Definitions

  • the invention relates to a scaffold console or a scaffold console extension according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • the scaffolding specialist In the area of scaffolding, the scaffolding specialist often has the task of expanding existing working levels in the form of scaffolding floor coverings in their available working width and in this way making additional stand space available for craftsmen working on the scaffolding.
  • materials that may be applied to a building facade must be attached, which must be accommodated in an intermediate space between the erected scaffolding, in particular the working levels attached to it, and the house facade.
  • the scaffolding elements for example the vertical styles and the scaffolding floor coverings, and the facade when setting up the scaffolding, so that the materials to be attached can be easily installed on the entire facade surface and on the facade side of the Scaffold can be guided past the scaffold.
  • scaffolding extension brackets are known from the prior art, which can be arranged in the level of a scaffolding floor covering in the area between the house facade and the scaffolding, in order to compensate for such a variation in the distance between the facade and the scaffolding.
  • the DE 199 26 592 B4 an expandable console, which enables the extension or retraction of a console base via feed element brackets, so that it can be adjusted if the distance from the working level to the facade needs to be changed.
  • the US 6,126,127 Shows a console that provides a boom by means of a folding mechanism, on which an additional floor covering can be arranged, which widens the console and brings the working level closer to a house facade.
  • brackets from the prior art are complicated and complex in construction and have to be assembled in a complex manner, so that a considerable effort has to be made, for example in order to Passing thermal insulation to be applied to a building facade to dismantle the scaffold bracket.
  • moving parts in scaffolding are always disadvantageous because they can become dirty or stick in the presence of paint, plaster, mortar or similar materials, making their operation difficult or impossible.
  • a generic scaffold console has become known, in which a scaffold support bracket with a long first leg and a short second leg is provided in cross section as a right-angled triangle. Depending on the arrangement of one of these legs and attachment to a vertical wooden pole, a wider support for scaffolding boards or a narrower support for scaffolding boards is created.
  • the scaffold support bracket is supported in each case with a tip arranged at the respective end of the leg in a notch in the vertical wooden rod, so that there are different heights for the scaffold boards with steps.
  • a scaffold console which is foldable and comprises a long first leg and a short second leg. This scaffold console can be plugged onto a scaffold pole.
  • a scaffold console for widening a covering of a scaffold supported by uprights comprising a first suspension element, a second suspension element and a console covering that can be placed on the suspension element, the two suspension elements in each case as an angle with a are formed first short leg and a second long leg, these two legs are at a right angle to each other, the two suspension means can be fixed either with the first short leg or the second long leg on the uprights of the scaffold, the console covering the horizontally oriented leg of the suspension element can be placed as an extension of a working level, the scaffolding console comprising a coupling which can be attached either to the short leg or the long leg of the suspension element, the scaffolding console also being suitable for coupling either on the ku or on the long side.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a scaffold console which consists of fewer individual parts and is therefore more rationally manufactured and can be handled better.
  • a scaffold console for widening a covering of a scaffold supported by stands, it is provided that this comprises a first suspension element, a second suspension element and a bracket covering that can be placed on the suspension element, the two suspension elements each being designed as an angle with a first short leg and a second long leg, these two legs being at a right angle to one another, wherein the two suspension elements can each be fixed with the first short arm or the second long arm to the uprights of the scaffold and the console covering can be placed on the horizontally oriented arms of the suspension element.
  • a scaffold console designed in this way offers the possibility of placing the console covering on the side of the long leg in the case of an enlarged work surface extension, and of providing the short leg for attachment to a stand of the scaffold. If a smaller work surface extension is required, i.e. during or after a material has been applied to a facade, the suspension element can be rotated accordingly and attached to the stand with its long leg, so that a smaller bracket covering can be placed on the short leg.
  • the scaffold console comprises a coupling, which can optionally be attached to the short leg or the long leg of the suspension element.
  • Such a coupling is used for simple attachment of the scaffold console to the scaffold frame, so that when the leg attached to the frame is changed, only the coupling has to be opened and not a dismantling of the complete console has taken place.
  • This is particularly advantageous if a system of scaffolding frames is used, in which the floor coverings and / or frame parts that have been put on perform safety functions, and thus must not be easily removed or even removed when the scaffold is set up.
  • the coupling can be connected to the suspension element by means of at least one bolt and a spring pin.
  • the scaffold bracket provides that the short leg and the long leg of the suspension element are connected by a strut, the strut running in particular between free ends of the legs, opposite their point of intersection. This creates additional stability.
  • a further embodiment of the scaffold console is characterized in that the short leg and the long leg of the suspension element are connected by two struts, which provides further stability without restricting the functionality.
  • the coupling comprises a pin, with which the coupling can be optionally inserted into the short leg or the long leg of the suspension means in a corner region of the suspension element is, the legs are outside the corner area and open with openings to the corner area.
  • suspension element can be attached to a scaffolding system with rosette-like connecting means, as is known from the prior art ("plettac contour” system, "assco futuro” system).
  • the coupling comprises a receptacle with which the coupling optionally engages around the short leg or the long leg of the suspension element, in particular in a U-shape.
  • a coupling is provided which is independent of the scaffolding system and which on the one hand holds the suspension element by means of the receptacle and on the other hand can be fastened to the scaffolding system for example by means of clamps.
  • the legs for fastening the coupling each have in particular a bore, the bore or the bores being in particular at equal distances from the inner ends of the legs.
