Claims (14)

  1. A labeling apparatus (13) comprising a bottom labeler (43) which is a labeler for labeling the bottom sides of packagings and which is placed within a frame (25) beneath the conveying path of the packagings to be labeled, i.e. beneath a conveyor belt (27, 29) of the labeling apparatus (13); and a pull-out apparatus (45) which comprises a pull-out (49) which is supported via a pull-out guide (51) at a stationary pull-out carrier (53) and which is travelable relative to said stationary pull-out carrier (53) in a linear manner between a retracted end position and an extended end position in the horizontal, wherein the bottom labeler (43) is positioned on the pull-out (49), characterized in that the pull-out apparatus (45) is configured such that the position of at least the retracted end position of the pull-out (49) can be set.
  2. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 1,
    characterized in that
    a compression spring (75) is provided which is connected in an articulated manner to the pull-out (49) with one end and is connected in an articulated manner to the pull-out carrier (53) with the other end such that, in the retracted end position, the pull-out (49) is preloaded into said retracted end position (75).
  3. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2,
    characterized in that
    a compression spring (75) is provided which is connected in an articulated manner to the pull-out (49) with one end and is connected in an articulated manner to the pull-out carrier (53) with the other end such that it preloads the pull-out (49) into the retracted end position or the extended end position in dependence on the position of said pull-out (49).
  4. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 3,
    characterized in that,
    on the traveling of the pull-out (49) from the one end position to the other end position, the end of the compression spring (75) connected to the pull-out (49) follows a linear movement path which leads past the stationary end of the compression spring (75) connected to the pull-out carrier (53); and/or in that the spacing between the two articulation points of the compression spring (75) up to a tilt point of the compression spring (75), in which the direction of the spring force of the compression spring (75) is oriented perpendicular to the direction of travel of the pull-out (49), first decreases continuously and then increases continuously.
  5. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a stopper (65) adjustable in the direction of travel is provided for the pull-out (49) in order to set the position of at least the retracted end position.
  6. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 5,
    characterized in that
    the stopper (65) is fastened to the pull-out carrier (53).
  7. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 5 or claim 6,
    characterized in that
    the stopper (65) is fastened on a rail (69) which can be adjusted, via at least one screw connection (73), in the direction of travel along at least one elongate hole (71) formed in a transverse member (55) of the pull-out carrier (53).
  8. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a scale is provided as an adjustment aid for the position of at least the retracted end position.
  9. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 5 to 8,
    characterized in that
    an abutment element (67), which contacts the stopper (65) in the retracted end position, is fastened to the end of the pull-out (49) which trails on the retraction.
  10. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 5 to 9,
    characterized in that
    an abutment element (67), which contacts the stopper (65) in the extended end position, is fastened to the end of the pull-out (49) which trails on the extension.
  11. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the pull-out guide (51) is configured as a roller guide.
  12. A labeling apparatus in accordance with claim 11,
    characterized in that
    the roller guide (51) comprises, at both sides of the pull-out apparatus (45), a respective guide rod (61) fastened to the pull-out (49); and a plurality of rollers (59) which are fastened to the pull-out carrier (53) behind one another in the direction of travel and at whose running surfaces a respective peripheral groove is formed into which the respective guide rod (61) engages in a travelable manner.
  13. A labeling apparatus in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the pull-out (49) is provided with a rotatable holder (47) on which the bottom labeler (43) is positioned.
  14. A weighing conveying apparatus (11) comprising at least one conveyor belt (15, 17); a weighing belt (19); and a labeling apparatus (13) in accordance with any one of the preceding claims.
