Insgesamt gelingt es hierdurch, die Renovierung des Bads sehr kostengünstig innerhalb eines kurzen Zeitraums durchzuführen. Dabei werden im Rahmen der Modernisierungsmaßnahmen ganzheitlich die Rohrelemente, die elektrischen Installationsleitungen, die Badkeramik sowie die Armaturen erneuert. Hinsichtlich der Anordnung der Funktionskomponenten (Handspülbecken, WC, Dusche und dergleichen) ergibt sich eine hohe Flexibilität.
