Abstract

Se muestra y describe un dispositivo para abrir y cerrar nuevamente envases que contienen alimentos (P), en particular envases compuestos de cartón/plástico, que tienen un elemento de vertido (1) con una pestaña circunferencial (2) para fijarse al envase (P) y un cuello (3) para vertido, así como un elemento de corte (4), el cual está dispuesto dentro del cuello (3) y tiene una pluralidad de dientes (6), los cuales están dispuestos alrededor de la circunferencia y dirigidos hacia el envase, y una tapa roscada (5), el elemento de corte (4) cortando una abertura de vertido en el material de película compuesto como resultado de un movimiento rotacional de la tapa roscada (5) cuando el envase (P) es abierto la primera vez. Con el fin de reducir aún más las fuerzas de apertura necesarias para abrir envases de alimentos la primera vez y distribuirlas de manera tan uniforme como sea posible durante todo el proceso de apertura, se provee que los dientes (6) del elemento de corte (4) tengan un gradiente inclinado en la punta de los mismos, un gradiente menos profundo en los flancos de los mismos y un gradiente inclinado nuevamente en las bases de los mismos.
