Description
The present invention relates to a module for receiving a sliding door. The module consists of a box having an upper end and a lower end and two opposing side walls. A sliding door guide means is attached to the upper end of the box which forms a termination of the box. The box has an opening, so that a space for receiving the sliding door is formed in the box.
A sliding door or a door leaf of a sliding door device (sliding door device) of the prior art is in a closed state usually in a passage (door opening), which is formed in an outer wall surrounding the passage. To move the sliding door, the sliding door is usually pushed either in front of a lateral wall area of the outer wall or within a lateral wall area, so that the passage is now permeable to persons and objects (open state). Such a lateral wall portion is disposed immediately laterally of the passage.
In the event that the sliding door is pushed into a free space of the lateral wall area, this free space must be designed such that it can accommodate the sliding door. In corresponding embodiments of the side wall area with free space from the prior art, however, various problems often arise, as will be described below.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide an installation for a sliding door, which is quick and inexpensive to manufacture and assemble and wherein the use of the sliding door, the penetration of moisture is prevented in the building floor.
The above object is achieved by a module for receiving a sliding door comprising the features of claim 1.
The object of the invention is also to provide a method for assembling a sliding door device for a sliding door, wherein the method is inexpensive and quick to carry out. In addition, the penetration of moisture into the building floor is prevented by the method according to the invention.
The above object is achieved by a method comprising the features of
The module according to the invention for receiving a sliding door comprises a box. The module comprises at least one support element arranged in the box, which carries a trough-shaped seal. The bottom of the tub-shaped Sealing is in the area of the opening of the box at a level corresponding to the upper edge of the screed. The upper floor layer is made of any flooring that lies on the screed. In wet room applications, it is recommended that flooring on the screed of a waterproof material, such. B tiles or the like, consists. Only then is it possible for the moisture or water to reach the opening of the box.
According to one embodiment, the support element is a single element, which is arranged in the box and carries the trough-shaped seal. According to a further embodiment, a plurality of support elements are arranged in the box. The trough-shaped seal is supported by the plurality and discrete support elements. The bottom of the trough-shaped seal itself is so stable that the transport of moisture or water to the opening of the box is guaranteed.
The support element and / or the bottom of the trough-shaped seal are inclined in the box at an angle to a horizontal, so that moisture or liquid can be passed to the opening of the box.
An advantage of the module according to the invention is that the box of the module is already prefabricated, so that the installation of the module in a sliding door device can quickly take place locally. Likewise, the trough-shaped seal is already preinstalled according to the specifications of the developer or according to the building codes. In particular, the module can be mounted and adjusted in a prefabricated recess of a wall. There are only two prefabricated components to connect with each other, namely the guide means with the box. In contrast, in the prior art, a plurality of elements are to be assembled together, as already described above.
The first side wall, the second side wall, the bottom wall, the rear wall, the support element and / or a wall part for receiving at least a guide rail are made of a material that consists essentially of wood components.
Another advantage of the module according to the invention is that the module is mounted between outer walls or the module is provided with a cladding. In the case of a cladding, the side walls in the region of the opening of the box and directed towards the sliding door each carry a stop profile. The stop profile forms a closure for the cladding, which can be applied to the side walls. Thus you get a clean conclusion. In the free space (interior) of the module can therefore penetrate any protruding screws or nails, especially not when using drywall screws with a commercial length such as 30mm, since the structure with planking should have the same width (30mm in this example) as the length the screws.
In one embodiment of the module according to the invention, the box of the module comprises two opposing side walls, between which a free space for receiving the sliding door is formed. The module also includes a bottom wall. The side walls and the bottom wall each form a conclusion of the box. The module thus consists of two prefabricated components. The first prefabricated part is the sidewall and bottom wall box. The second prefabricated component is the guide device.
In a further embodiment, the guide device comprises at least one guide rail and a wall part, which is arranged around the at least one guide rail in a plane. The wall part has formed a cutout for the at least one guide rail, so that stops for the side walls are formed and the wall part forms an upper end of the box.
As already mentioned, the side walls, the bottom wall, the rear wall and / or the wall part are made of a material consisting essentially of wood components. For this purpose, inexpensive, commercially available finished plate parts are used, for example, without limiting the invention chipboard or recycled plates or other types of plates that are inexpensive. In addition, screws, nails, dowels, etc. can be easily and quickly introduced into such wall elements or removed therefrom. Special solutions (by special measures, special structures, special accessories, etc.) are also cheaper and easier to produce in this case, since the wood material of the wall elements is easy to work.
In a further embodiment, the box is arranged in a form-locking manner in a metal profile. In particular, the side walls, the bottom wall, the rear wall and / or the wall part can be arranged positively in such a metal profile. The metal profile gives the box greater stability.
In a further embodiment, at least one expansion element is provided in the module, which may also be a support element and in the free space of the box, but outside a sliding space of the sliding door is arranged. The at least one expansion element serves to ensure that the side walls of the box do not bend and thus secure sliding of the sliding door is ensured by the free space. For example, the side walls may not easily flex inwardly towards the center of the clearance, or outwardly, for example, due to the pressure that the guide means exerts on the side walls from above. The at least one expansion element exerts a corresponding back pressure, so that the side walls do not bend.
