Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif absorbant le bruit, comprenant une âme (2) en forme de plaque avec une première et une deuxième surfaces (1a, 1b) et avec un certain nombre de faces latérales (5) reliant ces surfaces (1a, 1b), sachant qu'un premier revêtement (4a) et un deuxième revêtement (4b) recouvrent respectivement au moins pour partie la première et la deuxième surfaces (1a, 1b) de l'âme (2), et sachant que le premier revêtement et/ou le deuxième revêtement (4a, 4b) est ou sont pourvus de trous (6) disposés à la façon d'un quadrillage, sachant que l'âme (2) est pourvue au moins pour partie d'un certain nombre de rainures (3) orientées essentiellement en parallèle, qui traversent les deux surfaces (1a, 1b) de l'âme (2), sachant que les trous (6) dans les revêtements (4a, 4b) débouchent dans les rainures (3), caractérisé en ce que les trous (6) disposés à la façon d'un quadrillage se présentent sous la forme d'une micro-perforation d'environ 1,1 mm ou moins, typiquement de 0,55 mm, et en ce que les espacements mutuels des trous (6) sont égaux à 10 mm ou moins, typiquement à 3 mm, et en ce que les rainures (3) sont choisies d'une largeur d'environ 3 mm, de sorte qu'une surface perforée des revêtements (4a, 4b) qui entre en liaison fonctionnelle avec les rainures (3) occupe 50 à 70 % de la totalité du revêtement perforée (4a, 4b).
  2. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (3) sont disposées perpendiculairement au premier et au deuxième revêtements (4a, 4b).
  3. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (2) présente le long des faces latérales (5) une région de bord du genre cadre (8) qui est dépourvue de rainures (3).
  4. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (2) présente une entretoise (7) ou un certain nombre d'entretoises (7) qui est ou qui sont dépourvues de rainures (3), de sorte que l'âme (2) est divisée par l'entretoise (7) ou par les entretoises (7) en plusieurs régions pourvues de rainures (3).
  5. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (2) est constituée d'un panneau de particules.
  6. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de particules peut être fabriqué par extrusion à partir de particules de bois, sachant que les particules de bois formant le panneau de particules peuvent être orientées en plans.
  7. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (3) sont disposées perpendiculairement aux plans formés par les particules de bois.
  8. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier revêtement et/ou le deuxième revêtement (4a, 4b) sont constitués de placage en bois.
  9. Dispositif absorbant le bruit selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le placage en bois est constitué de fibres de bois qui sont orientées parallèlement aux rainures (3).
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif absorbant le bruit selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, à la suite d'un processus d'extrusion de l'âme (2), un certain nombre de rainures (3) orientées essentiellement en parallèle et d'une largeur d'environ 3 mm sont fraisées dans cette âme (2), en ce que le premier revêtement et/ou le deuxième revêtement (4a, 4b) est ou sont, avec un dispositif à poinçonner, perforés de telle sorte qu'ils présentent des trous (6) disposés à la façon d'un quadrillage, sachant que les trous (6) disposés à la façon d'un quadrillage se présentent sous la forme d'une micro-perforation d'environ 1,1 mm ou moins, typiquement de 0,55 mm, et que les espacements mutuels des trous (6) sont égaux à 10 mm ou moins, typiquement à 3 mm, et en ce que le premier et le deuxième revêtements (4a, 4b) sont ensuite assemblés aux surfaces (1a, 1b) de l'âme (2) de telle sorte que les trous (6) dans les revêtements (4a, 4b) débouchent dans les rainures (3), et qu'une surface perforée des revêtements (4a, 4b) qui entre en liaison fonctionnelle avec les rainures (3) occupe 50 à 70 % de la totalité du revêtement perforé (4a, 4b).
