Description
The invention relates to a two-roll crusher with rotatably mounted in a crusher housing, motor synchronously counter-rotating rollers whose central axes are directed parallel to each other, wherein on the mantle of the rollers crushing teeth are arranged, which protrude beyond the lateral surfaces.
Two-roll crushers are known and common, in particular, in the field of comminution technology in the mining industry. In conventional two-roll crushers, comminution of coarse rock or the like takes place with the aid of two motor-driven rolls. As a rule, the rollers are aligned horizontally, with their center axes being aligned parallel to one another. The direction of rotation of the two rollers is in opposite directions and indeed in such a way that the usually supplied above the nip crushed material is drawn by rotation of the rollers in the nip and crushed by the crushing teeth of the rollers. The material is then discharged from the bottom of the nip. It is customary that crushing teeth are arranged on the roll shells, by means of which the comminution of the supplied material takes place. The crushing teeth are provided in different arrangement to each other on the roll shells. They are preferably each arranged so that the crushing teeth of a roller not with the Crushing teeth of the other roller collide when circulating the rollers.
A synchronization of the rollers by a transmission is also known.
In the conventional two-roll crushers, an imaginary tangential opening angle between the roll shells causes the feed to be wedged therein and crushed between the roll shells. A roll shell without teeth attracts the material due to the wedging of the feed material. In this case, seen in relation to the roll diameter only a small rock can be abandoned. the working tangential opening angle is very small. Depending on the geometry, the use of the crushing teeth can considerably improve the intake behavior. Crusher teeth can have a variety of contours, for example, it may be pointed teeth or chisel-like or fin-like crusher teeth, which are fixed in a holder on the roll shell, preferably interchangeable, such crusher teeth, for example, may have hardened tips and preferably approximately tangentially to the shell directed from this protrude. In the conventional two-roll crushers, the grain size achieved by crushing the supplied material by means of the two-roll crusher is determined by the nip. The nip in turn depends on the tooth size. A large gap with correspondingly large teeth on the roll shell causes the Final grain size after leaving the two-roll crusher is relatively large. This means that in practice pre-crushing two-roll crushers with relatively large teeth are used. Subsequently, however, a secondary comminution with a second two-roll crusher is necessary, which has smaller teeth, as a result of which the nip is smaller.
Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a two-roll crusher, which allows a significantly greater crushing ratio between supplied Good and discharged Good, which is extremely economical and makes it necessary to achieve the final grain size no second embodiment of another two-roll crusher.
To solve this problem, the invention proposes that each crushing tooth of a roller of the roller pair is associated with a pocket in the lateral surface of the other roller of the roller pair, in such a way that during the rotation of the rollers the crushing tooth dips into the pocket.
The inventive construction, it is possible to equip the two-roll crushers with relatively large crushing teeth, yet the nip between the rolls of the two-roll crusher can be set very small. Characterized in that each crushing tooth in a roll of the pair of rollers is associated with a pocket in the lateral surface of the other pair of rollers, in which the respective crushing tooth of the other Plunge roller can, on the one hand allows that the crushing teeth can have a large design, to crush also coarse material fed and push into the nip can. On the other hand, this arrangement provides the possibility to set the nip between the rollers relatively narrow. As a result, large chunks of material to be shredded can be fed and shredded, and in only a single pass through the two-roll crusher, the final grain size of the material to be shredded is achieved.
It is preferably provided that the pocket size and depth of the shape and size of the matching crusher tooth is adjusted.
Also, it is preferably provided that the bag is dimensioned so that dips into the circulation of the rolls of the crushing tooth without touching the pocket bottom in this.
In particular, it is preferably provided that the pockets and the crushing teeth are adapted to each other, so that during the circulation of the rollers there is a gap between the roll shells, which is smaller than the height of the crushing teeth.
As a result of the embodiment according to the invention, it is achieved that the breaking teeth do not collide in any geometrical extent with the roll shell of the respective other roll, but nevertheless largely do so Approaching the two rollers to reduce the nip formed between them is possible. So that no collision occurs, the respective opposite roller has a recess for each breaker tooth, into which the tooth can dip without touching the roll shell. The geometry of the corresponding pocket or recess results from the movement curve of the crusher tooth relative to the roller body. In the two-roll crusher according to the invention, the roll drive is synchronized, for example via a branching gear. The inventive design a very large size reduction of, for example, up to 1:20 is achieved. Also, the use of a second two-roll crusher to achieve the final grain size is avoided over the conventional design. Thus, the profitability is significantly increased. Also, the required space is reduced and the utilization of the corresponding machine, so the two-roll crusher improved. Regardless of the position of the crushing teeth, this principle can be carried out according to the invention in all possible tooth orientations of the crushing teeth on the roll shell. For example, axially aligned arrangements on the roll shell, spirally offset arrangements, positive or negative V-shaped arrangements symmetrical to the roll center, irregular arrangements on the circumference, chaotic arrangements over the roll shell are known.
Under certain circumstances, it may be advantageous if additional crushing projections are provided on the mantle of the rollers, whose height is less than or equal to the distance gap between the rollers.
In this embodiment, it is provided that additional crushing projections are preferably provided in each case on both roll shells on the roll shell. These crushing projections are arranged offset relative to each other on the roll shells, so that they do not hit each other during the circulation of the rolls. Such crushing projections have only a relatively small height compared to the crushing teeth, but serve to continue to crush the retracted in the nip grain. This shredding through the small teeth is done without pockets for these teeth. The roll distance is only slightly increased by these small teeth. A nip is required to pass the shredded material anyway. This distance can be used by the arrangement of additional crushing projections.
In this arrangement it can be additionally provided that the breaking teeth and optionally also the crushing projections are respectively arranged on a circumferential casing line and each roller forms a plurality of mutually parallel spaced apart with crushing teeth and optionally crushing projections mantle circumferential lines.
It can also be provided that the circumferential lines are formed by ring-like elevations on the roll shell, which carry the crushing teeth and optionally the crushing projections.
In addition, it is provided that the crushing teeth and optionally the crushing projections of a roller are formed on the shell axially offset from the crushing teeth and optionally Brechvorsprüngen on the mantle of the other roll.

In the drawing, the invention essential elements of a two-
