Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination quantitative de cellules vivantes et mortes dans un échantillon biologique. Le procédé de l'invention repose sur la détermination de la quantité d'ADN présente dans l'échantillon en utilisant une réaction d'amplification d'ADN qui ne dégrade pas l'intégrité de la membrane des cellules vivantes.
