Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator installation with at least one elevator car carrier which can accommodate two or more elevator cars.
- the invention relates to the field of elevator systems, which are designed as so-called biplane elevator systems.
- the known elevator has an elevator car frame in which two elevator cars are arranged vertically one above the other.
- the two elevator cars are each on a support with guide rollers, which are guided around the guide rollers hoisting.
- a drive unit is provided on the elevator car frame, around which the hoisting rope is guided.
- Another double-decker elevator is in WO 2011/073030 A1 described.
- the mechanism provided for the suspension and adjustment of the elevator cars is distinguished here by the use of belts in comparison with the aforementioned double-decker elevator. Since belts are slim in comparison with a hoist rope in one dimension, much smaller bending radii can be achieved around the guide rollers. Accordingly, the diameter of a guide roller is smaller dimensioned. Overall, this leads to a mechanism that requires less installation space on the cabin frame and allows more freedom of design for the dimensioning of the elevator cars.
- the belt guide on the elevator car frame for the realization of the suspension of the elevator cars relatively complicated.
- the many deflections of the belt on the elevator car frame lead in particular to a mechanism comprising many guide rollers.
- the elevator cars are to be equipped with sub-clamping means in order to prevent jumping of the elevator cage in the elevator cage frame in the event of severe delays, such as, for example, during a buffer drive or during a trapping braking.
- the object of the invention is to provide an elevator system, which has an improved structure. Specifically, it is an object of the invention to provide an elevator system in which the space remaining for the elevator cars is optimized and in which the mechanism for adjusting the distance between the elevator cars is particularly simple.
- an elevator installation which has a first elevator car, which is arranged adjustably on the elevator car carrier, and at least one second elevator car, which is arranged on the elevator car carrier.
- a drive unit which is arranged on the elevator car carrier and at least one traction means are provided.
- at least the first elevator car can be adjusted by the drive unit by means of the traction means relative to the elevator car carrier.
- the traction agent preferably forms a closed loop.
- the closed loop can be realized by means of a traction means designed as an endless loop.
- the closed loop of the traction means can also be achieved by holding the ends of the traction means in a connecting element.
- the first elevator car can be suspended and tensioned both on the elevator car carrier by means of the traction means. Therefore, the first elevator car is not only adjustable by the traction means but also firmly connected to the elevator car carrier during an emergency or trapping braking and prevented from jumping. The additional attachment of Unterspannstoffn can thus be omitted.
- the traction means via a drive roller and at least one guide roller, both of which are arranged on the elevator carrier, is guided.
- the traction means of the drive roller and the at least one guide roller is particularly easily performed on the elevator car carrier.
- a guide roller is arranged in a positionally displaceable manner on the elevator car carrier.
- a voltage of the traction means is adjustable by means of a positional shift of the guide roller.
- the elevator cage carrier can be arranged in an elevator shaft in an advantageous manner, wherein a drive machine unit is provided which serves to actuate the elevator car carrier.
- the elevator car carrier can be moved along the intended roadway.
- the elevator car carrier can be suspended from a traction device connected to the elevator car carrier.
- the traction means may in this case be guided in a suitable manner via a traction sheave of a drive machine unit.
- the traction means in addition to the function of transmitting the force or the moment of Drive unit on the elevator car carrier to operate the elevator car carrier, also have the function to carry the elevator car carrier.
- Actuation of the elevator car carrier here means, in particular, lifting or lowering of the elevator car carrier in the elevator shaft.
- the elevator car carrier can be guided by one or more guide rails in the elevator shaft.
- the second elevator car is arranged adjustably on the elevator car carrier, that the second elevator car is adjustable by the drive unit by means of the traction means relative to the elevator car carrier, and that with an adjustment of the first elevator car and the second elevator car relative to the elevator car carrier the first elevator car and the second elevator car are adjustable in mutually opposite Verstellraumen.
- the traction means by driving the traction means a simultaneous adjustment of the two elevator cars to each other. Since the adjustment directions of the two elevator cars are opposite to each other, the speed of the adjustment movements of the two elevator cars is added to each other with respect to a change in the distance between the two elevator cars.
- the weight of the first elevator car and the second elevator car is at least partially compensated.
- a smaller dimensioned drive unit can be used.
- the first elevator car and the second elevator car are connected to the traction means via a first, preferably, a second retaining element.
- the holding element may preferably be such that a suspension force of the first or the second elevator car on the traction means is introduced vertically aligned with the traction means on the first preferably on the second holding element.
