Definitions
- the invention relates to a protective element for connecting to a concrete element of a tunnel construction, which has at least one protective section which has a side facing the concrete element, on which at least one connecting element is provided for producing a holding connection of the protective section to the concrete element, the protective section being a floor section and a wall section and at least one region made of at least one plastic, the protective element having at least one seal which is integrally connected to the protective section, the connection being gas-tight and liquid-tight, and the integral connection of the seal to the protective section by injection molding with the at least one first plastic is produced, and wherein a first section of the wall section of the protective section is produced by injection molding with the at least one first plastic.
- Such concrete elements or protective elements are made WO 2011/085734 A1 known.
- Such concrete elements are also known in technical terms as "tubbing" and z. B. used in mechanical tunnel construction using shield driving.
- tunnel boring machines which comprise a drill head, behind which a cylindrical shield with a shield jacket and a shield tail is arranged.
- the shield has a smaller outer diameter than the drill head so that there is no direct contact between the tunnel wall and the shield.
- the concrete elements at the edge of the shield become in the shield tail positioned. They are pressed against the direction of advance against the adjacent concrete elements last attached and connected to them.
- Several concrete elements together form a ring over the entire circumference of the tunnel.
- the gap between the ring and the tunnel wall is filled with mortar, e.g. B. to prevent settlement.
- This type of tunnel construction is a. also used for the construction of sewage pipes, especially of larger collecting pipes.
- sewage pipes especially of larger collecting pipes.
- the inside of the tubbings is sealed with a cladding so that no waste water and no gases rising from the waste water enter the concrete through the tunnel walls and can damage it (corrosion).
- This protective layer is in accordance with WO 2005/024183 A1 made of fiberglass or polyethylene (PE) or according to JP2004132002 made of a synthetic resin and in particular of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PVC, polyester or vinyl ester and is firmly anchored in the concrete by means of mechanical anchoring, so that an inseparable connection of the protective layer with the concrete is created.
- the protective layer is designed so that only the inside of the segment element is covered ( JP2004132002 ) or a side surface of the concrete element is also partially included ( WO2005 / 024183A1 ).
- a seal is then provided on the side surface, which protrudes beyond the protective layer.
- the seal is made of an elastic material so that when the individual segments for tunneling are put together, the joints between the adjacent concrete elements are closed by the seal.
- the concrete element of the WO2005 / 024183A1 itself is manufactured using formwork.
- a protective layer is placed on the formwork floor in the formwork.
- Protective layer elements are also placed on the side walls of the formwork.
- the formwork has a recess into which the seal is inserted.
- the concrete is then placed in the formwork in connection with reinforcement. After the concrete has hardened, the tubbing is used as a tunnel extension.
- WO 2011/085734 A1 shows an improvement. In practice, it had been found that the arrangement according to WO2005 / 024183A1 leaks can always occur in the transition between the protective layer and the seal if sufficient care has not been taken in the manufacture of the concrete element when inserting the seal in the formwork and / or when arranging the seal with respect to the protective layer.
- Polydicyclopentadienes (pDCPD) is disclosed as a particularly advantageous plastic for encapsulation of the seal.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a production method for a concrete element and an improved protective layer, in which the protective element is improved with sufficient liability with regard to the use of materials.
- the object according to the invention is achieved in that the bottom section of the protective section has at least one second section, that the second section is formed from a further plastic, that the second section has a planar extent, and that the second section is formed by injection molding with the first section is connected.
- Injection molding here means all processes that can be subsumed under injection molding, i.e. processes in which one or more are used directly
- Thermoplastics / thermosets / elastomers for example as polymers or monomers, can be introduced into a mold on their own, individually, one after the other or simultaneously (e.g. overmolding / overmolding or multi-component injection molding), or in which monomers are processed that only become polymers in the injection mold (for example reaction overmolding).
- the second section essentially consists of a film, a plate or a web, which is preferably connected to connecting elements.
- a further teaching of the invention provides that the bottom section of the protective section is essentially formed from the second section and / or that the connection between the first and the second section is a butt joint, or that the first section at least partially sections encloses.
- This makes it possible to essentially limit injection molding to the direct connection of the base section to the seal.
- the one-piece connection of the seal and the connecting elements to the protective section produces a liquid-tight and gas-tight connection in a particularly simple manner. Injection molding can ensure that the protective elements are produced with consistently high quality, so that the protective effect of the protective element is particularly high and of consistently high quality, regardless of the manufacturing process of the concrete element, in relation to the finished concrete element.
