- the rigidity required depends on the size of the main opening of the tray 1. We understand that, when the main opening is small, sealing can be ensured with a stiffening plate 11 whose cardboard is relatively flexible. On the other hand, when the main opening is large, a sealed closure requires a stiffening plate 11 whose cardboard is much more rigid.

Claims (14)
- Behälter (1) zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln, umfassend:- wenigstens eine Mulde (2), die durch eine umlaufende Seitenwand (3) und einen Boden (4) begrenzt und über eine dem Boden (4) gegenüberliegende Hauptöffnung geöffnet ist,- einen umlaufenden Deckelflansch (5) am Rand der Hauptöffnung, der in einer Deckelebene (PO) ausgebildet ist und zur Aufnahme eines Deckels zum Verschließen der Hauptöffnung dient,- eine ringförmige, durchgehende Stützschulter (6) mit einer Nutzbreite (L3), die von der Innenseite der umlaufenden Seitenwand (3) vorsteht und in einer Verschlussebene (PF) liegt, die von der Deckelebene (PO) verschieden ist, im wesentlichen parallel zur Deckelebene (PO) verläuft, zur Deckelebene (PO) in Richtung des Bodens (4) des Behälters (1) mit einem Abstand versetzt und so ausgebildet ist, dass sie in der wiederverschlossenen Position zur Aufnahme einer Abdeckung (9) auf Kartonbasis dient und deren Verschiebung in Richtung zu dem Boden (4) entgegenwirkt,- Haltemittel (7, 7a-7h), die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie einer Verschiebung der Abdeckung (9) aus der Verschlussposition nach außen verhindern, wobei:- die ringförmige Stützschulter (6) in der Verschlussebene (PF) liegt,- der Behälter (1) aus einer warmverformbaren Kunststofffolie durch Thermoformung oder durch Spritzguss hergestellt ist,- die Haltemittel (7, 7a-7h) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie die Abdeckung (9) in Anlage auf der ringförmigen Stützschulter (6) so halten, dass die Verschlussdichtigkeit gewährleisten,- von der ringförmigen Schützschulter (6) bis zu dem umlaufenden Deckelflansch (5) die Innenseite der umlaufenden Seitenwand (3) einen schrägen Abschnitt (70) hat, der sich in Richtung des umlaufenden Deckelflansches (5) verengt, um dadurch die Abdeckung (9) zur Anlage gegen die ringförmige Stützschulter (6) zu drücken.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Stützschulter (6) eine Nutzbreite (L3) von wenigstens 4 mm hat.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der ringförmigen Stützschulter (6) und dem schrägen Abschnitt (70) die Innenseite der umlaufenden Seitenwand (3) einen ersten, zylindrischen Abschnitt (71) hat, dessen Höhe kleiner ist als die Dicke der Abdeckung (9) auf Kartonbasis.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schräge Abschnitt (70) einen Neigungswinkel (A) von etwa 25° hat.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem schrägen Abschnitt (70) und dem umlaufenden Deckelflansch (5) die Innenseite der umlaufenden Seitenwand (3) einen oberen Abschnitt (72) mit größerem Durchmesser hat, der über eine Eingriffsschulter (73) mit dem schrägen Abschnitt (70) verbunden ist.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser durch Thermoverformung aus einer warmverformbaren Kunststofffolie mit einer Stärke von etwa 0,4 mm hergestellt ist.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser aus Polyester, Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid, amorphem Polyethylenterephthalat oder Polylactidsäure besteht.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diesem zugeordnet ist:- ein Kunststofffilm (10) zum Verschweißen auf dem umlaufenden Deckelflansch (5) zur Herstellung eines Verschlusses der Hauptöffnung sowie, und- Versteifungsmittel (11) aus Karton zum Verstärken des Kunststofffilms (10) auf wenigstens einem äußeren Versteifungsumfang zur Herstellung einer Abdeckung (9) auf Kartonbasis, die geeignet ist, an der ringförmigen Stützschulter (6) und den Haltemitteln (7, 7a - 7h) in der Verschlussebene (PF) gehalten zu werden, um die Hauptöffnung zu verschließen.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel (11) aus Karton über der Außenseite des Kunststofffilms (10) liegen.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststofffilm (10) über den Versteifungsumfang hinaussteht, um auf dem umlaufenden Deckelflansch (5) verschweißt zu werden.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (9) wenigstens eine Griffzunge (12) aufweist.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel (11) aus Hartkarton bestehen, dessen Stärke so gewählt ist, dass sich eine ausreichende Steifigkeit ergibt, um einen dichten Verschluss des Behälters (1) zu gewährleisten, wenn sich die Abdeckung (9) in der Wiederverschlussstellung befindet.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel (11) auf dem Versteifungsumfang (110) mit einem Kunststofffilm (10) vereinigt sind.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel (11) die Form einer Platte mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen (111, 112) haben, die mit dem Mittelteil der Platte über vorgestanzte Linien (113, 114) verbunden sind, wobei die Versteifungsmittel (11) mit dem Kunststofffilm (10) nur an den einander gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen (111, 112) verbunden sind und der Mittelteil der Platte auf diese Weise von dem Kunststofffilm (10) lösbar ist und eine zur Ausbildung der Abdeckung (9) geeignete Form hat.