- the load of the traction agent is optimal. Accordingly, the life of the traction means is increased.
- the traction means is designed as a belt.
- the belt has a first side and a second side facing away from the first side and that the first side serves as a contact side on which the belt is guided around the drive roller of the drive unit and around the guide roller and to which the belt is bent, and that the second side serves as a free back to which the belt is at least substantially not bent.
- the belt can be configured as a flat belt.
- the belt is particularly simple and therefore inexpensive to manufacture
- the belt has at least one longitudinal rib on the contact side.
- the longitudinal rib may specifically have a V-shaped profile.
- a plurality of longitudinal ribs are configured on the contact side, which are each configured at least approximately V-shaped.
- Other embodiments of the profile of the longitudinal rib are possible.
- the longitudinal rib may have a trapezoidal profile.
- the belt may have a toothing on the contact surface.
- the toothing drive power of the drive unit is particularly reliable transferable from the drive roller to the belt. Due to the positive power transmission slippage between the drive roller and the belt is largely prevented.
- the traction means can also be designed as a rope.
- the elevator car carrier 2 is suspended in the example shown at a first end of the traction means 8.
- the traction means 8 is also guided around a traction sheave 9 of a prime mover unit 10.
- the elevator car carrier 2 is moved upwards or downwards through the driving area.
- a counterweight 7 is suspended at a second end of the traction means 8.
- the person skilled in the art can provide a different suspension of the elevator car carrier 2 or of the counterweight 7.
- elevator car carrier 2 or counterweight 7 can each be suspended from a carrying roller.
- a first elevator car 11 and a second elevator car 12 are arranged at the elevator car carrier 2.
- the two elevator cars 11, 12 relative to the elevator car carrier 2 are adjustable.
- cross members 13, 14, 15 are formed, which are connected to longitudinal members 16, 17 of the elevator car carrier 2.
- a longitudinal direction 24 of the elevator car carrier 2 is determined.
- the longitudinal members 16, 17 of the elevator car carrier 2 are in this case aligned along the longitudinal direction 24.
- the cross members 13 to 15 are arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 24 between the longitudinal members 16, 17.
- the elevator car carrier 2 is suspended above the cross member 13 at the first end of the traction means 8. Further, a drive unit 18 is attached to the cross member 13. The drive unit 18 is used to drive a belt 19. For this purpose, the belt 19 is guided around a drive roller 20 of the drive unit 18. In addition, the belt 19 is guided over a guide roller 21. This guide roller 21 is attached to the cross member 15. The belt 19 forms a closed loop and extends substantially vertically from the drive roller 20 down to the guide roller 21 and from the guide roller 21 a further time vertically upwards to the drive roller 20 over the entire length of the elevator car carrier 2.
- the drive and guide rollers 20, 21 aligned parallel to the cross members.
- the drive and guide rollers 20, 21 are arranged on the cross member 13 and on the cross member 15 so that the belt 19 is guided laterally on the elevator cars 11, 12.
- the belt 19 may be guided only on the first side 32 serving as the front side 32, wherein the second side 33 serves as a free back 33. Depending on the configuration of the belt 19, a load on the belt 19 can thereby be reduced.
- the guide roller 21 is positionally displaceable on the elevator car frame 2 or be arranged on the cross member 15. Like in the Fig. 1 indicated is the distance D between the guide roller 21 and the drive roller 20 in a vertical adjustment direction 25 adjustable. By means of the setting of this distance D, the tension of the belt 19 can be adjusted to a certain extent in order to avoid unwanted natural vibrations to a great extent.
- the adjustment of the voltage depends largely on the cross section used, the length and weight of the belt 19 and the speed of the drive roller 20 and the power transmitted to the belt 19.
- the first elevator car 11 is suspended from the belt 19 on a first strand 19.1 of the belt 19 by means of a first retaining element 19.11 on the belt 19 and the second elevator car 12 is suspended on a second strand 19.2 of the belt 19 by means of a second retaining element 19.12.
- the two strands 19.1, 19.2 are moved in a rotational movement of the drive roller 20 in different adjustment directions.
- the weight forces of the two elevator cars 11, 12 are at least partially compensated. Therefore, in this embodiment, the drive unit 18 may be smaller in size.
- the Fig. 2 shows the elevator system Fig. 1 as a top view.
- the elevator installation preferably has a further drive unit 28 with a further belt 29, which is driven by a further drive roller 30 and which is guided by a further guide roller (not shown here).
