integrated in the belt link itself.
Es zeigt: Reference to an embodiment with drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail. It shows:
Fig. 1 , 2 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines waffenseitigen Rotors mit Gurtglied und einer durch das Gurtglied gehaltenen Munition, 1, 2 is a perspective view of a weapon-side rotor with belt member and held by the belt member ammunition,
Fig. 3 eine seitliche Darstellung aus Fig. 1 , 3 is a side view of Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 eine Darstellung aus Fig.1 in Schussrichtung. Fig. 4 is a representation of Figure 1 in the weft direction.
1 to 4 shows in different representations and views an inserted in a gun-side rotor 1 belt member 2 for holding and transporting a cartridge 3 and ammunition. Such ammunition is therefore called strapped ammunition. The belt 2 encloses the ammunition 3 in this case fully and is preferably a Blechteii that is stamped or embossed. The belt member 2 has, as known belt members 2, around the circumference of a hook 4 and an eyelet 5. About this means a plurality of belt members 2 are interconnected as well as separable.
The belt member 2 is also embossed by a guided below the belt member 2 and the ammunition 3 guide 6. The guide 6 extends in the longitudinal direction of the belt member 2 and is peripherally incorporated between the hook 4 and the eyelet 5. In this area of the longitudinal guide, the ammunition 3 does not rest directly on the belt member 2. The guide 6 is preferably made in two parts and integrated at the two ends 2.1, 2.2 of the belt member 2. The remaining between the two part guides 6.1, 6.2 clearance 6.3 can be used for the integration of the connecting means (Hake 4, eyelet 5) by means of which the belt members 2 are connected to each other. The guide 6 makes it possible to perform a closure of a weapon (not dargesteilt) by the belt member 2 in order to perform the ammunition 3 from the belt member 2 out of the weapon can. In a further special feature, the belt member 2 circumferentially differently aligned and erect noses 7, 8 (Fig.). The lugs 8 protrude higher from the belt member 2. The lugs 7 cooperate with recesses 9 of the rotor 1, while the lugs 8 fix the rotor 1 on the belt member 2 on both sides preferably on both sides. The recesses 9 are introduced into the front side in the so-called rotor blades 1.1, in which the lugs 7 engage according to the position of the rotor blades 1.1 and their recesses 9. The higher outstanding lugs 8 are applied to the rotor blades 1.1, whereby the rotor blades 1.1 can be laterally supported on these. In a simple embodiment, the lugs 8 are mounted in such a way that they engage the two inner sides 1.2 of the rotor blades 1.1.
Die Funktionsweise ist wie folgt: The operation is as follows:
The rotor 1 is known to be used for supplying the ammunition 3 of a weapon. In firing position, the ammunition 3 is fed through the closure of the weapon to a weapon barrel or a cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel (not shown). For this purpose, the closure pushes the ammunition out of the belt member 2, with an extractor located on the closure being guided through the guide 6 (6.1, 6.2) and along it in the direction of the weapon barrel. After the shot of the closure takes over the extractor, for example, by an extractor claw, the sleeve 10 from the gun barrel again with and puts the sleeve 10 in the belt member 2 again. The rotor 1 is rotated and placed a new belt member 2 with ammunition 3 back into the rotor 1. The belt member 2 with the sleeve 10 is moved on the other side of the rotor 1 and can be fed to a collection box ordered. Alternatively, a belt member separation on the eyelets 5 and 4 hooks possible. However, this embodiment can therefore remain open.
Through the lugs 7 and recesses 9 an exact positioning and fixation of the belt member 2 in the rotor 1 is created. The lugs 8 are additional fixing points for an exact and stable position of the belt member 2 in the rotor 1. These come in particular to effect when the closure is moved by the belt member 2 in the outward and return of the closure.
