Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (10) pour dérouler un matériau en bande (12), comprenant une première et au moins une deuxième zone de déroulement (16, 18), dans lesquelles sont supportées à rotation des première et deuxième bobines (20) du matériau en bande (12), une zone de déroulement (18) étant disposée fixement et l'autre zone de déroulement (16) étant disposée de manière déplaçable dans le dispositif (10),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de déroulement déplaçable (16) présente un frein qui peut être accouplé par le biais d'une paire de roues dentées (34, 36) avec la bobine posée (20) du matériau en bande (12).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de déroulement déplaçable (16) se compose d'une paire de leviers de transport de bobine pivotants.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le frein est disposé latéralement à un levier de transport de bobine de la paire de leviers de transport de bobine (16), le frein étant connecté à un arbre (32) supporté dans le levier de transport de bobine, sur lequel repose une roue dentée (34) qui peut venir en prise avec une deuxième roue dentée (38) d'une paire de roues dentées qui est disposée au niveau de l'arbre de bobine (36) de la bobine (20) reçue dans la paire de leviers de transport de bobine.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la forme des dents et/ou l'agencement des roues dentées sont choisies de telle sorte que lors de l'insertion ou du transfert de 1a bobine (20), les roues dentées (34, 38) de la paire de roues dentées s'accouplent et se désaccouplent essentiellement sans perturbation en vue de l'accouplement ou du désaccouplement.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la paire de roues dentées (34, 38) peut être recouverte par un recouvrement (40) dans le levier de transport de bobine.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement de la paire de roues dentées (34, 38) présente un couvercle (40) articulé de manière pivotante d'un côté, dont le côté pivotant peut être fixé par le biais d'aimants (44) dans la position fermée.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone de déroulement fixe (18) présente, dans la région de son logement d'arbre de bobine (46), un revêtement (48) constitué d'un matériau freinant la rotation de l'arbre de bobine.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins au niveau d'un côté de la zone de déroulement fixe (18) est disposé un frein à friction (50) coopérant directement avec l'arbre de bobine (36).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le frein à friction (50) se compose de mâchoires de serrage (52) pouvant être placées autour de l'arbre (36) et ajustables manuellement.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des fixations mécaniques sont prévues pour la fixation de la bobine (20) aux leviers de transport de bobine (16).