- the further drive unit 28 and the associated further drive roller 30 are arranged opposite the drive unit 18 on the cross member 13.
- the further guide roller is arranged corresponding to the guide roller 21 on the cross member 15.
- the further belt 29 is guided between the further drive roller 30 and the further guide roller and forms a closed loop.
- the other leadership role for adjusting the tension of the belt 29 on the elevator car frame 2 or on the cross member 15 is mounted to move.
- Analogously to the belt 19, the further belt 29 is guided laterally on an opposite side of the first and the second elevator car.
- the first elevator car 11 is suspended on a first strand 29.11 of the further belt 29 by means of a further first retaining element 29.11 on the further belt 29 and the second elevator car 12 is suspended on a second strand 29.2 of the further belt 29 by means of a further second retaining element 29.12 on the further belt 29.
- the other first support member 29.11 is obliquely opposite the first support member 19.11 and the other second support member 29.12 is obliquely opposite the second support member 29.12, so that the first elevator car 11 and the second elevator car 12 are suspended symmetrically with respect to their centers of gravity. Accordingly, during an adjustment movement of the elevator cars 11, 12, the further drive roller 30 rotates with respect to the first drive roller 20 in an opposite direction of rotation. This ensures that both belts 19, 29 operate in the same adjustment direction during an adjustment movement of the elevator cars 11, 12.
- the elevator installation comprises a synchronization unit, not shown, which ensures a synchronous operation of the two drive units 18, 28.
- the synchronization unit is equipped at least with a microprocessor which drives the two drive units 18, 28.
- the drive roller 20 and the further drive roller 30 may be driven by a common drive unit.
- the drive unit has a gear to produce the opposite rotational movement of the drive roller 20 and the further drive roller 30, and one or more drive shafts to overcome the distance between the two drive rollers 20, 30.
- the drive units 18, 28 and the associated drive rollers 20, 30 on the cross member 15 and the guide rollers 21 on the cross member 13 can be arranged.
- deviating from two belts 19, 29, only one belt or more than two belts can be used to produce the adjustment movement of the first and the second elevator car 11, 12.
- the assigned drive rollers, guide rollers or drive units must be adapted accordingly.
- a respective belt may also be guided by more than one guide roller in order to adapt the belt guide to the given spatial conditions.
- FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show a holding member 19.11, 19.12 for the suspension of an elevator car 11, 12 on the belt 19.
- the holding member 19.11, 19.12 comprises two housing halves 50, 51 which are screwed together, for example by means of at least one screw.
- the belt 19 may be configured as a toothed belt.
- Recesses 60 for receiving the toothing 61 of the toothed belt on the holding element 19.11, 19.12 or on a housing half 50 are provided.
- housing halves 50, 51 as a positive connection between the support member 19.11, 19.12 and the belt 19 can be realized.
- the belt 19 is clamped between the two housing halves 50, 51.
- the holding element 19.11, 19.12 comprises two bores 52 which are arranged on the side surfaces of the holding element 19.11, 19.12.
- the holes 52 are dimensioned so that each a bolt 53 is inserted.
- the bolts 53 are part of a lifting arm 54, which is attached to an associated elevator car 11, 12.
- the two holes 52 are preferably located in a plane of symmetry of the belt 19. This ensures that a suspension force G of a respective elevator car 11, 12 at its holding element 19.11, 19.12 is introduced vertically aligned in the belt 19.
- a holding element 19.11, 19.12 combines the function of the suspension of an elevator car 11, 12 and the function of connecting the two ends of the belt 19 to form a closed loop.
- the holding element 19.11, 19.12 is therefore also a connecting element.
- a separate connecting element are provided in addition to the holding elements 19.11, 19.12 .
- Such a connecting element may analogously to the holding element shown 19.11, 19.12 also consist of two sixteenschraubbaren sections, with which a positive connection between the two ends of the belt 19 and the connecting element can be produced.
- a belt 19 can be used, which is designed as an endless belt or belt with an endless loop. In such a configuration eliminates a connecting element.
- Fig. 5 shows a profile of the belt 19 according to a second embodiment in a schematic representation.
- the belt 19 may be configured as a V-ribbed belt and have a plurality of ribs 70, 71, 72.
- each of the ribs 70 to 72 may have an approximately V-shaped cross-section.
- the embodiment with ribs 70 to 72 is provided on the first side 32.
