Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de sacs en film, qui présente une première et une seconde faces frontales (1, 2), deux plis latéraux (3) insérés en forme de V entre les faces frontales (1, 2) et s'étendant dans un sens longitudinal, et une ouverture au niveau d'une tête du sac (4), les faces frontales (1, 2) et les plis latéraux (3) étant constitués ensemble d'un film multicouche, les plis latéraux (3) se terminant en-dessous de l'ouverture au niveau de la tête du sac (4) et les extrémités supérieures des plis latéraux (3) étant fermées, comportant les étapes opératoires suivantes :
    a) une bande de film (9) du film multicouche qui présente une couche extérieure en matière thermoplastique soudable est préparée,
    b) des découpes en forme de fenêtres (10) sont pratiquées dans la bande de film (9) au niveau de sections où les têtes de sac (4) des sacs en film sont ensuite formées,
    c) la bande de film (9) est guidée dans une station de pliage dans laquelle, par pliage de la bande de film (9), une chaîne (12) comportant les plis latéraux (3) et la première face frontale (1) est constituée en dessous des plis latéraux (3),
    caractérisé par les autres étapes opératoires suivantes :
    d) au niveau de la chaîne (12), les plis latéraux (3) sont repliés à une de leurs extrémités (7) constituées par les découpes (10) obliquement sur eux-mêmes, de sorte que les extrémités (7) formées par le découpage sont orientées suivant le sens longitudinal après repliement,
    e) après le repliement des extrémités (7) des plis latéraux (3), par nouveau pliage de la chaîne (12) au niveau d'au moins un des plis latéraux (3), est constituée la seconde face frontale (2) qui recouvre les plis latéraux (3),
    f) après la formation de la seconde face frontale (2), sont créées des sutures de scellement longitudinal (8) à l'aide desquelles la chaîne (12) est fermée sur sa circonférence et les extrémités repliées (7) des plis latéraux (3) sont respectivement scellées en un bord de sac,
    g) la chaîne (12) est sectionnée en sacs en film individuels de manière à ce que l'ouverture se trouve au niveau de la découpe (10) au-dessus des plis latéraux repliés (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la seconde face frontale (2) est constituée d'une section de film continu et dans lequel la suture de scellement longitudinal fermant la chaîne (12) sur sa circonférence (8) s'étend le long d'un bord de sac et scelle aussi extrémité (7) d'un des plis latéraux (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel des sutures de scellement longitudinal (8) sont réalisées au niveau de la chaîne (12).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les sutures de scellement longitudinal (8) réalisées au niveau des bords du sac présentent un évasement au niveau des extrémités repliées (7).
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel, avant la formation de la seconde face frontale (2), un système de refermeture (5) est posé sur la première face frontale (1).
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la chaîne (12), pour replier les extrémités (7) des plis latéraux (3), est passée devant un dispositif de pliage qui soulève et transfère l'extrémité (7) des plis latéraux au niveau d'un bord de pliage interne (11).
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les extrémités (7) des plis latéraux de s'assécher (3) sont repliées de manière à ce que les extrémités repliées (7) soient disposées entre les plis latéraux respectifs (3) et la seconde face frontale (2).
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la chaîne (12), avant le découpage en sacs en film individuels, est coupée au niveau de ses bords longitudinaux.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel une largeur définie (a) dans le sens transversal des découpes est inférieure au double de la largeur (b) des plis latéraux (3) insérés en forme de V entre les faces frontales (1, 2).
  10. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel on achemine en tant que bande de film (9) un film plaqué multicouche qui, en cas de température de thermoscellage prédéfinie, présente, outre la couche extérieure en matière thermoplastique soudable, une couche extérieure opposée non soudable.