- the protective element is shaped in such a way that, based on the seal, the sealing material is enclosed on at least three sides with the injection molding material.
- the connecting element is a honeycomb structure, a web, a pin and / or a surface element with openings.
- the protective section is connected in one piece to the at least one connecting element, the one-piece connection preferably being produced by injection molding the at least one first plastic.
- surface elements such as honeycomb structures or surface sections with through openings, allow the protective element to be anchored particularly well to the concrete element over the entire surface of the protective element.
- pins or the like which may extend further into the concrete of the concrete element, can achieve an increased punctual increase in holding force.
- the protective element in the event of damage to the concrete element and thus any water pressure that may be present from the outside, the protective element should be able to maintain the water pressure completely, it is furthermore particularly advantageous that the connecting elements are freely available in terms of their shape and material selection, and that a corresponding connection between the connecting element and the protective section can be provided by the injection molding, in particular in the case of finding elements which are not made of plastic. Furthermore, in the event that the connecting elements of the injection-molded section of the protective section are also made of the same plastic as the protective element, a particularly large variety of shapes can be provided for the connecting elements due to the injection molding.
- a further teaching of the invention provides in this context that a ceiling element is also provided, so that a hollow body is produced, into which the concrete and, if necessary, reinforcement is then already introduced during injection molding. This is particularly advantageous if the concrete element must also be protected on its outer sides against aggressive water in the mountains.
- the plastic is a polydicyclopentadiene (pDCPD), preferably in a form resistant to high temperatures, or a resin, reinforcing elements, such as glass fibers, being added to the plastic resin.
- pDCPD polydicyclopentadiene
- a resin, reinforcing elements, such as glass fibers being added to the plastic resin.
- thermoplastic preferably PE.
- PE thermoplastic
- Components made from these, such as sheets, sheets or foils, can be manufactured locally on site, so that considerable transportation and storage costs for the finished products are eliminated.
- the teaching of the invention provides that a protective element described above is used.
- a protective element makes it possible to provide an adequate joint seal that provides a corresponding tightness of the protective lining of the tunnel to liquids and gases.
- the solution of the invention provides that a protective element described above is produced from a plastic by the injection molding process, the finished protective element is inserted into a mold, that the protective element is connected to concrete and is removed from the mold after curing.
- the prefabrication of the protective element in the injection molding process in which there is an integral connection between the holding elements and the seal with the protective section of the protective element, provides a simple manufacturing process because the above-described possible sources of error in the manufacture of the concrete element are eliminated, since only a single component must be introduced into the formwork so that the source of error in the transition from protective layer to seal is eliminated.
- a connection with a high holding force between the protective element and the concrete element is provided in a simple manner.
- the advantage here is that even when the concrete elements are manufactured on site at the place where the tubbing is used, a sufficient, qualitatively constant protective effect is provided for the concrete elements.
- the top of the concrete elements is also provided with a protective element or a protective layer.
- This protective element or the protective layer can be provided before the concrete is fed into the formwork or only afterwards, for example by painting or the like.
- a concrete element 10 ( 1 to 3 ) is a segment segment (tubbing) of a tunnel extension.
- the segment section has a convex upper side 11 and a lower side 12 (in 1 to 3 covered by a protective element 20).
- the protective element 20 is arranged on the inside 12 of the concrete element.
- the protective element 20 has a bottom section 21 and wall sections 22, 23. On these wall sections 22, 23, a receiving area 29 is provided, in which a seal 30 is arranged.
- the connection between seal 30 and protective element 20 is made by injection molding.
- the protective element 20 has on its wall sections 22, 23 a first section 25 made of an injection-moldable plastic.
- the bottom section 21 has a second section 28 with a flat extension.
- the concrete element 10 is in Fig. 4 shown in section with a first embodiment of the protective element 20 according to the invention.
- Fig. 5 shows an enlarged section of the corner area Fig. 4 .
- Further embodiments of the protective element 20 are shown in FIGS 6 to 9 shown.
- the protective element 20 has, as in Fig. 4 shown, a bottom section 21, on the outer sides of which wall sections 22, 23 are arranged essentially at right angles, but also in any other arrangement.
- the inside of the base section 21 has pin elements 17.
- webs can also be arranged parallel to an outer wall and webs to the outer wall arranged at right angles thereto.
- the webs can, for example, be provided with openings through which the concrete 16 can pass and thus produce a connection which holds particularly well after hardening.
- a projection 27 is provided which engages the wall section 22, 23 at an angle of 45-90 ° and is also provided with openings 26 for producing a holding connection.