  • the coupling can act on such bores regardless of the orientation of the suspension element, and / or securing means can be carried out.
  • the invention further comprises a further development of Scaffold console, in which a spacer is arranged on each leg, with which the leg can be supported relative to the stand of the scaffold, as a result of which a secure hold and a flat working surface is achieved.
  • the long leg has a length which corresponds to a multiple of a length of the short leg, the long leg being in particular twice as long as the short leg.
  • the console covering can be formed from components in a predetermined grid dimension, so that standardized parts can be used.
  • console covering can be fastened to the suspension means in the manner of a conventional scaffolding covering.
  • An embodiment of the scaffold console according to the invention is characterized in that the console covering for the long leg comprises two console boards and that the console covering for the short leg comprises a console board.
  • the short leg could be designed with a corresponding offset in its attachment to the scaffold frame, so that the floor covering which has become superfluous due to the change of the horizontal leg used as a support can be stored under the floor covering placed on the short leg.
  • FIG. 1 a scaffold console 1 according to the invention on a scaffold frame 2.
  • the console 1 comprises a suspension element 3, which is shown schematically here in two different assembly positions. It is understood that the mounting position of the narrow console covering, which is shown in the lower area in the present case, is also used as an extension of a working level in actual use, and is not to be provided between two working levels.
  • the suspension element 3 has a short leg 4 and a long leg 5, which can each be fastened to a vertical style 8 with a coupling 7 in accordance with the required width of the console covering 6.
  • the console covering of the wide worktop extension comprises two console boards 6a and 6b, of which only one is used in the case of the narrow worktop extension, and the second one is either to be accommodated elsewhere, or, with a suitably designed suspension element 3 (not shown here), under the suspension element used can be arranged as a stack.
  • FIG. 2 shows a version of the suspension element 3 according to the invention in a side view.
  • the short leg 4 is here via a strut 21 at its end facing away from the crossing point connected to the opposite end of the long leg 5.
  • Both legs have locking pins on which a floor covering can be placed in accordance with a design known from the prior art, so that the pins engage in corresponding holes in the covering.
  • Both wood coverings with appropriate fittings and common aluminum coverings or the like are provided as covering materials.
  • the legs further include spacers 23 at their outer ends, which rest against the vertical style 8 when the leg is mounted and support the leg.
  • the spacers can have a shape on their contact surface with the vertical style which is adapted to the shape of the vertical style in order to additionally provide a lateral fixation.
  • a coupling 7 is arranged on the short leg 4, which is fastened to a vertical style 8 (not shown here) with a clamp 24, preferably a screw terminal.
  • the coupling 7 also has a U-shaped profile receptacle 25 for the short leg 4, the receptacle 25 also being able to accommodate the long leg in its dimension.
  • the short leg 4 is inserted into the receptacle 25 in such a way that bores in the leg are made to coincide with corresponding bores in the receptacle 25.
  • Corresponding bores 26 are shown in the long leg 5.
  • the spacing of the bores from the crossing point of the legs 4 & 5 is preferably identical, but can also be offset by the thickness of a console board if the console boards are stacked on the short leg.
  • the pins 22 are to be made longer in order to ensure safety.
  • the bores 26 are suitable for the passage of bolts 27 which are secured by spring pins 28.
  • the console boards 6a and 6b are removed in a first step. Then the worker releases the bolts 27 from the level below the extension and thereby releases the short leg 4 for removal from the receptacle 25. The worker now turns the removed part such that the long leg 5 is now inserted into the receptacle 25 and the bolts 27 can be inserted into the bores 26 in the long leg. In this way, the short leg 4 is now in a horizontal position and the long leg 5 lies with its spacer 23 on the vertical style 8. Then the console covering is replaced by attaching the console board and the work surface extension is reduced.
  • the components are designed to be lightweight so that a scaffold erector can easily handle them on their own, thus ensuring uncomplicated conversion.
  • FIG. 3 and Figure 4 show the corresponding further views of the suspension element 3 of the Figure 2 . They are provided with corresponding reference numerals, reference being made to the explanation made above.
  • FIG. 5 shows a side view of a suspension element 3a according to the invention, which is provided for mounting on modular scaffolding systems with rosettes.
  • the vertical style 8a (shown in dashed lines) comprises a rosette 51, as is known from the prior art.
  • the coupling 7a partially engages around the rosette with a mouth 52 which has a receptacle for a securing wedge 53 in the vertical direction.
  • a pin 54 is attached to the mouth 52, the diameter of which is adapted to the inside diameter of the profiles which form the short leg 4a and the long leg 5a.
  • the legs 4a and 5a do not intersect at one point in the present case but end beforehand in order to enable the pin 54 to be inserted into both legs mutually.
  • the legs 4a and 5a are over two struts 55 and 56 connected, which provides the necessary stability.
  • the legs also include spacers 23a, which bear against the vertical style, depending on the state of assembly.
  • the legs 4a and 5a and the pin 54 have a matching bore 57 through which a securing bolt 58 can be passed.
  • the bolt 58 itself can in turn be secured through a further bore 59 by a spring pin.
  • the version of the suspension element 3a shown is designed for scaffolding floors with hanging means, for example in the form of U-profiles, as a result of which no locking pins are required.
  • Figure 6 shows the second mounting position of the device according to Fig. 5 .
