Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kordelbeutels. The invention relates to a method for producing a cord bag.

Typically, drawstring bags are made of a transparent plastic bag with cords attached to close the cord bag. To produce such cord bags, for example, a transparent plastic material is welded in such a way that a drawstring is formed in which a cord can be accommodated, wherein the cord can be moved along the drawstring relative to the plastic bag. For machine production, it is customary to first produce a kind of endless belt of juxtaposed plastic bags with integrated cord and then to produce from the endless belt of juxtaposed plastic bags individual plastic bag with at least one cord. When dividing the plastic bag, make sure that the cord remains intact. An intact cord then makes it possible, in a subsequent manufacturing step, to divide the cord so that it protrudes from the plastic bag and thus the ends of the cord are best suited for closing the cord bag.

To separate the individual plastic bags, it has been proven to use a hot blade that slides with a rapid movement through the plastic material and thereby obtains the desired effect, after which the cord remains intact and the plastic material is divided. A simple, direct transfer of this method to drawstring bags whose bags are made of other material, especially from water and air-permeable bag material, leads to undesirable adverse side effects. For example, the cutting time, i. the time needed to cut the bags can be increased. This not only slows down the manufacturing process, but also causes scorch marks due to the hot blade of the cutting tool, d. H. Surface damage to the bag.

A method for producing a cord bag, wherein the bag material is severed by means of a separating device, wherein the separating device is configured such that the separating device divides the folded bag material surrounding the cord and leaves the cord undivided, is made of GB1075968 A or US3079844 A already known.

Offenbarung der ErfindungDisclosure of the invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide an effective method for the production of versatile cord bags made of a water and air-permeable bag material available. In particular, it is desirable that the manufacturing process should be as independent as possible of the bag material and side effects, such as scorching the water and air-permeable bag material, as possible not occur.

The object is achieved by a method for producing a cord bag, wherein the cord bag comprises a bag and a cord, wherein the bag consists of a water- and air-permeable bag material,
  • - In a first process step, the water- and air-permeable bag material is folded, wherein the cord is at least partially enveloped by the water-and air-permeable bag material, and
  • wherein, in a second method step for producing the cord bag, the folded, water-permeable and air-permeable bag material is severed with the aid of a separating device, wherein the separating device is configured such that the separating device separates the folded, water-permeable and air-permeable bag material surrounding the cord; split and leave the cord undivided.

Advantage of the method according to the invention for the production of Kordelbeuteln over the prior art is that Kordelbeutel can be realized, which consist of a water- and air-permeable bag material. Such cord bags advantageously have a wider scope of use than the plastic cord bags known in the art. While plastic cord bags are essentially provided as a stowage device, it is intended for the cord bag according to the invention to receive, for example, ingredients for the food preparation and thus to help in the preparation of the food. For example, tea can be filled into the drawstring bag according to the invention and then brewed tea. But it is also conceivable that in the cord bag uncooked rice and / or a spice mixture is filled and the filled and closed with the cords bag is then used to prepare food. It is also conceivable that perfumes and / or the like are filled in the cord bag. In particular, the potential cord bag contents can be individually determined or regulated. For example, the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material is a pulp, in particular a filter paper which is also used, for example, for coffee pods. Preferably, the water- and air-permeable bag material is fragrant and / or aroma permeable. In particular, it is water-and air-permeable bag material having a thickness between 50 microns and 100 microns, preferably about 80 microns. In addition, the water- and air-permeable bag material preferably has a porosity between 50 and 5000 l / m 2 s, preferably between 1000 and 2000 l / m 2 s. In particular, the water- and air-permeable bag material has a tensile strength greater than 2 N / 15 mm and a tensile strength potential of more than 300 g / 50 mm, preferably more than 400 g / 50 mm. It is conceivable, inter alia, that the filter paper is oxygen bleached. In the first method step, the folding is preferably a turning over of the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material, wherein one or more cords are at least partially enveloped by the folding over. The handling of the water- and air-permeable bag material is preferably carried out so that the edge of the water- and air-permeable bag material on the surface side of the water-and air-permeable bag material, which faces away from the potential filling area of the bag, is arranged. The cord is preferably made of a wool-like material, such as cotton or polyester. But it is also conceivable that the cord is at least partially made of metal or another plastic, such as rubber. Furthermore, it is also conceivable that a bag bottom can be realized by folding the water-and air-permeable bag material. In particular, the bag material can be folded in such a way that a bottom fold is generated. Such a bottom fold can advantageously be varied simply in size, wherein the size of the bottom fold, the volume of the drawstring bag, ie the filling area, co-determined. The size of the bottom fold is determined by the water- and air-permeable bag material, which lies folded over one another in a direction perpendicular to the main extension plane of the cord bag direction and is not welded or cohesively connected to itself.

