Claims (17)

  1. Machine d'impression (1) pour l'impression par jet d'encre sur des contenants (3) mis à disposition dans un flux de contenants (3'), comprenant une table rotative ou carrousel de contenants (2), des réservoirs de réserve (11) pour de l'encre (6, 7) à mettre en œuvre, qui sont situés sous le carrousel, au moins un groupe d'impression (5) pour l'impression sur les contenants, et un poste de remplissage (8) avec un mécanisme de remplissage (15), qui est associé au dit au moins un groupe d'impression (5) et est conçu pour la mise en œuvre temporaire d'un réservoir d'encre (9) transportable,

    dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) est relié par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'alimentation (10) à un réservoir de réserve (11), et celui-ci est relié au groupe d'impression (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une autre conduite d'alimentation (10), et
    dans laquelle il est prévu un capotage de protection de machine (12) surveillé, pour masquer et protéger de l'extérieur le réservoir de réserve (11), pendant le fonctionnement, à l'encontre d'un accès par le personnel de service, et le mécanisme de remplissage (15) est accessible au personnel de service à la périphérie du carrousel à contenants (2), dans une zone située à l'extérieur de composants de machine tournant avec l'ensemble, et à l'extérieur du capotage de protection de machine (12), de sorte qu'il est possible d'assurer un remplissage avec de l'encre (6, 7) en cours de fonctionnement d'impression de la machine d'impression, sans arrêter la machine d'impression.
  2. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) est conçu pour accueillir et notamment vider un réservoir d'encre (9) transportable.
  3. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle le mécanisme de remplissage (15), qui est notamment réalisé sous forme d'embout de remplissage, comporte une ouverture de remplissage (15a), qui est dirigée vers le haut et s'évase notamment vers le haut en forme d'entonnoir.
  4. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle il est prévu dans le mécanisme de remplissage (15), une canule (16) ou un élément similaire, pour transpercer une fermeture (9a) prévue sur le réservoir d'encre (9).
  5. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le mécanisme de remplissage (15) est conçu pour centrer le réservoir d'encre (9), en vue de guider la fermeture (9a) sur la canule (16).
  6. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans laquelle le mécanisme de remplissage (15) comporte des proéminences et/ou des creux pour le codage mécanique, de façon telle que seuls des réservoirs d'encre (9) adaptés au codage mécanique, puissent être amenés jusqu'à la canule (16).
  7. Machine d'impression selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) comporte une porte de protection (18), notamment sous la forme d'une porte coulissante relevable, dont l'état fermé est sécurisé par un système de verrouillage (19) précontraint en position de verrouillage.
  8. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la porte de protection (18) est couplée à un dispositif de ventilation (21) pour assurer la ventilation automatique du réservoir d'encre (9) lors de la fermeture de la porte de protection.
  9. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) est fixé à un élément de châssis (13) stationnaire de la machine d'impression, et est notamment intégré à un montant de châssis de la machine d'impression.
  10. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle le réservoir de réserve (11) est situé en-dessous de l'embout de remplissage (15).
  11. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle le réservoir de réserve comprend un mélangeur-agitateur (11b).
  12. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, comprenant, par ailleurs, une unité de commande (10b) pour libérer/activer une conduite de liaison (10) entre le poste de remplissage (8) et le réservoir de réserve (11), en fonction d'un niveau de remplissage du réservoir de réserve (11) mesuré et/ou calculé à l'aide notamment d'un détecteur de niveau de remplissage (11a).
  13. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 12, comprenant par ailleurs une pompe (10a) raccordée à l'unité de commande (10b) et destinée à pomper l'encre (6, 7) du poste de remplissage (8) dans le réservoir de réserve (11).
  14. Machine d'impression selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) comporte un bac de collecte d'encre (27) formé sous le mécanisme de remplissage (15).
  15. Machine d'impression selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle sont prévus plusieurs groupes d'impression (5) pour la mise en œuvre simultanée d'encre (6, 7) différentes, ainsi que des postes de remplissage (8) associés séparément aux groupes d'impression, notamment un poste de remplissage par sorte d'encre à mettre en œuvre.
  16. Machine d'impression selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le poste de remplissage (8) comprend au moins un appareil de lecture (24) pour lire des données mémorisées sur des réservoirs de recharge d'encre (9).
  17. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle il est prévu dans/sur le mécanisme de remplissage (15) un verrou de blocage (26), qui est conçu pour verrouiller/libérer le mécanisme de remplissage en fonction de données lues par l'appareil de lecture (24).
