Claims (11)
- Kochvorrichtung, umfassend
eine Blende (P),
wenigstens einen Knopf (K), der an der Blende (P) angeordnet ist,
wenigstens ein Öffnung (A), die an der Blende (P) angeordnet ist und in der der Knopf (K) angebracht ist,
wobei die Kochvorrichtung ferner ein Dichtungselement (1) umfasst, umfassend:- eine Dichtung (2), die die Öffnung (A) abdichtet, in der wenigstens ein Knopf (K), de an der Blende (P) angeordnet ist, angebracht ist, und die an der Oberfläche der Blende (P) um die gesamte Kante der Öffnung (A) herum angeordnet ist und aus elastischem Material hergestellt ist,- einen ringförmigen Rahmen (3), der aus hartem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und in der Dichtung (2) angebracht ist,gekennzeichnet durch- wenigstens eine Klaue (4), die mit dem Rahmen (3) verbunden ist und aus der Dichtung (2) heraustritt, indem sie sich in axialer Richtung von dem Rahmen (3) aus erstreckt, und an der Unterseitenfläche der Blende (P) anliegt, indem sie über die Innenkante der Öffnung (A) tritt, und so dafür sorgt, dass die Dichtung (2) Druck auf die Kante der Öffnung (A) an der Oberfläche der Blende (P) ausübt,- wenigstens eine Führung (5), die mit dem Rahmen (3) verbunden ist, sich aus der Dichtung (2) nach außen erstreckt und den Vorgang des Anfügens der Klauen (4) an die Blende (P) erleichtert, indem sie an der Öffnung (A) anliegt. - Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) aus thermoplastischem Elastomer hergestellt ist.
- Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) aus Silikongummi hergestellt ist.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) und die Klauen (4) aus Polyamid hergestellt sind.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Klauen (4) in gleichen Abständen an dem Rahmen (3) angeordnet sind.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Klauen (5) in gleichen Abständen an dem Rahmen (3) angeordnet und Seite an Seite mit den Klauen (4) positioniert sind.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3), die Klauen (4) und die Führungen (5) einstückig hergestellt sind.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) und der Rahmen (3) durch das Doppelspritzgussverfahren verbunden sind.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) und der Rahmen (3) separat hergestellt und manuell miteinander verbunden werden.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich wenigstens eine Halteverlängerung (6) in axialer Richtung von der Kante der Dichtung (2) zu ihrer Mitte erstreckt und an dem Rahmen (3) anliegt, der in die Dichtung (2) eingesetzt ist.
- Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen kreisförmigen Vorsprung (7), der an der Unterseite der Dichtung (2) angeordnet ist und wodurch das Dichtungselement (1) auf der Blende (P) ruht und sich auf der Höhe des Rahmens (3) zur Blende (P) hin erstreckt.
