Claims (10)
- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) en vue du couplage amovible d'un ouvrant de véhicule (11) à une partie de structure (12) d'une carrosserie de véhicule (10), comprenant- un module de fermeture à clavettes (2) avec deux clavettes de fermeture (2.1) qui sont logées de manière à pouvoir coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre et qui sont munies de surfaces de clavette (2.11) et avec un support de clavette de fermeture (2.2) qui est destiné à loger les clavettes de fermeture (2.1) avec une possibilité de coulissement,- un module de joues de retenue (3) avec deux joues de retenue (3.1) logeant entre elles le module de fermeture à clavettes (2), les joues de retenue (3.1) étant réalisées avec des rainures de clavette (3.11) adaptées au contour des surfaces de clavette (2.11) des clavettes de fermeture (2.1), et- un dispositif d'entraînement (4) avec lequel, pour réaliser le couplage de l'ouvrant de véhicule (11) à la pièce de structure (12), les clavettes de fermeture (2.1) sont poussées en s'éloignant l'une de l'autre avec leurs surfaces de clavette (2.11) dans les rainures de clavette (3.11),caractérisé en ce que- au moins une clavette de fermeture (2.1) présente un point destiné à la rupture (2.12) avec lequel, lorsque la force de charge exercée sur la clavette de fermeture (2.1) dépasse la charge mécanique normale, il se produit une cassure de la clavette de fermeture (2.1) poussée dans les rainures de clavette (3.11) en une partie côté rainure de clavette (2.13) et une partie côté support de clavette de fermeture (2.14).
- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le point destiné à la rupture (2.12) est placé entre la zone, logée par le support de clavette de fermeture (2.2), de la clavette de fermeture (2.1) et les surfaces de clavette (2.11) de celle-ci.
- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le point destiné à la rupture (2.12) est conçu comme un rétrécissement de section transversale de la clavette de fermeture (2.1).
- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rétrécissement de section transversale a une section transversale rectangulaire.
- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rétrécissement de section transversale a une courbure concave.

- Système de fermeture à clavettes (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouvrant de véhicule est réalisé sous la forme d'une portière de véhicule (11) et la partie de structure est réalisée sous la forme d'un cadre de panneau latéral (12) de la carrosserie de véhicule (10).