- the seal 30 is arranged in a receiving area 29.
- the seal 30 is made of an elastic plastic.
- the seal 30 has a sealing surface 31 which, when the individual concrete elements are put together, either meets another concrete surface or another sealing surface 31 of a seal 30.
- the seal has 30 chambers 32 inside. When the concrete elements 10 are assembled, the elastic plastic of the seal 30 is deformed and the chambers 32 are pressed together. Opposite the sealing surface 31 there are holding projections 33 which engage in the plastic of the side wall 22, 23 of the protective element 20. During injection molding, these and the nearby side walls of the seal 30 connect to the plastic of the protective element or are enclosed in a gas-tight manner.
- a honeycomb structure 24 is arranged on the inside of the bottom section 21 of the protective element 20. This can, for example, be glued to the base section 21 or be anchored in some other way.
- concrete 16 When the concrete 16 is introduced into the protective element 20, concrete 16 can penetrate into the honeycomb structure 24 and harden there. Due to the high surface area of the honeycomb structure 24, there is a large contact area between the honeycomb structure 24 and the concrete 16, so that 16 high holding forces are present after the concrete has hardened.
- further connecting elements are provided, which are also webs (not shown) or pin elements 17. It is possible to form the webs and / or pins 17 from a plastic of the protective element 20 or alternatively or additionally to provide them from a different material, for example metal.
- a reinforcement 15 is provided in addition to the connecting elements in the form of pins 17.
- the reinforcement is either, as in Fig. 4 shown, on the connecting elements 17 or alternatively can also rest on the honeycomb structure 24 or the bottom portion 21.
- Fig. 5 shows a section through an inventive concrete element.
- the reinforcement 15, like the honeycomb structure 24 and the webs or pins 17, is enclosed by the concrete 16.
- the protective element has a first section 25, which is created by injection molding and comprises the seal 30. It is made from an injection-moldable material during injection molding. Furthermore, the bottom section 21 has a second section 28 of the protective element 20. This is a flat element 34, for example in the form of a sheet, film or plate. An integral part of this Embodiment of the second section 28 are T-shaped pin elements 17. These are either arranged on the flat element or the pin elements 17 are made of the same material as the flat element 34. The connection of the flat element 34 takes place by injection molding of the first section 25.
- 6 to 9 show various exemplary types of connection of the second section 28 to the first section 25. This can be done abruptly ( 6, 7 and 9 ) or the second section 28 is one-sided (not shown) or both-sided ( Fig. 8 ) encompassed.
- the flat element forming the second section 28 is provided not only as a component of the bottom section 21 but also as a wall section 22, 23.
- the jerky connection, as in 6, 7 and 9 has surprisingly been found to be sufficient, in particular when connecting PE as a flat element 34 and pDCPD as an injection-moldable plastic of the first section 25.
- a concrete element 10 according to the invention is produced in such a way that formwork is provided which has the shape of the concrete element that will later be used.
- the outer shape can be a segment of a circle.
- the top view can be either rectangular or trapezoidal, for example.
- a prepared protective element 20 is inserted into this formwork, which was connected in one piece to the seal 30 during its manufacture. After inserting the protective element 20, the reinforcement 15 is inserted into the formwork and the concrete 16 is poured.
- the protective element 20 can be designed in such a way that it is a hollow body into which the concrete is introduced, as a result of which the formwork can be dispensed with.
- the reinforcement 15 is then introduced into the hollow body during manufacture or together with the concrete (fiber reinforcement).
- the protective element 20 is produced in such a way that an injection mold is produced which reflects the shape of the protective element 20. Subsequently, the seal 30 is provided in the receiving area 29 provided for this purpose in the injection mold.
- the flat sections 34 are inserted into the mold either as a bottom section 21 or as part of the bottom section 21 and / or as part of the wall sections 22, 23.
- further connecting means and / or reinforcement 15 can be introduced into the injection mold, provided that they are to be made of a different material than the protective element itself.
- the injection-moldable plastic is then introduced into the injection mold. After the plastic has hardened, the protective element 20 can be removed from the mold and provided for the production of the concrete element 10.
- guide holes are provided, into which guide rods (not shown) can be inserted.
- the guide holes are provided either in the side walls 14 of the concrete elements 10 or as a half element in the side walls 13. When two concrete elements are assembled using the bolts, these half segments then form the guide hole.
- the concrete elements 10 of the subsequent extension ring of the tunnel extension can be precisely positioned in a simple manner, since these elements also have the guide holes and the guide holes are then inserted into the guide rods.

Description

- In