According to the present invention, it is provided that the separating device comprises a cutting means and a roller with a groove, wherein in the second method step, the folded, water and air-permeable bag material is arranged on the roller with the groove, that when cutting the folded, water and air-permeable bag material with the cutting means the cord is placed in the groove of the roller. In this case, the cord can disappear by placing the water and air-permeable bag material on the roller in the groove or the cord disappears in the groove as soon as the cutting means with the water and air-permeable bag material comes into contact. In particular, it is conceivable that the cutting means presses the cord into the groove during the second method step. Preferably, the groove is slightly larger than the cord circumference, whereby the cord is prevented from being cut by the cutting means. Furthermore, it is provided that the roller is rotatable about a rolling axis and is non-rotatable during the second method step. This allows the Roller advantageously support the transport of the folded, water- and air-permeable bag material. Cutting means are to be understood as means which can cause an immediate or delayed release of the water- and air-permeable bag material. A time delay is understood to be the time that elapses between the contacting of the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material with the cutting means and the actual splitting of the water- and air-permeable bag material. For example, the cutting means could also be designed such that the cutting means perforates the water- and air-permeable bag material in such a way that a shearing force, for example by pulling on the water- and air-permeable bag material, leads to the division of the water- and air-permeable bag material. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the roller has one or more grooves. Each of these grooves is intended to receive at least one cord during the first process step. This advantageously makes it possible to realize a cord bag which has further drawstrings which are arranged offset in a direction parallel to the main extension plane of the cord bag and offset on one side of the cord bag.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the cutting means is a roll cutting knife, wherein the roll cutting blade is movable by means of a linear guide along a cutting direction parallel to the rolling axis and wherein the roll cutting blade is moved over the roll during the second process step along the cutting direction , In particular, it is provided that the rotary cutting blade is rotatable about an axis of rotation of the rotary cutting blade and is rolled by the movement over the roller. As a result, the most accurate and clean cutting possible of the water- and air-permeable bag material can be realized in an advantageous manner, in particular fraying at the cutting edge is avoided. In particular, the rotary cutting blade has a blade region or a blade, wherein the blade region or the blade is arranged such that the blade region or the blade during the rolling of the rotary cutter blade with the water and air-permeable bag material in operative connection occurs and thereby the water and air-permeable bag material parts. In this case, the blade area or the blade can be designed differently. For example, it is conceivable that the blade region or the blade is designed such that after the division of the water- and air-permeable bag material, a structured edge is generated on the later cord bag. It is also conceivable that the linear guide has a plurality of roll cutting knives. As a result, the water-and air-permeable bag material could be cut at several points during a simultaneous unrolling of the rotary cutting knife.

In another embodiment of the present invention, it is contemplated that the roll cutting blade is pivotally hinged to the linear guide via a bracket, and wherein the roll cutting blade is movable both forward in a forward motion and rearward in a backward motion along the cutting direction, and wherein the rotary cutting blade in the Forward movement is moved so spaced from the roller along the cutting direction that the water- and air-permeable bag material remains undivided after completion of the forward movement. In particular, the rotary cutter is not unrolled during the forward movement. Instead, the rotary cutter is only rolled during the backward movement. Consequently, therefore, the rotary cutting blade is always rotated in the same direction around the axis of rotation of the rotary cutting blade and the blade area or the blade worn as evenly as possible. The uniform wear of the blade area or blade advantageously increases the life of the rotary cutting blade. Alternatively, the roll cutting knife may also be moved such that, during the backward movement, the roll cutting blade is moved along the cutting direction so that the water- and air-permeable bag material remains undivided upon completion of the backward motion while the water- and air-permeable bag material breaks during advancement of the rotary cutting knife becomes.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that, during the production of the cord bag, the folded, water- and air-permeable bag material and / or the bag with the cord wrapped at least partially by water- and air-permeable bag material are moved along a conveying direction, wherein the Conveying direction is substantially perpendicular to the rolling axis. As a result, the separating device can be integrated in an advantageous manner into the machine production process of the cord bag. In particular, it is conceivable that during the manufacturing process the cord bag is at least partially used to move the bags along the conveying direction. Preferably, the cord arranged in the drawstring is displaced relative to the bag after dividing the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material such that the cord projects out of the bag, in particular from the drawstring, on both sides along the conveying direction. In particular, the dicing of the water and air permeable bag material, the shifting of the cord and the rotation of the roller are synchronized, d. H. coordinated.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that in the first method step, a bag connection with itself and / or another bag material is generated. The bag connection preferably takes place via a welding process. It is conceivable that the bag connection can be realized by an adhesive and / or by welding. With the help of the bag connection can be realized, for example, drawstrings. In particular, drawstrings can be realized which suppress the movement of the cord relative to the bag in a direction different from that dictated by the drawstring itself. This has the advantage that the cord bag can be closed very easily and stably. It is also conceivable that in an upstream process step, the water- and air-permeable bag material is connected to another bag material, such as a plastic material and then in the second process step, the water- and air-permeable bag material and the other bag material are divided such that the cord remains undivided ,

