Claims (16)
- Dispositif (1) de fermeture en matière plastique pouvant être installé à un endroit pouvant être percé d'un contenant (B) fermé, composé d'une partie inférieure (2) en forme de bonde munie d'un bec verseur (20) cylindrique qui est joint au contenant ou qui peut être joint à celui-ci, et un bouchon (4) à vis, qui peut être vissé sur la partie (2) inférieure, ainsi qu'un perforateur (3) cylindrique avec une arête de coupe, lequel est ouvert de chaque côté dans la direction axiale et agencé dans la partie inférieure de manière à pouvoir se déplacer, des moyens (44, 45) présents dans le bouchon (4) à vis agissent lors d'un mouvement de dévissage du bouchon à vis sur le perforateur, qui se déplace vers le bas au travers de l'endroit (S) pouvant être percé dans le contenant, le perforateur (3) présente sur la paroi (30) intérieure cylindrique au moins un entraîneur (34), qui coopère avec au moins une nervure (45) d'entraîneur s'étendant axialement dans le bouchon (4) à vis et qui déplace par un mouvement rotatif du bouchon (4) à vis le perforateur (3) dans un mouvement rotatif, et entre le bec verseur (20) cylindrique de la partie (2) inférieure et le perforateur (3) cylindrique sont présents des moyens (24, 31) de liaison de forme qui par un premier mouvement de dévissage du bouchon à vis déplacent en forme d'hélice le perforateur (3) vers le bas, caractérisé en ce que l'arête (32) de coupe présente trois zones d'action différentes : une première zone de perforation dans le contenant comportant au moins une dent (33) de perforation, à laquelle se raccorde de chaque côté une zone (37) de coupe, et en ce qu'une zone est conçue en tant que zone (38) de déplacement qui déplace latéralement la paroi (F) ou l'opercule du contenant partiellement coupé(e) provenant de la zone de l'ouverture de versage, sans qu'une séparation ne soit effectuée dans la paroi du contenant ou de l'opercule.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1 pour être utilisé sur un emballage (F) souple, caractérisé en ce que le bec verseur (20) présentant un filetage extérieur est conçu avec un rebord (21) inférieur périphérique permettant la fixation sur un emballage souple, et en ce que l'endroit pouvant être percé est une zone (S) de la paroi du contenant, qui est placée en dessous de l'ouverture de versage laissée libre par la partie (2) inférieure.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (2) inférieure est un adaptateur, qui peut être placé sur un col scellé par un opercule d'un contenant et qui présente une partie formant l'ouverture de versage s'étendant vers le haut au dessus du col du contenant.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (2) inférieure est elle-même conçue en tant que partie du contenant.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (2) inférieure et le perforateur (3) sont deux parties fabriquées à part.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (2) inférieure et le perforateur (3) sont fabriqués solidairement dans une disposition d'alignement axial et sont maintenus dans une position angulaire par des emplacements destinés à la rupture.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen dans le bouchon (4) à vis servant à actionner le perforateur (3) est une paroi (43) annulaire, sur la surface extérieure de celle-ci est formée au moins une nervure (45) d'entraîneur s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation de la paroi annulaire.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le perforateur (3) est muni d'au moins une dent (33) de perforation sur son arête (32) de coupe orientée vers le contenant.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le perforateur (3) est disposé en alignement axial au dessus de la partie (2) inférieure et les emplacements destinés à la rupture sont des éléments de liaison, qui en tant que liaisons pouvant être détruites sont disposées entre l'arête (32) de coupe inférieure du perforateur orientée vers le contenant et l'arête supérieure du bec verseur (20).
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le perforateur (3) est disposé en alignement axial en dessous du bec verseur (20) de la partie (2) inférieure et les emplacements destinés à la rupture en forme d'éléments de liaison en tant que liaisons pouvant être détruites sont disposés entre l'arête supérieure du perforateur (3) et le rebord inférieur mentionné du bec verseur (20).
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (4) à vis présente une bande de garantie, qui agit dans la direction axiale et qui s'engage dans un évidement sur la partie (2) inférieure.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement est une rainure annulaire dans le bec verseur (20) cylindrique.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (4) à vis présente au moins une paroi s'étendant diamétralement disposée sur la face intérieure de sa surface (40) de recouvrement, qui forme au moins une nervure (45) d'entraîneur axialement parallèle.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison de forme sur la paroi (30) cylindrique du perforateur (3) est une voie de glissement faisant saillie selon un mouvement hélicoïdal.
- Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison de forme sur le bec verseur (20) cylindrique est un guidage curviligne en forme hélicoïdale introduite dans la paroi du bec verseur (20).
- Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 14 et 15, caractérisé en ce que la voie de glissement et le guidage curviligne sont superposés l'un sur l'autre à plat.
