Claims (13)

  1. Zerlegbarer Palettenbehälter umfassend einerseits eine Palette (1), welche einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Boden (10) umfasst und welche eine Tragstruktur aufweist, die ihrerseits mindestens zwei starre Träger (11) aufweist, welche eine gestreckte und geradlinige Geometrie aufweisen, wie zum Beispiel Sparren oder dergleichen, welche parallel zueinander verlaufen und zu den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Bodens angeordnet sind, und wobei jeder derselben eine Stützfläche (11a) aufweist, die eben ist, in longitudinale Richtung verläuft und den Boden stützt, wobei die beiden Träger (11), die endständige Träger genannt werden, sich jeweils längs der beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Bodens (10) erstrecken, und umfassend andererseits einen polygonalen, quadratischen oder rechteckigen Behälter, der vier Wände (20,21) umfasst, die quadratisch oder rechteckig sind und massiv oder durchsichtig ausgebildet sind und die vier lateralen Seiten des Behälters bilden, wobei diese Wände jeweils durch zwei erste einander gegenüberliegende Ränder, nämlich einen unteren Rand bzw. einen oberen Rand, und zwei zweite einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder begrenzt sind, die senkrecht zu den ersten Rängegenüber liegen und senkrecht zu den Trägern verlaufen, und zwei zweite Wände (21), die einander gegenüber liegen und senkrecht zu den ersten Wänden angeordnet sind, welche auf dem Umfang des Bodens (10) oder in der Nähe desselben angeordnet sind und senkrecht zu dem letzteren verlaufen, wobei jede erste Wand (20) und/oder jede zweite Wand (21) jeweils mindestens einen Zapfen (4a) umfasst, wobei ein so genannter unterer Zapfen (4a) oder ein anderes männliches Verbindungselement wie ein Lagerzapfen sich über den ersten unteren Rand der entsprechenden Wand hinaus erstreckt, und mindestens zwei Träger (11) aufweist, von denen jeder mindestens ein Loch (11b), welches Fügezwecken dient, aufweist, wobei das genannte untere Loch (11b) in seiner unteren Stützfläche (11a) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Palettenbehälter darüber hinaus ein Umschlingungsmittel umfasst, um die definitive Montage zu realisieren, und gegebenenfalls Verbindungsmittel (4b) umfasst, die sich zwischen benachbarten Wänden (20,21) erstrecken, wobei der Palettenbehälter dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
    - dass die Seiten des Bodens (10) auf die Höhe jedes der Löcher (11b) zurückgezogen sind, wobei jeder der Zapfen (4a) direkt in eines der genannten Löcher (11b) eingeführt ist, wobei gegebenenfalls mindestens eines der Bretter (10a) des Bodens (10) kürzer ist als die anderen Bretter (10a), damit es gegenüber dem oder den Löchern (11b) zurückspringt, die auf seiner Höhe und auf der Achse der letzteren liegen, wobei der Boden (10) die Stützfläche (11a) eines jeden der endständigen Träger (11) teilweise und/oder gegebenenfalls einen oder jeden mittleren Trägers (11) überdeckt,
    - wobei der erste untere Rand einer jeden Wand (20,21) direkt auf der Stützfläche (11a) des entsprechenden Trägers ruht, welche nicht durch den Boden (10) überdeckt ist,
    - wobei jeder endständige Träger (11) ferner eine Fügezwecken dienende Nut (11c) aufweist, welche in longitudinale Richtung in seiner Stützfläche (11a) verläuft, vorzugsweise so, dass sie gegebenenfalls das Fügezwecken dienende Loch (11b) oder die Fügezwecken dienenden Löcher (11b) schneidet,
    - und wobei der erste untere Rand einer jeden zweiten Wand (21) sich längst des betrachteten endständigen Trägers (11) erstreckt und in die Nut (11c) des betreffenden Trägers (11) eingreift.
  2. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder endständige Träger (11) an mindestens einem seiner Enden mindestens ein Loch (11b) aufweist, welches Fügezwecken dient.
  3. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten und/oder zweiten Wände (20,21) mindestens einen Zapfen (4a) aufweist/aufweisen, der sogenannte besondere Zapfen, und dass der oder die besonderen Zapfen (4a) und das oder jedes hierzu komplementäre Loch (11 b) zu dem Letzteren
    oder den Letzteren jeweils eine Querschnittsform oder Form aufweisen, die zum Beispiel elliptisch oder polygonal ist und beim jeweiligen Einsetzen eines Zapfens ein Drehen oder Kippen jeder der ersten und/oder zweiten Wände (20) um den betrachteten besonderen Zapfen (4a) zu verhindern.
  4. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Wände (20,21) jeweils mindestens zwei Zapfen (4a) aufweisen, von denen die beiden Zapfen (4a), die Endzapfen genannt werden, jeweils einer beim Ende der zweiten Ränder angeordnet ist oder in deren Nähe, und dass jeder endständige Träger (11) auf Höhe seiner Enden zwei Löcher (11b) aufweist, die Fügezwecken dienen und von denen das eine den einen der mindestens zwei Zapfen (4a) der einen der ersten Wände (20) und der andere einen der mindestens zwei Zapfen (4a) einer benachbarten der zweiten Wände (21) aufnimmt.
