Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'amenée de fil de stockage (10) comprenant un tambour rotatif d'enroulement de fil motorisé (12) qui peut tourner par rapport à un carter moteur (16) et est adapté pour avoir une pluralité de boucles de fil (Y) enroulées sur lui-même, lesdites boucles étant adaptées pour être déroulées sur demande d'une machine en aval et
    un capteur de déroulement de fil comprenant des moyens d'émission de lumière (46, 146, 246) et des moyens de réception de lumière (72, 172, 272) qui définissent en fonctionnement une connexion de lumière passant par une zone de détection (30c) du tambour rotatif (12) qui est adaptée pour être engagée par répétition par le fil pendant son mouvement de déroulement rotatif, moyennant quoi le déroulement du fil du tambour rotatif est déterminé sur la base d'une variation du signal de lumière résultant du passage du fil (Y) au travers de ladite zone de détection (30c),
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46, 146, 246) et des moyens de réception de lumière (72, 172, 272) est fixé au tambour rotatif (12).
  2. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46, 146, 246) et lesdits moyens de réception de lumière (72, 172, 272) sont tous les deux adaptés pour être fixés au tambour rotatif (12), ladite connexion de lumière étant adaptée pour être fermée en présence d'une surface de réflexion agencée en fonctionnement entre lesdits moyens d'émission de lumière et lesdits moyens de réception de lumière.
  3. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les axes desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46) et desdits moyens de réception de lumière (72) sont inclinés spéculairement par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du tambour rotatif (12) et se rencontrent sur un point d'incidence (P) qui se trouve sensiblement sur ladite zone de détection (30c), ladite surface de réflexion étant la surface du fil lorsqu'il engage ladite zone de détection (30c) sur le point d'incidence (P) et réfléchit le faisceau de lumière (I) desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46) jusqu'auxdits moyens de réception de lumière (72).
  4. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les axes desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (146) et desdits moyens de réception de lumière (172) sont inclinés spéculairement par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du tambour rotatif (12) et se rencontrent sur un point d'incidence (P') qui est radialement espacé de la surface du tambour rotatif (112), ladite surface de réflexion comprenant une surface de réflexion cylindrique (196a) qui entoure coaxialement le tambour rotatif (112) et contient ledit point d'incidence (P') de manière à réfléchir le faisceau de lumière (I) desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46) auxdits moyens de réception de lumière (172).
  5. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'émission de lumière (246) est agencé pour générer un faisceau de lumière qui fait saillie radiale vers l'extérieur à angles droits par rapport à l'axe du tambour rotatif (212) et lesdits moyens de réception de lumière comprennent
    un récepteur de lumière (272), dont l'axe est parallèle à l'axe du tambour rotatif et rencontre l'axe du moyen d'émission de lumière (246) sur un point d'incidence (P") et
    un miroir à semi-réflexion (266) présentant un côté réfléchissant qui contient ledit point d'incidence (P") et est incliné à 45° pour réfléchir un faisceau de lumière venant radialement du côté extérieur vers ledit récepteur de lumière (272),
    ladite surface de réflexion comprenant une surface de réflexion cylindrique (296a) qui entoure coaxialement le tambour rotatif (212) pour la réflexion radiale du faisceau de lumière (I) dudit moyen d'émission de lumière (246) jusqu'audit côté de réflexion du miroir à semi-réflexion (266).
  6. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dudit moyen d'émission de lumière et dudit moyen de réception de lumière est adapté pour être fixé audit carter moteur (16) et présente une configuration annulaire (373) faisant face en fonctionnement à une surface annulaire (330a) du tambour rotatif (312) qui contient ladite zone de détection (330c).
  7. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'émission de lumière (346) sont agencés pour émettre un faisceau de lumière à projection extérieure depuis ladite zone de détection (330c) et lesdits moyens de réception de lumière comprennent une pluralité de récepteurs de lumière (372) entourant le tambour rotatif (312) pour la réception dudit faisceau de lumière.
  8. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un desdits moyens d'émission de lumière (46, 146, 246, 346) et desdits moyens de réception de lumière (72, 172, 272, 372) est alimenté par une unité d'alimentation en courant électromagnétique (94) et transmet des signaux via celle-ci, comprenant :
    - une bobine toroïdale principale (94a) formée intégralement et logée dans le boîtier de moteur (16) coaxialement au tambour rotatif (12) et
    - une bobine toroïdale secondaire (94b) formée intégralement et logée dans le tambour rotatif (12) en rapport avec une induction magnétique avec la bobine toroïdale principale (94a).
  9. Capteur de déroulement de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'émission de lumière et lesdits moyens de réception de lumière comprennent respectivement des diodes d'émission de lumière infrarouges (46, 146, 246, 346) et des diodes de réception de lumière infrarouges (72, 172, 272, 372).
