  • This invention relates to the field of the building and, more particularly, to the manufacture, in the factory, of the insulating walls with lost formwork.
  • Such a formwork wall comprising the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from 2-927-105-EN .
  • the method of manufacturing such a conventional formwork wall is to position, in a first mold, a frame of structure and to fix on it a first end portion that includes at least a sling constituting a connecting means.
  • connection means are also positioned and concrete is poured in order to produce a first skin of the wall inside which the first end portion of the sling is embedded.
  • a second end portion of the sling of the connection means is also fixed on another part of the same structural reinforcement (basket, beam) emerging out of the concrete of the first skin.
  • connection means and the second sling end portion and the other part of the same are drowned inside a concrete cast in a second mold. structure frame. Finally, the cast concrete is dried in the second mold for producing the second skin of the wall.
  • the method of manufacturing such a formwork insulating wall consists, firstly and on the traditional manufacturing line, on the one hand, to position a structural reinforcement and at least one connecting means of which one end is fixed to said structural reinforcement and, on the other hand, to pour concrete, this inside a first mold that comprises this production line and for obtaining an assembly which, in a second step, is removed from the production line for routing to a position of installation of at least one insulating panel.
  • the assembly is equipped with at least one connection means as well as with the insulating panel, this before setting up, above this insulating panel, a second frame of structure to which is fixed the other end of the connection means and for obtaining a first face.