  5. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Wand (20) oder jede zweite Wand (21) zwei Nuten (4b) aufweist, die Fügezwecken dienen und sich jeweils parallel zu den beiden Rändern erstrecken und zwar jeweils in der Nachbarschaft eines der letzteren, und dass jeder zweite Rand einer ersten oder zweiten Wand, die derjenigen benachbart ist, welche die angesprochenen Nuten enthält, in die besagten Nuten eingesetzt ist, und wobei der so in eine der Nuten eingesetzte zweite Rand jeweils zusammen mit der Nut eines der Mittel bildet, welche dazu dienen, zwei benachbarte Wände (20,21) miteinander zu verbinden.
  6. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder endständige Träger (11) zwei Löcher (11b) aufweist, die Fügezwecken dienen und jeweils auf Höhe eines der Enden des Trägers angeordnet ist, derart, dass jedes Loch (11b), das so angeordnet ist, sich auf der Höhe einer der Ecken des Bodens (10) befindet und dass jede erste oder zweite Wand (20), zwei Fügezwecken dienende Zapfen (4a) aufweist, von denen jeder auf Höhe der oder in der Nachbarschaft der einen der zweiten Wände liegt, während die zweiten Wände (21) zwischen den ersten Wänden (20) dadurch gehalten sind, dass ihre zweiten Ränder in die Nuten (4b) der letzteren eingesetzt sind.
  7. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur mindestens drei Träger (11) aufweist, nämlich zwei endständige Träger (11) und einen mindestens einen Träger (11), der zwischen diesen beiden Letzteren angeordnet ist und der mittiger Träger genannt wird, und dass der oder der mindestens eine der mittigen Träger (11) mindestens ein Loch (11b) aufweist, das Fügezwecken dient und auf Höhe eines der Enden und/oder mindestens eines der endständigen Träger (11) eingeordnet ist, und/oder dass mindestens einer der endständigen Träger (11) mindestens ein Loch (11b) aufweist, das Fügezwecken dient und vorzugsweise auf Höhe des einen der Enden eingeordnet ist.
  8. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (10) durch eine Reihe von Brettern (10a) gebildet ist, die parallel zueinander verlaufen und an ihren Längsrändern verbunden sind oder voneinander beanstandet sind, wobei sie sich senkrecht zu den Trägern (11) erstrecken und flach auf deren jeweiligen Stützflächen (11a) aufliegen.
  9. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er darüber hinaus einen Deckel (3) umfasst, der massiv oder durchsichtig sein kann, der zum Beispiel durch Latten oder zusammengefügte Bretter gebildet sein kann, die miteinander verbunden oder Abstände zeigen können, wobei der Deckel ganz oder teilweise die offene Seite des Behälters überdeckt, welche dem Boden gegenüberliegt, wobei der Deckel mindestens zwei Löcher (3a) aufweist, die Fügezwecken dienen und obere Löcher (3a) genannt werden, und dass ferner jede erste Wand (20) und/oder zweite Wand (21) darüber hinaus mindestens zwei zusätzliche Zapfen (4c) aufweist, die Fügezwecken dienen und obere Zapfen (4c) genannt werden, wobei sich diese über den ersten oberen Rand hinaus erstrecken, derart, dass jeder der oberen Zapfen (4c) im Schließzustand des Deckels in eines der oberen Löcher (3a) eingreift, um durch Verzapfung mit den betrachteten Wänden (20,21) des Behälters (2) den Zusammenbau des Behälters zu vervollständigen.
  10. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der ersten Wände (20) und/oder jede der zweiten Wände (21) auf der Innenseite des Behälters mindestens einen Ständer (4) aufweist, der sich parallel zu den zweiten Rändern erstreckt, und dass der oder mindestens einer der Ständer (4) in axialer Richtung durch einen oder einen von mehreren unteren Zapfen (4b) bis zu einem seiner freien Enden verlängert ist, und dass gegebenenfalls jeder der Ständer (4) an seinem anderen freien Ende in axialer Richtung durch einen oberen Zapfen (4c) axial verlängert ist, der Fügezwecken dient, und sich vorzugsweise mindestens einer der Ständer (4) von jeder ersten Wand (20) und/oder wenigstens einer der Ständer (4) jeder zweiten Wand (21) vom unteren ersten Rand bis zum oberen ersten Rand derart erstrecken kann, dass die freien Enden jedes Ständers (4) im Wesentlichen mit den entsprechenden ersten Rändern bündig sind oder spürbar gegenüber den letzteren nach innen versetzt sind.
  11. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder jede erste Wand (20) und/oder jede zweite Wand mindestens zwei Stützen (4) aufweist, von denen sich zwei Stützen (4) längs der zweiten Ränder oder in der Nachbarschaft derselben erstrecken, wobei jede erste Wand (20) einen solchen Ständer (4) aufweist, der vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen in dem mittleren oder zentralen Abschnitt der entsprechenden ersten Wand (20) angeordnet ist.
  12. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Stützen (4) auf der Innenseite des Behälters eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Fläche aufweist, in der gegebenenfalls eine der Fügezwecken dienenden Nuten (4b) vorgesehen ist, die im Anspruch 5 angesprochen sind.
  13. Speicherbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes freie Enden einer Stütze mit einem oberen oder unteren Zapfen (4b, 3a) versehen ist und eine Schulter (4d) aufweist, welche die Basis dieses Zapfens umgibt und jeweils je nach den Gegebenheiten gegen den Boden (10), gegen eine der Stützflächen (3a) oder die nach innen weisende Fläche des Deckels (3) abgestützt ist.
