Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, wenigstens einen Artikel (4) wie zum Beispiel ein Lebensmittel aufzunehmen, wobei die Verpackung einen weichen Deckel (2), der einen Boden bildet, und eine Haube (3) umfasst, die mit dem Deckel einen Hohlraum begrenzt, welcher zur Aufnahme des Artikels angepasst ist, wobei die Haube starrer als der Deckel ist und einen Umfangsrand (5) umfasst, der an den Umfang des Deckels in einer Verschlussposition gesiegelt i s t , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube geeignet ist, in wenigstens zwei Sektoren (3a und 3b) geteilt zu werden, die jeweils mit Greifmitteln (6 und 7), die den Rand verlängern, versehen sind, und zwar bei einem Ziehen, das auf eines der Greifmittel (6) in Richtung einer Zone (8b) des Randes, die dem Greifmittel (6) gegenüberliegt, ausgeübt wird, während das andere Greifmittel (7) auf den Deckel gedrückt wird, sodass sich von dem Deckel der Sektor (3a), dessen Greifmittel (6) diesem Ziehen unterworfen wird, abtrennt, um die Verpackung in eine Position mit partieller Öffnung zu bringen.
  2. Verpackung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (3) in einem einzigen Stück geformt ist.
  3. Verpackung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (3) aus einem thermoplastischen Material des halbstarren Typs geformt ist, das geeignet ist, ein Reißen seiner Wand entlang einer annähernd geraden Linie zu erlauben.
  4. Verpackung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Material aus einem einschichtigen oder mehrschichtigen Film gebildet ist, welcher auf der Basis von expandiertem oder nicht-expandiertem Polystyrol und/oder expandiertem oder nicht-expandiertem Polypropylen und/oder Polyethylen ist und der außerdem gegebenenfalls eine Zwischenschicht auf der Basis eines Copolymers aus Ethylen und Vinylalkohol umfasst.
  5. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (3) ohne zusammenlegbaren Teil für die Erreichung der Öffnungsposition ist.
  6. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (3) zwei Greifmittel (6 und 7) umfasst, die zueinander benachbart sind und bezüglich einer Mittelebene der Haube symmetrisch sind, um ein Paar der Sektoren (3a und 3b) zu erhalten, die ungefähr identisch sind.
  7. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Soll-Reißlinie (8), die zum Beispiel aus einer Rippe oder Vertiefung mit geringerer Beständigkeit gegenüber Reißen besteht, in der Haube (3) zwischen den Greifmitteln (6 und 7) und der Zone (8a), die dem Rand (5) gegenüberliegt, ausgebildet ist, um durch das Ziehen die Sektoren der Haube (3a und 3b) auf beiden Seiten der Soll-Reißlinie zu bilden.
  8. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Greifmittel (6 und 7) aus einer Lasche besteht, die in einem Stück mit dem Rand (5) gebildet ist und die sich über diesen letztgenannten hinaus erstreckt.
  9. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone (8b), die dem Rand gegenüberliegt, in der Öffnungsposition ein Gelenk für den Sektor der Haube (3a) bildet, der von der Haube (2) abgelöst ist und von dem anderen Sektor (3b) getrennt ist.
  10. Verpackung (1) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackung verwendbar ist, um eine Einzelportion Käse (4) zu enthalten, die sich an die Wände des Deckels (2) und der Haube (3) anpasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel ungefähr in Form einer Kuppel ist und geeignet ist, ein Paar der Sektoren (3a und 3b) zu bilden, die jeweils in Form einer Halbkuppel sind.
