Claims (12)
- Bahngleis mit zwei im wesentlichen parallelen Schienen (7,8) und einer Trägerstruktur aus Beton, wobei die Trägerstruktur vorstehende Schienenträger (3,5) aufweist, die mit einer Betonsohle (11) verbunden sind, die ihrerseits auf dem Boden oder auf einem Fundament aufliegt, wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) zwischen den Schienen einen im wesentlichen durchgehenden Graben bilden, wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) je aus einer vorstehenden durchgehenden Schulter oder einem vorstehenden durchgehenden Balken besteht, der mit der Betonsohle (11) verbunden ist, und wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) Öffnungen (31,33) aufweisen, die sie quer zum Gleis durchbrechen und vorteilhafterweise einander gegenüber stehend angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (31,33) sich von Aussen zu dem inneren zwischen den Schienen befindlichen Graben hin verengen.
- Bahngleis nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Schienenträger (3,5) und die Betonsohle (11) eine monolytische Einheit aus bewehrtem Beton, vorzugsweise aus Spannbeton bilden.
- Bahngleis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil der Schienenträger (3,5) einen dreieckigen, trapezoidalen oder konvexen Querschnitt aufweist. - Bahngleis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (7,8) von einem elastomeren Mantel (13,14) umgeben ist, der im Beton des vorstehenden Schienenträgers (3,5) eingebettet ist. - Bahngleis nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (13,15) aus zerkleinerten Reifenteilchen besteht, die durch ein Bindemittel unter einander verbunden sind, insbesondere auf Basis von Polyurethan, Polyäthylen, wie zum Beispiel wiederverwertetes Polyäthylen, oder andere geeignete Bindemittel.
- Bahngleis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer Anreihung von vorgefertigten Modulen besteht, die eins am anderen angesetzt und gebunden sind. - Bahngleis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonstruktur an Ort und Stelle gegossen ist, vorteilhafterweise kontinuierlich gegossen ist.
- Vorgefertigtes Bahngleismodul welches zur Fertigung eines Bahngleises mit einem ähnlichen Modul zusammengesetzt werden kann, wobei das Modul zwei im wesentlichen parallele Schienen (7,8) und eine Trägerstruktur aus Beton aufweist, wobei die Trägerstruktur vorstehende Schienenträger (3,5) aufweist, die mit einer Betonsohle (11) verbunden sind, die ihrerseits auf dem Boden oder auf einem Fundament aufliegt, wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) zwischen den Schienen einen im wesentlichen durchgehenden Graben bilden, wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) je aus einer vorstehenden durchgehenden Schulter oder einem vorstehenden durchgehenden Balken besteht, der mit der Betonsohle (11) verbunden ist, und wobei die Schienenträger (3,5) Öffnungen auweisen, die sie quer zum Gleis durchqueren und vorteilhafterweise einander gegenüberstehend angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (31,33) sich von Aussen zu dem inneren zwischen den Schienen befindlichen Graben hin verengen.
- Bahngleismodul nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Schienenträger (3,5) und die Betonsohle (11) eine monolythische Einheit aus bewehrtem Beton, insbesondere Spannbeton, bilden.
- Bahngleismodul nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil der Schienenträger (3,5) einen dreieckigen oder trapezoidalen oder konvexen Querschnitt aufweist. - Bahngleismodul nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (7,8) von einem elastomeren Mantel (13,15) umgeben ist, der im Beton der vorstehenden Schienenträger (3,5) eingebettet ist. - Bahngleismodul nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (13,15) aus zerkleinerten Reifenteilchen besteht, die durch ein Bindemittel unter einander verbunden sind, insbesondere auf Basis von Polyurethan, Polyäthylen, wie zum Beispiel wiederverwertetes Polyäthylen, oder andere geeignete Bindemittel.
