Claims (24)

  1. Verfahren zum Füllen eines unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) mit einem Kosmetikprodukt (10) aus einer Kapsel (1), die eine Dosis des Kosmetikprodukts (10) enthält, wobei die Kapsel (1) mit Kosmetikprodukt in Feststoffform gefüllt ist, wobei das Kosmetikprodukt eine Lippenrouge-Zusammensetzung ist, wobei die Kapsel (1) eine Dosis der Lippenrouge-Zusammensetzung aufweist, die die Herstellung eines einzigen Lippenrouge-Stifts erlaubt, wobei die Kapsel (1) ein mit der Dosis des Kosmetikprodukts (10) gefülltes Rohr (2) aufweist, wobei das Rohr (2) sich erstreckt zwischen einem ersten Ende (3), das von einem in dem Rohr (2) gleitend eingesetzten Kolben (6) verschlossen ist, und einem zweiten Ende (4), das eine anfangs geschlossene Austrittsdüse (9) bildet,
    wobei das Verfahren mindestens die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - einen Schritt eines Öffnens der Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1),
    - einen Gießschritt, in dem das Kosmetikprodukt (10) in den unitären Behälter (13) gegossen wird, dadurch dass der Kolben (6) der Kapsel (1) betätigt wird, um das Kosmetikprodukt durch die Austrittsdüse (9) auszustoßen,
    - und einen Schritt, in dem das Kosmetikprodukt (10) in der Kapsel (1) durch Erhitzen (55, 76) fluidisiert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in welchem das Erhitzen (55, 76) des Kosmetikprodukts (10) in der Kapsel (1) bei einer Temperatur erfolgt, die im Wesentlichen zwischen 80 und 100°C beträgt und vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen 90°C beträgt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, in welchem das Erhitzen während einer Zeitdauer erfolgt, die im Wesentlichen zwischen einer und fünf Minuten, vorzugsweise ungefähr vier Minuten beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in welchem der Schritt des Öffnens der Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) durch Abtrennen eines abtrennbaren Kopfs (11), den die Kapsel (1) aufweist, erfolgt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, ferner aufweisend nach dem Gießschritt einen Kühlschritt, in dem das Kosmetikprodukt (10) in dem unitären Behälter (13) erstarrt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, in welchem der Kühlschritt durch Luftzufuhr (79) erfolgt.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch 6, in welchem der Kühlschritt während einer Zeitdauer erfolgt, die im Wesentlichen zwischen einer Minute und fünf Minuten, vorzugsweise ungefähr vier Minuten beträgt.
  8. Kapsel (1) aufweisend ein Rohr (2), das sich zwischen einem ersten Ende (3), das von einem in dem Rohr (2) gleitend eingesetzten Kolben (6) verschlossen ist, und einem zweiten Ende (4) erstreckt, das eine Austrittsdüse (9) bildet, die geschlossen ist, wobei das Rohr (2) mit einem Kosmetikprodukt gefüllt ist, wobei das Kosmetikprodukt in Feststoffform ist, wobei das Kosmetikprodukt eine Lippenrouge-Zusammensetzung ist.
  9. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 8, in welcher die Austrittsdüse (9) mittels eines abtrennbaren Kopfs (11) luftdicht verschlossen ist.
  10. Kapsel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, in welcher eine starre Kappe (7) gegen den Kolben (6) angeordnet ist.
  11. Kapsel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, in welcher das Rohr (2) aus einem Festkörpermaterial hergestellt ist, das eine Schmelztemperatur von mehr als 100°C hat.
  12. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, in welcher das Rohr (2) aus einem transparenten Material hergestellt ist.
  13. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, in welcher der Kolben (6) aus einem transparenten Material hergestellt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Füllen (34) eines unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) aus einer Kapsel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, wobei die Kapsel (1) eine Dosis einer Lippenrouge-Zusammensetzung aufweist, die die Herstellung eines einzigen Lippenrouge-Stifts erlaubt, wobei die Kapsel in der Vorrichtung (34) austauschbar ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (34) aufweist:
    - Einrichtungen zum Öffnen (56-59), die eingerichtet sind, die Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) zu öffnen,
    - und Einrichtungen zum Gießen (60) des Kosmetikprodukts, die eingerichtet sind, durch Betätigung des Kolbens (6) der Kapsel (1) zum Ausstoßen des Kosmetikprodukts (10) durch die Austrittsdüse (9) das fluidisierte Kosmetikprodukt (10) in den unitären Behälter (13) zu gießen.
