Claims (8)

  1. Élément de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon de fixation (12) présente au moins dans la région de la contre-dépouille (121), transversalement à une direction d'engagement (E), des dimensions extérieures différentes, une première dimension extérieure (A2) étant au moins 1,1 fois, de préférence 1,5 fois et particulièrement préférablement au moins 2 fois supérieure à une deuxième dimension extérieure (A1).
  3. Élément de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon de fixation (12) présente un profil en forme de T.
  4. Élément de fixation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un élément de verrouillage (13) qui est supporté de manière déplaçable sur le tourillon de retenue (11) et qui peut être amené au moins dans une position d'insertion et dans une position de verrouillage.
  5. Dispositif constitué d'un parapet (20) et d'un élément de fixation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le parapet est fixé de manière amovible au tourillon de retenue (11) et le parapet (20) est en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément de sécurité (14), de préférence avec une surface de butée (141) de l'élément de sécurité (14), de telle sorte qu'une rotation de l'élément de fixation (1) soit empêchée.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, comprenant un élément d'échafaudage, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon de fixation (12) avec la contre-dépouille (121) est en prise avec une ouverture (31) de l'élément d'échafaudage, une première dimension extérieure (A2) de la contre-dépouille (121) étant au moins 1,1 fois, de préférence 1,5 fois et particulièrement préférablement au moins 2 fois supérieure à une deuxième dimension extérieure (V2) de l'ouverture (31).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon la revendication 6, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - insertion et mise en prise du tourillon de fixation (12) de l'élément de fixation (1) dans l'ouverture (31) de l'élément d'échafaudage, laquelle ouverture présente une première dimension extérieure (V1), une deuxième dimension extérieure (V2) et une région (B),
    - déplacement du tourillon de fixation (12) dans la région (B) de l'ouverture (31),
    - rotation du tourillon de fixation (12) dans la région (B) de l'ouverture (31) autour d'un axe situé dans la direction d'introduction (E), de préférence d'un quart de rotation,
    - montage du parapet (20) sur le tourillon de retenue (11) de l'élément de fixation (1), le parapet (20) étant amené en liaison fonctionnelle avec une surface de butée (141) de l'élément de sécurité (14) de l'élément de fixation (1), de telle sorte qu'une rotation de l'élément de fixation soit empêchée.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le parapet (20) est fixé avec un élément de verrouillage (13) de l'élément de fixation (12), de préférence l'élément de verrouillage (13) étant amené d'une position d'insertion dans une position de verrouillage.