The term "sliding room" always means the maximum space that the sliding door needs in retirement and additionally during pushing.
Furthermore, an adjustment device for adjusting the height of the module is provided in the module. The adjusting device cooperates with the bottom wall in such a way that the module is displaceable upwards and downwards. So can the Assembly of the module already be made at a time when the various floor coverings are not yet completed, as explained below. As is known, a floor of several layers (coverings) constructed, for example, at the bottom of a raw concrete floor, about the insulation, a screed and uppermost of a floor covering. If, for example, the lower floor layer (for example, raw concrete floor) has already been laid, but the middle floor layer (screed) and also the upper floor layer (eg tiles or parquet) are not yet laid over, deviations from the actual total height of the floor may occur Floor come from all layers of the planned total height of the floor. Nevertheless, the module can already be placed on the lower floor layer, wherein the adjusting device is arranged between the lower floor layer and the bottom wall. By means of the adjusting device, the bottom wall and thus also the entire module can be moved up or down as needed. With the help of the adjusting incl. If necessary, a spacer to the ground, for example, feet, which are mounted under the bottom wall, thus an accurate alignment of the module in or between the various layers of the floor is possible and the dimensional stability is guaranteed. After adjustment, the middle floor layer and the upper floor layer are laid.
In particular, the adjusting device may comprise a lower support base and an adjusting element for adjusting the height of the module.
Schaden nimmt. In addition, the adjusting device should be designed such that the module does not lower after setting a certain amount over time, otherwise a fault-free sliding of the sliding door may not be guaranteed and the sliding door device may be damaged.
It can also be at least two support elements, such as feet, attached to an underside of the bottom wall, since it is desirable that the box receives a Bodeneinstand and / or a stop for the screed.
In a particular embodiment, the box of the module includes a utility supply conduit. In this case, the supply channel is separated from the free space of the box for receiving the sliding door. In this way, supply elements can be accommodated invisibly and easily accessible.
A sliding door device comprises a sliding door and a module according to the invention for receiving the sliding door according to the previously described embodiments. Due to the module and as already described above, such a sliding door device prevents damage to the sliding door during the sliding of the sliding door. In addition, such a sliding door device is inexpensive and quick to produce and stable due to the module used, as also described above.
Furthermore, an insulation, in particular edge insulation strips, can be provided for the box of the module so that no slippage occurs. In addition, the bottom guide of the box should be designed so that the sliding doors are guided. Furthermore, it is possible to provide stoppers for the open and closed state and devices for soundproofing in the direction of the floor can be provided. Likewise, retraction dampers or the like., Technically advanced components can be introduced.
The method according to the invention for mounting a sliding door device for a sliding door comprises the following steps. The assembly of a part of a box of a module is carried out with at least one rear wall, a first side wall and at least one support element. Subsequently, the attachment of a seal to at least the rear wall, the first side wall and the at least one support element takes place. The completion of the box of the module is done by attaching a second side wall, wherein on the support member in the box, a trough-shaped seal is formed. The bottom of the trough-shaped seal is in the area of the opening at a level of the screed.
According to one embodiment, the trough-shaped seal can be formed from a paint which is applied or wetted (immersed) onto the support element and at a height onto the first side wall, the second side wall and the rear wall. Another possibility is that the trough-shaped seal is placed as a prefabricated component on the at least one support element, so that the first side wall, the second side wall and the rear wall are covered to a height of the trough-shaped seal.
Likewise, the trough-shaped seal can be used as a separate component in a box which has formed an opening.
A rear wall of a box of a module for receiving a sliding door is fixed to a wall portion, so that a running direction of a guide means of the module is aligned in accordance with a sliding direction of the sliding door. By attaching the module to the wall section, the module is stable and non-tilting on the floor. The fastening is to be done so that a passage (door opening) spans the sliding door device and an opening in the box for receiving the sliding door is aligned in the direction of the passage.
The module is safely and stably positionable on the floor and on the wall section according to this method. In addition, the inventive method is inexpensive and extremely fast to carry out, since only a single and already prefabricated module must be attached to the installation and then only the remaining few elements of the sliding door device must be mounted, such as a door frame and the sliding door.
After attaching the module to the wall section, the sliding door can be mounted in the sliding door device. Likewise, after the module has been fastened to the wall section, the module can be clad or cluttered with external walls. The outer walls can, for example Commercially available drywall walls such as plasterboard walls (for example with 12.5 mm wall thickness), which form a flat surface to the outside. Furthermore, other objects can be placed on or in the side walls of the module and / or outer walls or introduced, for example plaster carrier for plastering. Likewise can be cleaned directly with a suitable plaster on the first side wall and the second side wall. According to another embodiment, an outer wall of the first side wall and the second side wall may be treated such that the trim can be directly plastered onto the first side wall and the second side wall.
In one embodiment of the method according to the invention, the guide device is fastened to the box before the rear wall of the box is fastened to the wall section.
