Definitions

  • the invention relates to an adapter for receiving a trolley of a sliding sash, a sliding door, a sliding window or the like.
  • an adapter is also referred to as a "packer”.
  • the EP 1 496 183 A2 and the DE 33 32 360 A1 each reveal an adapter that is connectable to a trolley.
  • the adapter can be inserted in its adapter longitudinal direction in a lower side groove of the sliding leaf.
  • the known adapters have transversely to their longitudinal direction elastic projections. As a result, a game can be compensated, which arises when the adapter is narrower than the width of the groove of the sliding sash.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an adapter for receiving a trolley, which can be manufactured in a simple manner.
  • the adapter body of the adapter is designed to receive the trolley in a substantially U-shaped.
  • the two legs of the "U” are referred to as "side parts" according to the invention.
  • the side parts are connected by a bottom part.
  • a first elastic projection is formed in the region of the connection between the first side part and the bottom part.
  • a second elastic projection is formed opposite to the first elastic projection at a free end of the first side part. If the width of the adapter (measured in the adapter side direction) is greater than a width of a groove of a sliding leaf, the elastic projections ensure that the adapter in the adapter side direction is free of play in the groove of the sliding leaf. In this way, the adapter can be inserted into different widths or differently shaped grooves of sliding sashes. A single trolley and a single adapter can thereby be used on many different grooves or many different sliding doors.
  • the adapter can be produced particularly inexpensively and in a simple manner.
  • the adapter is made of plastic.
  • the advantages according to the invention become particularly clear, since the adapter can be produced by injection molding and an injection mold can easily be demoulded by the projections offset in the longitudinal direction of the adapter.
  • the adapter is integrally formed. Assembly steps for assembling the adapter can be omitted.
  • the first protrusion may include an acute angle with the plane of the first side portion opening toward the free end of the first side portion and the second protrusion may form an acute angle with the plane of the first side portion that connects with the first side portion Bottom part opens.
  • the first projection and the second projection do not project beyond the height of the U-shaped profile of the adapter body transversely of the adapter longitudinal direction and transversely of the adapter side direction (i.e., "adapter height").
  • the in the cross-sectional profile U-shaped adapter body thus represents up and down even the outer boundary.
  • a third elastic projection is preferably formed in the region of the connection of a second side part to the bottom part, wherein in the region of a free end of the second side part a fourth elastic projection is formed and the third projection and the fourth projection are offset in the adapter longitudinal direction to each other.
  • elastic projections are formed on both sides in the adapter side direction.
  • the first projection and the third projection are formed as upper-side projections, the second and the fourth projection as lower-side projections.
  • the adapter width can be adapted particularly well to the width of the groove of a sliding sash.
  • the third protrusion may include an acute angle with the plane of the second side portion that opens toward the free end of the second side portion and the fourth protrusion may form an acute angle with the plane of the second side portion that connects with the second side portion Bottom part opens.
  • the third projection and the fourth projection are not transverse to the adapter longitudinal direction and transversely to the adapter side direction beyond the second side part. The load of the sliding leaf is thereby not removed by the third projection or the fourth projection, but by the adapter body.
  • At least one projection is formed scaly.
  • a projection geometry wherein the projection is formed substantially plate-shaped and rounded at its free end.
  • the projection can be formed simultaneously elastic and stable. The projection is particularly well protected in this case against tearing off the adapter body during insertion of the adapter into the groove of the sliding leaf.
  • all projections are formed flaky.
  • the projections preferably have the same elastic properties.
  • the protrusions are preferably all formed so plastically that the projections can compensate for a variation in the width of grooves of sliding sashes of up to 2 mm, preferably 1 mm.
  • the projections are preferably formed so elastic that the width of the adapter in the adapter side direction by up to 2 mm, preferably by 1 mm, is variable.
  • the adapter is particularly easy to manufacture, if the projections are formed substantially the same.
  • a first transverse web extending in the adapter side direction may be formed on the first side part.
  • the first side part can be made particularly stable or difficult to deform in the adapter side direction.
  • the shape and orientation of the first side part thus remain substantially the same when inserting the adapter into the groove of the sliding leaf.
  • the adaptation to the width of the groove takes place primarily by the elastic projections.
  • a second transverse web extending in the adapter side direction may be designed to hold the trolley.
  • a particularly simple manufacture of the adapter can be achieved in that the adapter is formed symmetrically to a running in the adapter longitudinal direction, the bottom part intersecting center plane.
  • the adapter may have a through-hole in the bottom part.
  • a plurality of passage recesses for fastening the adapter to the bottom of the groove are formed in the bottom part.
  • the adapter therefore preferably has a plurality of sections in the adapter longitudinal direction, wherein a predetermined breaking point is formed between the sections. In the case of a long trolley, the adapter can thus be used unchanged. However, if the trolley in the adapter longitudinal direction is shorter, then a portion of the adapter can be broken off the adapter and used for the shorter trolley.
  • the adapter is formed symmetrically to a plane which is perpendicular to the adapter longitudinal direction and through the predetermined breaking point.
  • Such an adapter can be manufactured very easily and used in a variety of ways. After the breakup of sections receives a user two identically shaped adapter sections, which are each used for a short in the adapter longitudinal direction trolley.
