Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for producing sacks, a manufacturing device for the production of sacks and a suitably produced sack.
  • Methods for the production of sacks are generally known. They are z. B. provided to produce bags as packaging material for packaging goods. Thus, it is known to provide so-called form-fill-seal methods in order to be able to preferably carry out the production of the bag, the filling of the bag and the closing of the bag in a single machine.
  • Known methods are used to z. B. from plastic material in the form of a tube material to perform the individual process steps.
  • a sealing technique is often used. For this purpose, the material of the tubing is heated until it has reached a temperature above the melting temperature of this material.
  • the molten regions are brought into contact with each other, so that a fusion, the so-called sealing, of the materials is performed.
  • a fusion the so-called sealing
  • a disadvantage of known processes is that they are restricted to simple packaging materials. If, however, an increased requirement is imposed on the packaging material, in particular with regard to the mechanical loading capacity, known processes are frequently unable to process such materials. This is especially true for multi-layer materials containing a reinforcing material z. B. in the form of a fabric, have. In such embodiments of the material, a known application of a sealing technique would possibly result in fusion of the reinforcing material and thus reduction of the mechanical strength of the reinforcing material. However, dispensing with such a reinforcing material does not allow the partially required high strength values or high mechanical stabilities of such a bag.
  • the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing sacks comprising the following steps:
  • a tubing comprising a coating material and at least one reinforcing material for mechanically reinforcing the coating material
  • a folding section of the tubing is folded over at least 180 ° to a connecting portion of the tubing and
  • the folded hose section is connected to the connecting portion.
  • An inventive method is based on the fact that a combined material is used as a hose material.
  • This tubing has a reinforcing material, which z. B. may be formed in the form of a fabric structure.
  • the fabric structure can provide the necessary strength, while the coating material provides further functionalities, in particular with regard to the sealing of the hose material.

Likewise, it is irrelevant whether a cutting of the tubing to form the exact length of the bag takes place before or after forming the bottom portion.

If, for example, a melting of the coating material is carried out for the connection of the folding section to the connecting section, then it is of great advantage if the coating material has a significantly lower melting temperature than the reinforcing material. Abstract
