Claims (7)

  1. Cartouche, comprenant une douille de charge propulsive combustible, composée d'une enveloppe de douille et d'un couvercle de douille (5), ainsi qu'un projectile à plein calibre (1) stabilisé par empennage, comportant une partie de tête massive (2) et un corps d'empennage de forme tubulaire (3) se raccordant du côté arrière à la partie de tête (2), la région avant (4) du couvercle de douille (5), se rétrécissant coniquement, pénétrant au moins en partie dans une région arrière (6) du corps d'empennage de forme tubulaire (3), se rétrécissant coniquement de manière correspondante, et étant connectée à celle-ci par engagement par force à l'aide d'un adhésif (7), caractérisée en ce que l'adhésif (7) est un matériau élastique servant en même temps de moyen d'amortissement.
  2. Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de couche de l'adhésif (7) est comprise entre 200 et 500 µm.

  4. Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'adhésif (7) est un adhésif au silicone.
  5. Cartouche selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'adhésif au silicone (7) est du caoutchouc de silicone.
  6. Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la cartouche est une cartouche d'exercice ou une cartouche de combat.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'une cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de douille (5) est centré au moyen d'un outil mais est disposé à distance radialement du corps d'empennage (3), en ce que l'adhésif (7) est ensuite appliqué sous forme de boudin épais sur le côté extérieur (8) du couvercle de douille (5) et le corps d'empennage (3) est ensuite poussé sur le couvercle de douille (5) de telle sorte que l'espace intermédiaire entre le couvercle de douille (5) et le corps d'empennage (3) soit entièrement rempli avec l'adhésif (7), et en ce que l'adhésif (7) est ensuite durci.
