Claims (8)

Dispositif de poignée (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) comporte un évidement (5) et un couvercle (11), les composants électriques (8) étant placés dans l'évidement (5) et immobilisés avec la masse de scellement (10), le couvercle (11) étant transparent aux UV.
  4. Dispositif de poignée (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (11) comprend au moins un moyen de retenue (14) lequel plonge dans la masse de scellement (10) et est fixé dans celle-ci.
  5. Procédé, destiné à fabriquer un dispositif de poignée (1) pour un véhicule automobile, lors duquel :
    on met à disposition un dispositif de poignée (1) et un boîtier (2, 20),
    on place des composants électriques (8, 18) dans le boîtier (2, 20) et on les immobilise à l'aide d'une masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV, les composants électriques (8, 18) étant immobilisés avec une masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV de telle sorte qu'une irradiation de la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV soit possible à partir de l'extérieur du dispositif de poignée et
    on irradie la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV avec un rayonnement UV.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on met à disposition le boîtier (2, 20) doté d'une partie (12, 21, 22) transparente aux UV et
    on irradie avec un rayonnement UV la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV sur la partie (12, 21, 22) transparente aux UV.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on met à disposition un boîtier (2) avec un évidement (5),
    on place les composants électriques (8) dans l'évidement (5) du boîtier (2) et on les immobilise avec la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV, les composants électriques (8, 18) étant immobilisés avec une masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV de telle sorte qu'une irradiation de la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV soit possible à partir de l'extérieur du dispositif de poignée,
    on place un couvercle (11) transparent aux UV sur l'évidement (5) et
    on irradie avec un rayonnement UV la masse de scellement (10) durcissable aux UV par-dessus le couvercle (11) transparent aux UV.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'irradiation, on revêt la partie (12) transparente aux UV ou le couvercle (11) transparent aux UV.
