Abstract

L'invention concerne un sachet à soufflets latéraux à plat constitué d'un tissu composite en matière synthétique (2) ainsi qu'un procédé pour le fabriquer. Le sachet à soufflets latéraux présente des parois frontales (3a, 3b) mutuellement opposées, des soufflets latéraux (4a, 4b) insérés entre celles-ci ainsi que des bords de pliage (5) entre les parois frontales (3a, 3b) et les soufflets latéraux (4a, 4b). Des portions de bordure du tissu composite en matière synthétique (2) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre dans une zone de chevauchement (10) au niveau d'une couture longitudinale, le tissu composite en matière synthétique (2) présentant un tissu en matière synthétique (7) et au moins une couche de matière synthétique fermée. Lorsque le sachet à soufflets latéraux repose à plat, les soufflets latéraux (5) s'étendent respectivement sur un maximum de 1/3 de la largeur des parois frontales. Conformément à l'invention, la zone de chevauchement (10) est disposée de manière excentrée au niveau de l'une des parois frontales (3a, 3b) au moins partiellement au-dessus de l'un des soufflets latéraux (4a, 4b) ou sur l'un des soufflets latéraux (4a, 4b). Pour pouvoir former un tel sachet à soufflets latéraux avec le procédé de fabrication, une première étape consiste à former tout d'abord une gaine (12) fermée à deux couches à partir de laquelle une gaine à soufflets latéraux (1) est ensuite façonnée.