  • the invention further relates to a sliding leaf of a sliding door, a sliding window or the like with a previously described adapter and an at least partially accommodated in the adapter trolley.
  • FIG. 1a shows a first adapter 10 which is placed on a first trolley 12.
  • the first trolley 12 is used to move a sliding sash of a sliding window or a sliding door.
  • the first adapter 10 is integrally formed of plastic.
  • the first adapter 10 has a plurality of passage recesses 14a-14d.
  • the passage recesses 14a-14d serve for fastening the first adapter 10 and the first carriage 12 to a groove bottom of the sliding sash.
  • FIG. 1b shows the first adapter 10 in the patch on the first trolley 12 state.
  • the first adapter 10 can be inserted in the adapter longitudinal direction in the groove of the sliding sash.
  • the adapter longitudinal direction is in FIG. 1b indicated by a double arrow 16.
  • FIG. 2a shows the first adapter 10 together with the first carriage 12 in a groove 18 of a first sliding wing 20.
  • the first adapter 10 has an adapter body 22.
  • the adapter body 22 is substantially U-shaped.
  • the adapter body 22 has a bottom part 24, a first side part 26 and a second side part 28.
  • a first elastic projection 30 is formed.
  • a second elastic projection 32 is formed.
  • a third elastic projection 34 is formed in the region of the connection between the second side part 28 and the bottom part 24 .
  • a fourth elastic projection 36 is formed.
  • the elastic projections 30, 32, 34, 36 support the first adapter 10 to the side surfaces of the groove 18 from.
  • the width B 1 of the groove 18 is 27.5 mm.
  • FIG. 2b shows the first adapter 10 and the first trolley 12 in a second sliding wing 38
  • the groove 40 has a width B 2 of 29 mm.
  • the groove 40 of the second sliding wing 38 is therefore wider than the groove 18 of the first sliding wing 20 (see FIG. 2a ).
  • the compensation of the greater width of the second groove 40 is effected by the elastic projections 30, 32, 34, 36.
  • the projections 30, 32, 34, 36 are namely movable in the adapter side direction.
  • the adapter side direction is in FIG. 2b indicated by a double arrow 42.
  • the adapter side direction thus extends in the "spacing direction" of the first side part 26 from the second side part 28.
  • the first projection 30 forms an acute angle with the plane of the first side part 26, wherein the Angle to the free end of the first side part 26 opens towards.
  • the second projection 32 includes an acute angle with the plane of the first side member 26, wherein the angle for connecting the first side member 26 opens with the bottom part 24 toward.
  • the third projection 34 subtends an acute angle with the plane of the second side member 28, the angle opening toward the free end of the second side member 28.
  • the fourth projection 36 includes an acute angle with the plane of the second side member 28, wherein the angle for connecting the second side member 28 opens with the bottom part 24 toward.
  • the elastic projections 30, 32, 34, 36 support the first adapter 10 exclusively in the adapter side direction relative to the groove 40 or the side surfaces of the groove 40.
  • the load of the second wing 38 is transmitted exclusively to the first trolley 12 via the adapter body 22.
  • transverse webs 44, 46 extending in the adapter side direction are formed on the side parts 26, 28.
  • the first adapter 10 is particularly easy to manufacture, since it is symmetrical to a running in the adapter longitudinal direction, the bottom part 24 intersecting center plane 48 is formed.
  • FIG. 3a shows a bottom view of the first adapter 10.
  • the second projection 32 is formed offset in the adapter longitudinal direction to the first projection 30.
  • the fourth projection 36 is formed offset in the adapter longitudinal direction to the third projection 34.
  • the other, formed on the adapter 10 projections in FIG. 3a for reasons of clarity are not provided with a reference numeral, are spaced from each other, in particular in an alternating order in the region of the bottom part 24 and formed at free ends of side parts. This allows the Adapter 10 are particularly easy to produce by injection molding, since the adapter 10 is particularly easy to remove from an injection molding tool (not shown).
  • FIG. 3b shows a sectional side view along the line CC according to FIG. 3a.
  • FIG. 3b shows that the first adapter 10 has a first portion 50 and a second portion 52, wherein the portions 50, 52 are connected via a predetermined breaking point 54.
  • the first adapter 10 is formed symmetrically to a center plane 56. By manually breaking the first adapter 10 at the predetermined breaking point 54, two identical sections 50, 52 can thereby be obtained.
  • FIG. 4 shows the first section 50 when placed on a second trolley 58.
  • the second trolley 58 is shorter in the adapter longitudinal direction than the first trolley 12 (see. FIG. 1a ). Nevertheless, the first adapter 10, or a portion 50 of the first adapter 10, can be used to receive the second trolley 58.
  • the first adapter 10 can thereby be used for trolleys of different lengths.
  • FIG. 5 shows a second adapter 60.
  • the second adapter 60 is identical to the first adapter 10 (see FIG. 1a ) educated. However, the second adapter 60 is indeed formed symmetrically to a center plane 62, however, has no predetermined breaking point in this area. The second adapter 60 is thereby made more stable than the first adapter 10 in order to be able to transfer the weight of very heavy sliding sashes to a trolley.
