Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour l'ouverture et la refermeture d'emballages (P) contenant des produits alimentaires, en particulier d'emballages composites en matière plastique / en carton, ledit dispositif comprenant un élément verseur (1) comportant une collerette circulaire (2) servant à la fixation sur l'emballage (P) et comportant un prolongement tubulaire (3) servant à verser, ainsi qu'un élément de coupe (4) disposé à l'intérieur du prolongement tubulaire (3), ledit élément de coupe comprenant une pluralité de dents (6) disposées sur la circonférence et dirigées vers l'emballage, et comprenant un capuchon à vis (5), où l'élément de coupe (4), par un mouvement de rotation du capuchon à vis (5), coupe, pour la première ouverture de l'emballage (P), une ouverture de versement se trouvant dans le matériau composite de la feuille,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les dents (6) de l'élément de coupe (4) présentent un gradient élevé sur leur pointe, un gradient plus plat sur leurs flancs, et à nouveau un gradient élevé sur leur base de dent.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les dents (6) de l'élément de coupe (4) sont disposées en étant directement contiguës les unes aux autres, de sorte que leurs tranchants se touchent.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
