Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un sac à cordon (1), dans lequel le sac à cordon (1) comprend un sac (15) et un cordon (13), le sac (15) se composant d'un matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air,
    - dans lequel, dans une première étape de procédé, le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air est plié, le cordon (13) étant enveloppé au moins en partie par le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air, et
    - dans lequel, dans une deuxième étape de procédé pour la fabrication du sac à cordon (1), le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié est sectionné à l'aide d'un dispositif de séparation (201), le dispositif de séparation (201) étant conçu de manière à couper le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié, qui entoure le cordon (13), sans couper la cordon (13), le dispositif de séparation (201) comprenant un moyen de coupe et un cylindre (20) doté d'une rainure (21), dans lequel, dans la deuxième étape de procédé, le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié est disposé sur le cylindre (20) doté de la rainure (21) de telle manière que, lors de la coupe du matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié à l'aide du moyen de coupe, le cordon (13) est disposé dans la rainure (21) du cylindre (20).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen de coupe est une lame de coupe rotative (30), dans lequel la lame de coupe rotative (30) peut être déplacée à l'aide d'un guidage linéaire (35) le long d'une direction de coupe (D) parallèle à l'axe de cylindre (A) et dans lequel la lame de coupe rotative (30) est déplacée le long de la direction de coupe (D) sur le cylindre (20) pendant la deuxième étape de procédé.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la lame de coupe rotative (30) est articulée de manière pivotante sur le guidage linéaire (35) par le biais d'un étrier (33) et dans lequel la lame de coupe rotative (30) peut être déplacée aussi bien vers l'avant que vers l'arrière le long de la direction de coupe (D), et la lame de coupe rotative (30) étant déplacée, lors du déplacement vers l'avant, de manière espacée du cylindre (20) le long de la direction de coupe (D) de telle manière que le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air n'est pas coupé une fois le déplacement vers l'avant terminé.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié et/ou le sac (15) avec le cordon (13) enveloppé au moins en partie par le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air est déplacé le long d'une direction de transport (C) pendant le processus de fabrication, la direction de transport (C) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe de cylindre (A).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, dans la première étape de procédé, une liaison de sac est générée avec lui-même et/ou avec un autre matériau de sac.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la liaison de sac forme un premier joint de scellement (11) avec un premier bord de joint de scellement (41) et un second bord de joint de scellement (42), et dans lequel le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air est coupé entre le premier bord de joint de scellement (41) et le second bord de joint de scellement (42) pendant la deuxième étape de procédé.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel la liaison par liaison de matière génère un second joint de scellement (12), le cordon (13) étant enveloppé par le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air par le biais du second joint de scellement (12) de manière à coopérer par complémentarité de formes avec le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air dans une direction s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de transport (C) et à pouvoir être déplacé par rapport au sac dans une direction s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de transport (C).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, dans une troisième étape de procédé, le cordon (13) est découpé et dans une quatrième étape de procédé, un noeud (17) est généré dans le cordon (13).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le noeud (17) est conçu de telle manière que le noeud (17) empêche le cordon (13) de sortir du sac à cordon (1), la troisième et la quatrième étape de procédé étant exécutées dans une direction de nouage (401).
  10. Machine destinée à exécuter le procédé pour la fabrication d'un sac à cordon (1) d'après un procédé selon les revendications 1 à 10, comprenant un dispositif de séparation, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de séparation (201) comprend un cylindre (20) doté d'une rainure (21), ainsi qu'une lame de coupe rotative (30).
  11. Machine selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la machine comprend un moyen de transport, un dispositif de pliage (101), un dispositif de soudage (102), un dispositif de découpe de cordon (301) et un dispositif de nouage (401), dans laquelle le moyen de transport, le dispositif de pliage (101), le dispositif de soudage (102), le dispositif de découpe de cordon (301) et le dispositif de nouage (401) sont disposés de telle manière qu'un ou plusieurs moyens de transport transportent le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air
    - vers le dispositif de pliage (101), dans lequel le matériau perméable à l'eau et à l'air est plié dans une première étape de procédé,
    - vers le dispositif de soudage (102), dans lequel le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air est soudé de telle manière qu'un cordon (13) est enveloppé au moins en partie par le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air plié,
    - vers le dispositif de séparation (201), qui coupe le matériau de sac perméable à l'eau et à l'air sans couper le cordon (13),
    - vers le dispositif de découpe de cordon (301), qui coupe le cordon (13), et/ou
    - vers le dispositif de nouage (401), qui noue les extrémités du cordon (13) coupé.
