Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system with a plurality of panels for cladding a wall, ceiling or furniture front, in particular acoustic panels, wherein each panel delimits a front side, that of two parallel longitudinal edges and two parallel transverse edges that run orthogonally to the longitudinal edges and has a non-symmetrical decor on the front, each being formed by haptic markings, the markings forming the decor having at least two different diameters, and the decor of a first of the panels being different from the decor of a second of the panels differs.
  • the invention further relates to a method for producing a covering for a wall, ceiling or furniture front using such a system.
  • the invention also relates to a method for producing such a system.
  • the invention relates to a use of the system and a use of the method.
  • acoustic panels In order to improve the acoustics of rooms, walls and ceilings are clad with sound-absorbing panels, so-called acoustic panels.
  • the applications concern, for example, both concert rooms, meeting rooms and work rooms.
  • vehicle interiors can be equipped with sound-absorbing panels.
  • the acoustic panels then have good sound absorption capacity possess if they have a large porosity. The penetrating sound is thus absorbed and distributed in the cavities created by the porosity. Most of the sound in the panel is absorbed and not reflected back into the room.
  • a porosity can be created by inserting a large number of rows with holes in the front (visible side or side facing the room) of the respective panel.
  • the holes are regularly distributed over the entire surface of the front of the panel.
  • the bores have a diameter of 2 mm, for example, and are spaced, for example, 4 mm from the respectively adjacent bore of the same row or the adjacent row.
  • the sound-absorbing panels consist of a complex structure, a coating forming the visible side of the panel being provided, which is fastened to a substructure and provided with the large number of bores.
  • the sound penetrates through the holes into the interior of the panel.
  • the holes thereby form acoustically effective, that is sound-absorbing, depressions, just said porosity.
  • the coating When manufacturing the structure of the panel, the coating is usually applied to a carrier plate as a substructure by gluing.
  • the coating which is already provided with the holes, is provided with an adhesive layer.
  • the carrier plates used so far consist of a particularly porous material, that is, not of a standard material. For example it is known that a particle board with a particularly low density is used as the carrier plate.
  • the front of the panels is always perforated completely regularly, i.e. covered with holes. This creates a completely homogeneous look on the visible side of the panels, which can sometimes appear very monotonous, especially in large rooms or long walls.
  • Wall and ceiling claddings made of panels are known from the prior art, which have a closed, that is, unperforated, surface. Such panels can each be provided with a decor in order to achieve a visually appealing design. Such a decoration can form regular or irregular (irregular) patterns and can be printed on the front side, in particular a coating, for example by means of an inkjet printer.
  • Sound-absorbing single-layer fibreboards for cladding ceilings and walls are made of GB 736 755 A known.
  • the holes are arranged in such a way that at least two groups of holes are formed and are distributed and grouped on the individual plates in such a way that a system can be formed from a large number of these plates in a system.
  • the GB 785 208 A also discloses single-layer fiberboard with sound-absorbing properties and a system according to the preamble of claim 1. These fiberboard are only partially provided with holes which increase the porosity, a pattern being produced by the distribution of these holes on the fiberboard.
  • Cladding elements with partially irregularly shaped cavities are from the GB 1 192 306 A known.
  • the cladding elements, called tiles, are made of fiber material and are provided in a two-stage process with irregularly shaped cavities and regularly shaped holes and are suitable for cladding walls and ceilings.
  • the cavities are arbitrary, but the holes are regularly distributed over the respective tile.
  • the US 2007/0102237 A1 discloses sound-absorbing gypsum boards, which have a comparatively low density and are provided with a large number of holes. From the combination of plaster of low density and high Porosity of the surface results in good sound-absorbing properties.
