Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Übungspatrone bzw. eine Gefechtsmunition mit einer aus einem Hülsenmantel und einem Hülsendeckel bestehenden verbrennbaren Treibladungshülse sowie einem leitwerkstabilisierten Vollkalibergeschoss mit einem massiven Kopfteil und einem sich heckseitig an das Kopfteil anschließenden rohrförmigen Leitwerkskörper. Der vordere, sich konisch verjüngende Bereich des Hülsendeckels der Treibladungshülse ragt mindestens teilweise in einen entsprechend sich konisch verjüngenden, heckseitigen Bereich des rohrförmigen Leitwerkskörpers und ist mit diesem mit Hilfe eines Klebers kraftschlüssig verbunden. Im Gegensatz zu vergleichbaren bekannten Übungspatronen mit Vollkalibergeschossen, die üblicherweise ein Kopfteil mit einer sich daran anschließenden Geschosshülle und einem sich an die Geschosshülle anschließenden Schaft mit Flossenbaugruppe umfassen, ist bei dem Übungsgeschoss nach DE 10 2010 034 333 A1 die Geschosshülle selbst als rohrförmiger Leitwerkskörper ausgebildet, so dass ein separater Schaft mit daran befestigter Flossenbaugruppe entfallen kann. Die bei Abschuss des Übungsgeschosses entstehenden Treibladungsgase gelangen bei diesem Vollkaliber-Übungsgeschoss in den Innenraum des rohrförmigen Leitwerkskörpers und wirken zur Beschleunigung des Übungsgeschosses auf den heckseitigen Bereich des Kopfteiles, der den Innenraum geschosskopfseitig begrenzt. Bei diesen Patronen werden die im Rahmen von Umweltbelastungen (Vibrationen, Herunterfallen der Patrone) auftretenden Massenkräfte der relativ schweren Geschosse im Wesentlichen durch die verbrennbaren Treibladungshülsen aufgenommen. Dabei ist es aus innenballistischen Gründen nicht möglich, zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit der Treibladungshülsen deren Wandstärke bei einem vorgegebenen Außendurchmesser wesentlich zu erhöhen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möglichkeit aufzuzeigen, bei der die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es aufgrund von Umweltbelastungen zur Beschädigung der Treibladungshülse durch das Vollkalibergeschoss kommt, gegenüber vergleichbaren bekannten Patronen wesentlich verringert wird. Außerdem soll ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Patrone angegeben werden.

Dieses wird auf einfache Weise durch entsprechende Wahl und Anordnung eines aus einem elastischen Material bestehenden Klebers realisiert, der den Hülsendeckel mit dem Vollkalibergeschoss einerseits verbindet, andererseits als Dämpfung bzw. Dämpfungsmittel dient. D.h., der Kleber dient zudem bzw. gleichzeitig als Dämpfungsmittel.

Claims (7)

  1.
