Das Streckwerk 10 aus Fig. 1 weist eine Grundplatte 11 auf, auf dessen Vorderseite 12 zwei Motoren 13, 14, ein Eingangswalzenpaar 15, ein Riemchenwalzenpaar 16 sowie ein Ausgangswalzenpaar 17 angeordnet sind. Jedes der Walzenpaare 15, 16, 17 besteht aus einer unteren angetriebenen Walze 15.1, 16.1, 17.1 und einer oberen Druckwalze 15.2, 16.2, 17.2. Der hier nicht näher dargestellte, durch das Streckwerk 10 zu verziehende Faserverband wird jeweils zwischen den oberen und unteren Antriebswalzen 15.2, 16.2, 17.2 und 15.1, 16.1, 17.1 hindurchgeführt. Weiter ist auf der Rückseite 18 der Grundplatte 11 eine Spanneinrichtung 25 für die oberen Druckwalzen 15.2, 16.2, 17.2 angeordnet. Sie weist einen Federblock 26 auf, in dem drei Schenkelfedern 27, 28, 29 gelagert sind. Ist die Spanneinrichtung 25 dagegen inaktiv (Fig. 4), so können die oberen Druckwalzen 15.2, 16.2, 17.2 von Hand nach oben bewegt werden, soweit es das Spiel zwischen den Achsen 15.4, 16.4, 17.4 und den Öffnungen 36 erlaubt.As Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 illustrate, are in the sliders 33, 34, 35 each axes 15.4, 16.4, 17.4 of the pressure rollers 15.2, 16.2, 17.2 stored. Claims (14)

  1. Drafting arrangement for a knitting machine for the production of a fibre structure consisting of a roving with double aprons guided over apron rollers (16) and an output roller pair (17), wherein the apron rollers (16) and the output roller pair (17) respectively have a press roller (16.2, 17.2) and an electric motor-driven drive roller (16.1, 17.1) and the rollers (16.1, 16.2, 17.1, 17.2) and the electric motors (13, 14) are arranged on the front side (12) of a base plate (11), whereas the motor shafts (13.1, 14.1) are passed through the base plate (11) and are connected by means of drive devices (21, 22) to the shaft members (16.3, 17.3) of the drive rollers (16.1, 17.1) mounted in the base plate (11), characterised in that a clamping device (25) is provided on the rear side (18) of the base plate (11), with which clamping device the press rollers (16.2, 17.2) of the apron roller pair (16) and the output roller pair (17) can be pressed against the drive rollers (16.1, 17.1).
  2. Drafting arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the shaft members (16.4, 17.4) of the press rollers (16.2, 17.2) are guided through openings (36) in the base plate (11) with play and are movable up and down in the openings (36) by the clamping device (25).
  3. Drafting arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the shaft members (16.4, 17.4) of the press rollers (16.2, 17.2) are rotatably mounted in slides (33, 34, 35) on the rear side (18) of the base plate (11), wherein a spring force can be applied to the slides (33, 34, 35) by the clamping device (25).
  4. Drafting arrangement according to claim 3, characterised in that each slide (33, 34, 35) has an associated spring (27, 28, 29).
  5. Drafting arrangement according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the clamping device (25) has a rail (30), which extends over the slides (33, 34, 35) and is displaceably arranged on the base plate (11) and with which the contact pressure can be generated.
  6. Drafting arrangement according to claim 5, characterised in that the rail (30) is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable on the base plate (11) and is provided with cams (32), wherein the cams (32) of the rail (30) act on the springs (27, 28, 29) interacting with the slides (33, 34, 35).
  7. Drafting arrangement according to one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the springs (27, 28, 29) are leg springs.
  8. Drafting arrangement according to one of claims 3 to 7, characterised in that the springs (27, 28, 29) are arranged in an adjustable spring block (26).
  9. Drafting arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the clamping device (25) can be activated by a manually operable clamping lever (31).
  10. Drafting arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an input roller pair (15), the press roller (15.2) of which can also be acted on by the clamping device (25), is additionally arranged on the base plate (11).
  11. Drafting arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the motors (13, 14) are protected from fibre fly by a removable covering.
  12. Drafting arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a suction means is arranged on the output roller pair (17).
  13. Drafting arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rear side (18) of the base plate (11) is protected from fibre fly by means of a removable housing cover.
  14. Knitting machine with at least one drafting arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 13.