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the pouch connection is formed by a first sealing seam having a first sealing seam edge and a second sealing seam edge, and wherein the water- and air-permeable pouch material divides between the first sealing seam edge and the second sealing seam edge during the second method step becomes. It is envisaged that the first and the second sealing seam border after dividing belong to different bags. By dividing along the sealing seam can be advantageously dispensed with a sealing of the bag after dividing the water and air-permeable bag material and thus saved time in the manufacturing process.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that a second sealed seam is produced by the material-locking connection, wherein the cord is enveloped by the second sealing seam in such a way from the water and air-permeable bag material, that the cord form-fitting in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction Direction cooperates with the water and air permeable bag material and is movable in a direction parallel to the conveying direction relative to the bag. In particular, a seam is formed by the second sealed seam. In other words, the second sealed seam creates a drawstring that guides the movement of the drawstring along a drawstring preferred direction.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the water and air permeable bag material is folded and welded such that at least one drawstring on an upper edge of the water and air permeable bag material and at least one further drawstring on a lower edge of the water and air permeable Bag material is formed, with the upper edge of the lower edge opposite. Furthermore, it is provided in this alternative embodiment that two such water and air permeable drawstring bag materials are welded together at the first and second edges to form two opposed bag openings. In this case, the one bag opening is arranged on the first edge and the second bag opening on the second edge. As a result, tubular cord bags made of water-permeable and air-permeable bag material can be produced in an advantageous manner, wherein these tubular cord bags have two bag openings which can be closed with the cords.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that in a third method step, the cord is cut and in a fourth method step, a node is generated in the cord. The third and the fourth method step preferably take place in a node machine. In particular, it is provided that a first drawstring is arranged with a cord on the front side of the bag and a second drawstring is arranged on the back of the cord bag. The front and back of the cord bag are defined by the surface sides which are parallel to the main extension plane and face each other. Preferably, the first and second drawstrings are arranged at the same height. Furthermore, it is provided that the cord end of the cord is knotted from the first drawstring with that from the second drawstring, in particular with the cord end of the cord from a respective adjacent drawstring opening.

In FIG. 1 FIG. 2 shows a separating device for producing a cord bag 1 in an exemplary second method step according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The cord bag 1 produced by the method comprises a bag 15 made of a water- and air-permeable bag material and a cord 13. It is provided in particular that the cord bag 1 comprises at least a first drawstring 16 'and / or a second drawstring 16 " the cord 13 is at least partially enveloped by the water- and air-permeable bag material such that the first drawstring 16 'and / or the second drawstring 16 "is formed by the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material. The first drawstring 16 'and the second drawstring 16 "allow the drawstring to be pulled relative to the pouch 15 of the drawstring bag 1 and can thereby be used to close a pouch opening 18. According to the invention, in a first method step, the water-permeable and air-permeable pouch Bag material is folded and in a second process step, the folded, water and air-permeable bag material by means of the separator 201 is divided such that the water and air-permeable bag material, preferably the cord to form a first drawstring 16 'and / or a second drawstring wrapped, is divided by the separating device 201, wherein the cord 13 remains undivided, that is, the cord 13 is not divided in the second process step FIG. 1 Separator 201 shown has a rotary cutting blade 30 which rotates about a rotational axis of the rotary cutting blade B. The rotary cutting blade 30 is articulated via a bracket 33 to a linear guide 35. The linear guide 35 is preferably along a cutting direction D, for example by means of a pneumatic cylinder or with an electric or electronic guide unit, movable, wherein the roll cutting blade 30 is also movable along the cutting direction D by the movement of the linear guide. In addition, the separating device 201 comprises a roller 20 with a groove 21, wherein the groove 21 is arranged such that the folded, water and air-permeable bag material after the first method step on the roller 20 is placeable, that the cord 13 in the groove 21 disappears when the rotary cutting blade 30 is passed over the roller 20 for cutting the folded water and air-permeable bag material. In particular, the folded, water- and air-permeable bag material is divided along a first sealed seam 11, the first sealed seam 11 being realized during the first method step after folding the water- and air-permeable bag material. In particular, the first sealing seam 11 extends substantially parallel to the cutting direction D and forms after the Parting the water-and air-permeable bag material at least partially the edge of at least one bag of the manufactured cord bag 1. Furthermore, it is provided that the roller 20 is rotatable about a rolling axis A. Specifically, the roller 20 is rotated when the dicing operation of the second process step according to the present invention is interrupted. By the rotation of the roller 20, the transport of the bag 15 or of the water- and air-permeable bag material along a conveying direction C in the context of the production of the cord bag 1 can at least be supported. Preferably, then the conveying direction C is perpendicular to the cutting direction D. During the dicing process, it is provided that the roller 20 is arranged rotationally fixed. In a particular method according to the present invention, it is provided that the linear guide 35 leads the rotary cutting blade 30 in a forward movement along the cutting direction D, wherein during the forward movement, the rotary cutting blade 30 is pivotable about the bracket 33 that the rotary cutting blade 30, in particular the Cutting edge of the rotary cutter 30, spaced from the folded water and air-permeable bag material is passed, whereby neither the cord 13 nor the folded, water and air-permeable bag material is cut. Preferably, the folded, water- and air-permeable bag material 10 is conveyed along the conveying direction C during the forward movement of the rotary cutting blade 30. Furthermore, a backward movement is provided, in which the roll cutting blade 30 is guided over the roller 20 so that the water- and air-permeable bag material is cut without dividing the cord 13. Preferably, forward movement and backward movement alternate, whereby at least one bag 15 for the cord bag 1 is realized.

