The insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the connecting means (11 ; 12) and/or the slings (15, 16) of the connecting means (11 ; 12) and/or the first end portions (150, 160) of the slings (15, 16) of the connecting means (11; 12), on the one hand, extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the structure reinforcement (7, 8) and, on the other hand, are located at least close to a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the insulating wall (1) and/or to the structure reinforcement (7, 8), passing through the center of gravity (18) of this insulating wall (1) and extending parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the structure reinforcement (7, 8).
  7. The insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of claims 1 à 5, wherein the two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') and/or the slings (15, 16) of two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') and/or the first end portions (150, 160) of the slings (15, 16) of two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12'), on the one hand, extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the structure reinforcement (7, 8) and, on the other hand, are located on both sides of a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the insulating wall (1) and/or to the structure reinforcement (7, 8), passing through the center of gravity (18) of this insulating wall (1) and extending parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the structure reinforcement (7, 8).
  8. The insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the insulating wall (1) includes consecutive sides (3 ; 3') as well as a plurality of connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') and either two consecutive sides (3 ; 3') of this insulating wall (1) each include at least one such connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12'), or at least one such connecting means (11, 11') extends from such an insulating wall (1) and beyond a first side (3) of such a wall (1), while at least another connecting means (12, 12') extends from such an insulating wall (1) and beyond a second side (3') consecutive to the first side (3), of such an insulating wall (1).
  9. A method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, this method consisting in that :
    - in a first mold is arranged at least one connecting means (9) as well as at least a first structure reinforcement (7) to which will be fastened or is fastened a first end portion (150) at least a first sling (15) includes, and is casted concrete into which are embedded the connecting means (9), at least part of at least the first structure reinforcement (7) as well as the first end portion (150) of at least the first sling (15), this prior to ensuring the hardening of the concrete casted in this first mold for producing a first skin (4) of the insulating wall (1) ;
    - in a second mold is arranged at least a second structure reinforcement (8) to which will be fastened or is fastened a first end portion (160) at least a second sling (16) includes, and is casted concrete into which are embedded at least part of at least the second structure reinforcement (8) as well as the first end portion (160) of at least the second sling (16) ;
    - the first skin (4) of the insulating wall (1) is returned, the connection means (9) of this first skin (4) are inserted into the concrete casted into the second mold, and the hardening of the concrete casted into the second mold is ensured for producing a second skin (5) of the insulating wall (1) ;
    - wherein:
    - the connecting means (9) are inserted through an insulating panel (10), either before arranging this insulating panel (10) over the concrete casted into the first mold and before arranging this or these connecting means (9) in this first mold, or after having arranged this insulating panel (10) over the concrete casted into the second mold and before inserting this or these connection means (9) into the concrete casted into the second mold;
    - using at least one means for making integral (17), a second end portion (151) at least the first sling (15) includes and a second end portion (161) at least the second sling (16) includes are firmly made integral, this for producing at least one connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') for connecting the wall to a handling device, such a connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') including, on the one hand, a first internal portion (110 ; 120) formed of the first end portion (150) of the first sling (15), on the other hand, a second internal portion (111 ; 121) formed of the first end portion (160) of the second sling (16) and, yet on the other hand, an external portion (112 ; 122) shaped so as to cooperate with a handling device, interposed between the two internal portions (110, 111 ; 120, 121) extending from said external portion (112 ; 122) and including the second end portion (151) of the first sling (15) as well as the second end portion (161) of the second sling (16) and at least the means for making integral (17) for firmly making integral the second end portion (151) of the first sling (15) and the second end portion (161) of the second sling (16).
  10. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to claim 9, wherein the second end portions (151 ; 161) of the slings (15 ; 16) are firmly made integral before or after hardening of the concrete casted into the second mold.
  11. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of claims 9 or 10, wherein to the structure reinforcements (7 ; 8) are fastened the first end portions (150 ; 160) of the slings (15 ; 16) of at least one connecting means (11, 11', 12, 12') or in the molds are arranged the structure reinforcements (7 ; 8) to which the first end portions (150 ; 160) of the slings (15 ; 16) are fastened, this so that the first end portions (150 ; 160) of the slings (15 ; 16) of a same connecting means (11, 11', 12, 12') and/or the second end portions (151 ; 161) of said slings (15 ; 16) are located, even extend, in front of each other.
