Claims (7)

  1. Élément d'insonorisation (1) en forme de panneau, comprenant un coeur en forme de panneau constitué d'un panneau de particules (2) qui est doté d'ouvertures de passage (3) s'étendant longitudinalement et disposées essentiellement parallèlement, qui est relié à une première couche (4) en forme de panneau recouvrant l'une des deux surfaces du panneau de particules (2) et à une deuxième couche (5) en forme de panneau recouvrant l'autre surface du panneau de particules (2), la première couche (4) et/ou la seconde couche (5) étant munies de trous (6) disposés à la manière d'un quadrillage, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de particules (2) est extrudé et les ouvertures de passage (3) qui y sont ménagées sont situées au milieu du panneau de particules (2), en ce que les ouvertures de passage (3) présentent une largeur (W) qui est supérieure à la moitié de l'épaisseur (D) du panneau de particules (2), et en ce que les trous (6) présentent une profondeur telle que les trous (6) qui sont situés dans la zone d'une ouverture de passage (3) débouchent dans cette dernière.
  2. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de passage (3) présentent une section transversale circulaire.
  3. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la première couche (4) est constituée d'une feuille de placage en bois.
  4. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de placage en bois est reliée au panneau de particules (2) de telle sorte que les fibres du bois soient orientées essentiellement parallèlement aux ouvertures de passage (3).
  5. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'après avoir fixé la première couche (4) et la seconde couche (5) au panneau de particules (2), les trous (6) peuvent être ménagés par poinçonnage.
  6. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les trous (6) présentent un diamètre inférieur ou égal à 1 mm environ, et en ce que les écarts réciproques entre les trous sont inférieurs ou égaux à 10 mm environ.
  7. Élément d'insonorisation en forme de panneau selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la mince feuille de placage en bois présente une épaisseur comprise entre 0,3 et 1 mm environ.