The Figures 2a, 2b and 2c 3 are three schematic side views during an exemplary fragmentation of a folded, water- and air-permeable bag material 10 according to the second method step of the present invention. The first snapshot in FIG FIG. 1 shows the position of the rotary cutter blade 30 at the beginning of the dicing process. Preferably, the rotary cutter 30 is pulled along the cutting direction D. In FIG. 2a For example, the rotary cutter 30 has a circular circumference. However, it is also conceivable that the rotary cutting blade 30 takes other forms. For example, the rotary cutting blade 30 could also have an elliptical circumference when seen from the same perspective. Furthermore, it is provided in particular that the roll cutting blade 30 is unrolled along the cutting direction D by contact with the roll 20 and by the movement of the rotary cutting blade 30 (guided by the linear guide). In other words, it is envisaged that the roll cutting blade 30 is guided in rotation over the roll 20, wherein the rolling movement between the roll 20 and roll cutting blade 30 arranged, folded water and air permeable Bag material is parted. However, it is also conceivable that the rotary cutting blade 30 is rotated by means of a motor during the cutting process. Furthermore, the rotary cutting blade 30 preferably comprises a sharp edge at the locations provided for the cutting of the water and air permeable bag material, that is to say the points which come into operative connection with the water- and air-permeable bag material. It is also conceivable that the edge of the rotary cutting knife 30 has a perforating means, wherein the perforating means as the roll cutting blade 30 rolls over the roll 30 perforates the folded water and air permeable bag material such that pulling on the water and air permeable bag material in one direction, which runs substantially parallel to the conveying direction, leads to the division of the water- and air-permeable bag material. It is further conceivable that the rotary cutting blade 30 has a contour that allows the individual bags have a profile at its edge after the cutting. As a result, for example, drawstring bags with a serrated or wavy edge profile can be generated. Out FIG. 2a It can be seen that the folded water- and air-permeable bag material is arranged on the roller 20 in such a way that the cord 13, which is at least partially covered by the water- and air-permeable bag material, is arranged in the groove 21 of the roller 20. By this arrangement of the water- and air-permeable bag material with the at least partially integrated cord 13, the rotary cutting blade 30 is unable to divide the cord 13 when the rotary cutting blade 30 is in a direction perpendicular to the cutting direction D direction over the cord 13. This situation is called a snapshot in FIG. 2b shown. It is provided that the roll cutting blade 30 is rolled over the groove 21 along the cutting direction D and parts of the rest of the folded water and air-permeable bag material, as in Figure 2c is illustrated as another snapshot.