  12. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein:
    - the first end portion (150) of the first sling (15) of the connecting means (11 ; 12) is fixed or positioned, on the one hand, so as to extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the first frame structure (7) and, on the other hand, at least close to a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the first structure reinforcement (7), passing through the center of gravity (18) of the insulating wall (1), and extending parallel or perpendicular to the main direction of extension of this first structure reinforcement (7);
    - the first end portion (160) of the second sling (16) of this or of these connecting means (11 ; 12) is fixed or positioned, on the one hand, so as to extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the second structure reinforcement (8) and, on the other hand, at least close to a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the second structure reinforcement (8), passing through the center of gravity (18) of the insulating wall (1), and extending parallel or perpendicular to the main direction of extension of this second structure reinforcement (8);
    - this so that the first end portions (150, 160) of the slings (15, 16) of the same connecting means (11 ; 12) and/or the second end portions (151, 161) of said slings (15, 16) are located, even extend, in front of each other.
  13. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein:
    - the first end portions (150) of the first slings (15) of two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') are fixed or positioned, on the one hand, so as to extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the first structure reinforcement (7) and, on the other hand, on either side of a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the first structure reinforcement (7), passing through the center of gravity (18) of the insulating wall (1), and extending parallel or perpendicular to the main direction of extension of this first structure reinforcement (7) and;
    - the first end portions (160) of the second slings (16) of these two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') are fixed or positioned, on the one hand, so as to extend parallel or perpendicular to a main direction of extension of the second structure reinforcement (8) and, on the other hand, on either side of a plane (19 ; 20), perpendicular to the second structure reinforcement (8), passing through the center of gravity (18) of the insulating wall (1), and extending parallel or perpendicular to the main direction of extension of this second structure reinforcement (8);
    - this so that the first end portions (150, 160) of the slings (15, 16) of the same connecting means (11, 11', 12, 12') and/or that the second end portions (151, 161) of these slings (15, 16) are located, even extend, in front of each other.
  14. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 13, wherein, on the one hand, the first end portions (150) of the first slings (15) of two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') are fixed or positioned so that the second end portions (151) of these first slings (15) of these two connection means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') extend from two consecutive sides of the first mold and, on the other hand, the first end portions (160) of the second slings (16) of these two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') are fixed or positioned so that the second end portions (161) of these second slings (16) of these two connecting means (11, 11' ; 12, 12') extend from two consecutive sides of the second mold, this so that the first end portions (150, 160) of the slings (15, 16) of the same connecting means (11, 11', 12, 12') and/or the second end portions (151, 161) of these slings (15, 16) are located, even extend, in front of each other.
  15. The method for manufacturing an insulating wall with permanent formwork (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 14, wherein:
    - on the one hand, the first end portion (150) of the first sling (15) of at least a first connecting means (11, 11') is fixed or positioned so that such a first sling (15) and/or such a first end portion (150) extends parallel to a main direction of extension of the first structure reinforcement (7) and, on the other hand, the first end portion (150) of the first sling (15) of at least a second connecting means (12, 12') is fixed or positioned so that such a first sling (15) and/or such a first end portion (150) extends perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the first structure reinforcement (7);
    - on the one hand, the first end portion (160) of the second sling (16) of at least the first connecting means (11, 11') is fixed or positioned so that such a second sling (16) and/or such a first end portion (160) extends parallel to a main direction of extension of the second structure reinforcement (8) and, on the other hand, the first end portion (160) of the second sling (16) of at least the second connection means (12, 12') is fixed or is positioned so that such a second sling (16) and/or such a first end portion (160) extends perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the second structure reinforcement (8);
    - this so that the first end portions (150 ; 160) of the slings (15 ; 16) of the same connecting means (11, 11', 12, 12') and/or the second end portions (151 ; 161) of said slings (15 ; 16) are located, even extend, in front of each other.
