Die Erfindung betrifft eine Patrone mit einer aus einem Hülsenmantel und einem Hülsendeckel bestehenden verbrennbaren Treibladungshülse sowie einem leitwerkstabilisierten Geschoss mit einem massiven Geschosskörper und einem sich heckseitig an den Geschosskörper anschließenden Leitwerksträger, wobei der Übergangsbereich zwischen Geschosskörper und Leitwerksträger eine sich zum heckseitigen Ende des Geschosses verjüngende, kegelstumpfförmige äußere Randkontur aufweist, an welcher der mit einer entsprechenden inneren Randkontur versehene Hülsendeckel mittels eines Klebers kraftschlüssig verbunden ist. Weitere, besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung offenbaren die Unteransprüche.
Die Erfindung beruht im Wesentlichen auf dem Gedanken, zwischen dem Geschoss und dem Hülsendeckel der Treibladungshülse ein Dämpfungselement anzuordnen. Dieses wird auf einfache Weise durch entsprechende Wahl und Anordnung des aus einem elastischen Material bestehenden Klebers realisiert, der den Hülsendeckel mit dem Geschoss verbindet. Gleichzeitig dient der Kleber als Dämpfungsmittel. Dabei hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn als Kleber ein Silikonkleber, vorzugsweise ein Silikonkautschuk, mit einer Schichtdicke von mindestens 300 µm verwendet wird. Die Schichtdicke(n) selbst ist (sind) jedoch abhängig der verklebten Fläche, sodass die bevorzugte(n) Schichtdicke(n) nur als Richt -und Erfahrungswert(e) zu werten ist (sind).
Patronen mit verbrennbarer Treibladungshülse, bei denen der jeweilige Hülsendeckel mit einer sich heckseitig verjüngenden, kegelstumpfförmigen Randkontur eines leitwerkstabilisierten Geschosses (z.B. 120 mm Panzergeschoss) mittels eines Klebers verbunden ist, sind von derartigen Geschossen bekannt. Dabei handelt es sich bei den leitwerkstabilisierten Geschossen um unterkalibrige Wuchtgeschosse, bei denen der Treibkäfig die kegelstumpfförmige Randkontur ausweist (vgl. z.B. DE 197 41 842 A1 ). Aufgrund des Ablöseverhaltens der Treibkäfige und damit für die Treffergenauigkeit dient die dünn aufgetragene Klebesilikonschicht hier jedoch nur als Kleber. Die Funktion einer Dämpfungsschicht kann sie nicht erfüllen.
Der Einsatz von Klebern ist als solches bekannt. So offenbart die DE 10 2009 009 772 A1 eine kraftschlüssige Klebeverbindung zwischen einer segmentierten Aufnahmeeinrichtung und einem Treibelement. Auch die DE10055068 offenbart eine Klebeverbindung. Eine Klebeverbindung zwischen noppenförmigen Verlängerungen mit einer Stützwand wird in der DE 10 2008 029 397 A1 erwähnt. Das Verkleben eines als Dichtungsring dienenden Bereiches eines Hülsendeckel am Geschoss sieht die DE 10 2008 015 421 A1 vor. Von diesen Klebeverbindungen weg führt hingegen die DE 10 2007 037 741 A1 , die vorschlägt, die Verbindung zwischen Hülsenmantel und Geschoss durch Reibschweißen miteinander zu verbinden.
