Claims (17)
- In eine Haltestruktur integriertes, dichtes und wärmeisolierendes Gefäß zur Aufnahme einer Flüssigkeit, wobei eine Gefäßwand ausgehend vom Äußeren hin zum Inneren des Gefäßes umfasst:eine Trägerwand (3)eine auf der Trägerwand gehaltene wärmeisolierende Sperre (2,4), wobei die wärmeisolierende Sperre aus einer Vielzahl von nebeneinanderliegenden wärmeisolierenden Elementen (15,30) besteht, so dass sie eine Trägerfläche formen, undeine auf der Trägerfläche aufliegende Abdichtungssperre,ein wärmeisolierendes Element, welches eine allgemeine flache prismatische Form aufweist, umfassend:eine Wärmedämmung (21),eine Vielzahl von Tragelementen (33), welche die Wärmedämmung in Richtung ihrer Schichtdicke senkrecht zur Gefäßwand durchkreuzen undeine Abdeckplatte (11, 43) und eine Bodenplatte (16,31) parallel zur Gefäßwand an einem ersten Ende beziehungsweise an einem zweiten Ende der Tragelemente des wärmeisolierenden Elementes angeordnet, so dass sie äußere Wände des wärmeisolierendes Elementes bilden, wobei die ersten Enden der Tragelemente auf der Abdeckplatte angebracht sind und die zweiten Enden der Tragelemente auf der Bodenplatte angebracht sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeisolierende Element unter anderem eine nicht biegbare, parallel zur Abdeckplatte und zur Bodenplatte angeordnete Platte (40) aufweist, welche zwischen einem ersten (21 a) und einem zweiten (21 b) Höhenteilabschnitt des wärmeisolierenden Elementes angeordnet ist, wobei die nicht biegbare Platte von der Vielzahl der Tragelemente (33) in einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen (41) gekreuzt wird, wobei die Öffnungen von der nicht biegbaren Platte in einer durch die nicht biegbare Platte definierten Ebene so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass ein Abstand zwischen den benachbarten Tragelementen gewährleistet ist.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei eine Öffnung (41) der nicht biegbaren Platte eine größere Abmessung als die Abmessung eines transversalen Abschnittes des in der Öffnung eingebrachten Tragelementes aufweist, so dass ein Monatgespielraum (42) verbleibt.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei der Montagespielraum (42) kleiner als drei Millimeter ist.
- Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die nicht biegbare Platte mittig zwischen der Bodenplatte und der Abdeckplatte angeordnet ist.
- Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Wärmedämmung eine zweite, parallel zur Bodenplatte und zur Abdeckplatte angeordnete nicht biegbare Platte umfasst, welche zwischen dem zweiten und einem dritten Höhenteilabschnitt angeordnet ist,
wobei die zweite nicht biegbare Platte von der Vielzahl von Tragelementen in einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen durchkreuzt wird und in der Ausrichtung der Öffnungen der ersten nicht biegbaren Platte angeordnet ist - Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein wärmeisolierendes Element eine Vielzahl von nicht biegbaren Platten (40) umfasst, wobei die nicht biegbaren Platten in einer größeren oder gleichen Anzahl im Verhältnis zu einer theoretisch bestimmten Anzahl vorhanden sind, so dass der Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stützpunkten (47) des Tragelementes entsprechend der Längsausrichtung des Tragelementes kleiner als eine vorgegebene kritische Höhe Hc ist, wobei die kritische Höhe gleich ist:E: Youngsches Modul des Trägerelements,S: Querschnittsfläche des Trägerelements,σ: ist ein Grenzwert in der Materialverdichtungwobei die Stützpunkte das zweite Ende des auf der Bodenplatte angebrachten Tragelements und das erste Ende des auf der Abdeckplatte angebrachten Tragelements sind und wobei jeder Abschnitt des Tragelements in eine Öffnung der nicht biegbaren Platte eingebracht ist.
- Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das wärmeisolierende Element eine Vielzahl von nicht biegbaren Platten (40) umfasst, welche gleichförmig beabstandet über die Schichtdicke des wärmeisolierenden Elementes angeordnet sind.
- Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei ein wärmeisolierendes Element Positionierungsmittel umfasst, welche in der Lage sind, die nicht biegbare Platte innerhalb der Höhe des wärmeisolierenden Elementes zu positionieren.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die Positionierungsmittel so angeordnet sind, dass sie die Translation der nicht biegbaren Platte in eine Längsrichtung der Vielzahl der Tragelemente verhindern.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die Positionierungsmittel einen Vorsprung (61) aufweisen, welcher durch die Differenz der transversalen Abschnitte zwischen zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Längssegmenten eines Tragelementes aus der Vielzahl der Tragelemente definiert wird.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei für den Vorsprung (61), welcher dazu geeignet ist, die nicht biegbare Platte zu tragen,
die Abmessungen der Vielzahl der Öffnungen der nicht biegbaren Platte zwischen den Abmessungen eines Abschnittes des ersten der zwei Segmente und den Abmessungen des Abschnittes des zweiten Segmentes des Trägerelements liegen. - Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die Positionierungsmittel eine auf ein Trägerelement aufgezogene Distanzhülse umfassen, wobei die Distanzhülse einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, welcher größer ist als die Abmessung der Öffnung der nicht biegbaren Platte, um an einem Ende der Distanzhülle eine Abstützung der nicht biegbaren Platte zur Verfügung zu stellen, und um am anderen Ende der Distanzhülle eine Abstützung des wärmeisolierenden Elementes oder einer anderen nicht biegbaren Platte gegen die Bodenplatte zur Verfügung zu stellen.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die Positionierungsmittel einen Längsabschnitt eines Trägerabschnittes umfassen, welcher sich von dem ersten Ende des Trägerelements zum zweiten Ende des Tragelementes ausweitet und wobei die Abmessungen einer Öffnung der nicht biegbaren Platte im Wesentlichen den Abmessungen des Abschnittes des Längsabschnittes des Tragelementes entsprechen.
- Gefäß gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die Positionierungsmittel zur Bodenplatte orthogonal angeordnete Stützpfeiler umfassen, bei denen ein erstes Ende fest mit der Bodenplatte verbunden ist und das andere Ende als Stützpunkt der nicht biegbaren Platte dient.
- Schiff (70) zum Transport einer kalten Flüssigkeit, wobei das Schiff eine Doppelhülle (72) und ein in der Doppelhülle angeordnetes Gefäß gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Be- und Entladung eines Schiffs (70) gemäß Anspruch 15, wobei eine kalte Flüssigkeit von oder nach einer schwimmenden oder erdverbundenen Speicheranlage (77) zu oder von dem Gefäß des Schiffs (71) durch isolierte Rohrleitungen (73, 79, 76, 81) geleitet wird.