In FIG. 3 FIG. 3 is a schematic view and a block diagram showing an exemplary method of manufacturing a cord bag according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention. On the left side of the FIG. 3 shows the schematic view of how the water and air-permeable bag material with the partially wrapped cord 13 along a conveying direction C is moved and processed until finally a drawstring 1 is formed. The water- and air-permeable bag material and the cord 13 pass through different devices, which receive different tasks in the production process of the cord bag. In the block diagram on the right side, these tasks are documented or summarized accordingly. First, the water- and air-permeable bag material is folded in a first process step. For folding the water- and air-permeable bag material, a folding device 101 is provided. Preferably, the first method step additionally comprises the welding of the folded water and air-permeable bag material 10 in a welding device 102. After folding and welding 100 creates a kind of endless belt, wherein the endless belt comprises a first sealed seam and a second sealed seam. The first sealing seam runs essentially along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction and has a first and a second sealing seam edge 41 and 42. It is provided that the water-permeable and air-permeable bag material is severed between the first and second sealing seam edge and the first sealing seam edge becomes part of a bag and the second sealing seam edge becomes part of another bag. In particular, the first sealing seam edge ensures that the bag is closed along a side which is substantially perpendicular to the conveying direction C, while the second sealing seam edge ensures that the other bag is closed along a side which is substantially perpendicular to the conveying direction C. , The second seal seam forms a first and a second drawstring 16 'and 16 ", the first and second drawstrings 16' and 16" comprising the water and air permeable bag material which at least partially surrounds the drawstring 13, that the cord 13 is movable in a direction substantially parallel to the conveying direction C relative to the first and second drawstring 16 and 16 ', respectively. It is provided that the first and the second drawstring 16 'and 16 "' are arranged on opposite sides along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction C and perpendicular to the course of the first sealing seam 11 and the bag opening 18 is arranged between them The water- and air-permeable bag material 200 is cut along the first sealed seam 11 by means of a separating device 200, the separating device dividing the water- and air-permeable bag material but not dividing the cord 13. After the separating device 200, the resulting bag 15 becomes so relative to the cord 13 that a piece of cord on each side protrudes from the drawstring of the bag, in a third process step, the cord 300 is divided into a cord-dividing device 301 and in a fourth process step, the nodes 17 are produced in a knotting device, the Knotting device, for example, loops and / or fringes realized at the ends of the cord 17. In a particular embodiment, separating device and knotting device are combined into a dividing and knotting device.

In FIG. 4 a first exemplary drawstring bag 1 according to the present invention is shown. The cord bag 1 made of the water and air permeable bag material has first and second drawstrings 16 'and 16 ". Between the first and second drawstrings 16' and 16" the bag opening 18 is arranged, through which a potential bag contents, such as e.g. Tea, rice, perfume carrier, spice mixtures or the like, in the Drawstring 1 is inserted. Thanks to the cords 1, which extend through the first and second drawstrings 16 'and 16 "and extend beyond the drawstring and thus beyond the bag 15, a simple closing of the preferably filled cord bag 1 can be realized Cord end of the cord 13 from the first drawstring 16 'and the cord end of the cord 13 from the second drawstring 16 "are so interconnected that slipping out of the first and second drawstring is prevented. The knots of the illustrated exemplary knapsack are designed as fringes. The illustrated drawstring 1 also has to form the drawstring a second sealed seam 12, wherein the second sealing seam 12 extends until the course of the drawstring, that by the second sealed seam 12, a movement of the cord 13 in a direction perpendicular to the course of the drawstring direction is positively prevented. As a result, a secure and more stable closure system for the cord bag 1 is advantageously realized, among other things. Furthermore, the cord bag 1 on the right and the left side each comprises a first sealing seam 11, which closes the bag to the side and prevents a potential bag contents from falling out of the bag. Opposite the bag opening 18 along a direction substantially to the first seal seam 11 direction prevents the simply folded water and air-permeable bag material falling out of the potential bag contents.

Fläche des gefalteten Beutelmaterials die Größe des Beutelbodens 19 festlegenIn FIG. 5 A second exemplary drawstring bag according to the present invention is shown. In addition to the features of the first exemplary drawstring bag FIG. 4 the second exemplary drawstring bag has a further first and a further second drawstring 16 "'and 16"", in each of which a further drawstring 13 is placed such that the corresponding additional drawstring 13 relative to the bag along the course of the other first or second drawstring 16 "'or 16""is movable, in addition, second more second sealing seams 12 provide a hem formation. The two cords of the further first drawstring 16 "'and the further second drawstring 16""are knotted together outside of the drawstring bag 1. It is provided that the knot 17 slips out of the cords 13 from the further first and the second drawstring 16 "'and 16""prevented. In particular, the water- and air-permeable bag material is folded and sealed in such a manner that both the cords 13 in the first and second drawstrings 16 'and 16 "and the cords 13 in the further first and further second drawstrings are substantially not relative to the bag Furthermore, the water- and air-permeable bag material is folded such that the folded bag material can form a bag bottom 19. In particular, the size of the bag bottom 19 can be defined over the circumference or area of the folded bag material