  15. Vorrichtung (34) nach Anspruch 14, aufweisend:
    - Einrichtungen zum Vorbereiten (4755, 76, 56-59) der Kapsel, die eingerichtet sind, das in der Kapsel (1) in Feststoffform enthaltene Kosmetikprodukt (10) durch Erhitzen zu fluidisieren und die Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) zu öffnen,
    - und Einrichtungen zum Gießen (60) des Kosmetikprodukts, die eingerichtet sind, durch Betätigung des Kolbens (6) der Kapsel (1) zum Ausstoßen des Kosmetikprodukts (10) durch die Austrittsdüse (9) das fluidisierte Kosmetikprodukt (10) in den unitären Behälter (13) zu gießen.
  16. Vorrichtung (34) nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, in welcher die Einrichtungen zum Vorbereiten (47, 55, 76, 56-59) der Kapsel (1) aufweisen:
    - eine erste Empfangseinrichtung (47) zum Empfangen der Kapsel (1),
    - ein Heizelement (55, 76) zum Erhitzen der Kapsel (1) über die erste Empfangseinrichtung (47) hinweg,
    - und ein Öffnungselement (56-59) zum Öffnen der Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1).
  17. Vorrichtung (34) nach Anspruch 16, in welcher das Heizelement (55, 76) eine um die erste Empfangseinrichtung (47) herum verteilte Widerstandsheizung (55) sowie eine Halogenvorrichtung (47) aufweist.
  18. Vorrichtung (34) nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 17, in welcher die Einrichtungen zum Öffnen (56-59) der Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) aufweisen: mindestens eine schneidende Klinge (56), die angebracht ist, um bewegbar zu sein zwischen einer inaktiven Position und einer aktiven Position, gemäß der die mindestens eine Klinge (56) die Austrittsdüse (9) öffnet, sowie einen Aktuator (57-59), der eingerichtet ist, die Klinge (56) zwischen der aktiven Position und der inaktiven Position hin und her zu bewegen.
  19. Vorrichtung (34) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, in welcher die Gießeinrichtungen (60) eine mit einer Winde gekoppelte Stange (60) aufweisen, wobei die Stange (60) angebracht ist, um verschiebbar zwischen einer eingezogenen inaktiven Position und einer aktiven Position zu sein, gemäß der ein Ende (63) der Stange (60) eingerichtet ist, einen Druck auf den in dem Rohr (2) der Kapsel (1) gleitend eingesetzten Kolben (6) der Kapsel (1) auszuüben.
  20. Vorrichtung (34) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, wobei die Vorrichtung (34) eine zweite Empfangseinrichtung (64) zum Empfangen des unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) aufweist.
  21. Vorrichtung (34) nach Anspruch 20, in welcher die zweite Empfangseinrichtung (64) zum Empfangen des unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) in einer Schublade (44) angeordnet ist, die angebracht ist, um verschiebbar zwischen einer eingeklappten Position, die ein Einsetzen des unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) in die zweite Empfangseinrichtung (64) erlaubt, und einer Füllposition zu sein, gemäß der der unitäre Kosmetikproduktbehälter (13) eingerichtet ist, sich in der Gerade der Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) zu befinden.
  22. Vorrichtung (34) nach Anspruch 20 oder Anspruch 21, aufweisend Einrichtungen zum Kühlen (79) des unitären Kosmetikproduktbehälters (13) über die zweite Empfangseinrichtung (64) hinweg.
  23. Vorrichtung (34) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, wobei die Vorrichtung (34) Einrichtungen zum Zurückgewinnen (43) eines abtrennbaren Kopfs (11) aufweist, wobei der abtrennbare Kopf (11) eingerichtet ist, vor Öffnen der Austrittsdüse (9) die Austrittsdüse (9) der Kapsel (1) zu verschließen.
  24. Vorrichtung (34) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, aufweisend einen Anzeigebildschirm (42), der eingerichtet ist, einer Benutzerin (100) Meldungen bereitzustellen, um die Benutzerin (100) über einen Fortgang der Schritte des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zu informieren und/oder um der Benutzerin (100) Anweisungen zur Benutzung der Vorrichtung (34) zu geben.
