Claims (15)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    - ein bewegliches Element (2), umfassend eine Öffnung (4), die auf dem beweglichen Element (2) zwischen einem ersten Rand (4a) und einem zweiten Rand (4b) mit einer Breite (L) ausgebildet ist,
    - einen Verriegelungsarm (3), der zwischen einer ausgefahrenen Position (0) und einer eingefahrenen Position (R) verschiebbar ist, wobei der Verriegelungsarm (3) dazu angepasst ist, in die Öffnung (4) eingepasst zu werden, um das bewegliche Element (2) in einer bestimmten Position anzuhalten,
    - Betätigungsmittel (5) für den Verriegelungsarm (3), das in der Lage ist, den Verriegelungsarm (3) von der eingefahrenen Position (R) in die ausgefahrene Position (0) zu bewegen, um das bewegliche Element (2) zu verriegeln, und umgekehrt, um das bewegliche Element (2) freizugeben,
    - Erfassungsmittel (6, 7), die auf das Betätigungsmittel (5) einwirken, um eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsarms (3) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) so angepasst sind, dass sie mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die an dem beweglichen Element (2) ausgebildete Öffnung (4) erfassen und auf das Betätigungsmittel (5) einwirken, um ein Positionieren des Verriegelungsarms (3) in der ausgefahrenen Position (0) oder der eingefahrenen Position (R) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Breite (W) des Verriegelungsarms (3) geringer ist als die Breite (L), insbesondere die Umfangsbreite der Öffnung (4), und die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) einen ersten Sensor (6) und einen zweiten Sensor (7) umfassen, die beide dazu bestimmt sind, der Öffnung (4) des beweglichen Elements (2) gegenüberzustehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (D) zwischen dem ersten Sensor (6) und dem zweiten Sensor (7) kleiner ist als die Breite (L), insbesondere die Umfangsbreite, der Öffnung (4).
  2. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) einer Position entspricht, in der mindestens einer der ersten (6) und zweiten (7) Sensoren der Öffnung (4) zugewandt ist und/oder einer Position, in der sowohl der erste (6) als auch der zweite (7) Sensor der Öffnung (4) zugewandt ist.
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) eine Position ist, in der sowohl der erste (6) als auch der zweite (7) Sensor der Öffnung (4) zugewandt ist und die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) so angeordnet sind, dass sie auf das Betätigungsmittel (5) einwirken, um ein Positionieren des Verriegelungsarms (3) in der ausgefahrenen Position (0) oder der eingefahrenen Position (R) zu ermöglichen, während sich die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) und die Öffnung (4) in dieser relativen Positionierung befinden.
  4. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsarm (3) getrennte Spitzen (3a, 3b), insbesondere drei getrennte Spitzen, umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, in die an dem beweglichen Element (2) ausgebildete Öffnung (4) eingepasst zu werden.
  5. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spitzen (3a, 3b) flexibel sind.
  6. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) so konfiguriert sind, dass sie mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) erfassen, die es ermöglicht, den Verriegelungsarm (3) in die ausgefahrene Position (0) oder die eingefahrene Position (R) ohne Kontakt zwischen dem Verriegelungsarm (3) und der Öffnung (4) zu bringen.
  7. Waschmaschine, umfassend
    - einen Verarbeitungsbehälter,
    - eine Trommel, die drehbar im Verarbeitungsbehälter gelagert ist,
    - möglicherweise mindestens ein bewegliches Element (2), das sich integral mit der Trommel dreht, wobei die Waschmaschine ferner eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Trommel oder das mindestens eine bewegliche Element (2) eine Öffnung (4) umfassen, in die der Verriegelungsarm (3) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) eingepasst werden kann, um die Trommel oder das mindestens eine bewegliche Element (2) in einer bestimmten Position anzuhalten.
  8. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel mit einer ersten Welle verbunden ist, dass das mindestens eine bewegliche Element eine Riemenscheibe (2) ist, die an einem Ende der ersten Welle der Trommel befestigt und mittels eines Antriebsriemens mit einer zweiten Welle eines Elektromotors zum Bewegen der Trommel verbunden ist, und dass die Riemenscheibe (2) die Öffnung (4) umfasst.
  9. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (4) ein offenes Fenster oder ein Loch ist, das am Umfang des mindestens einen beweglichen Elements (2) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Verriegeln oder Freigeben eines beweglichen Elements (2), umfassend eine Öffnung (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren mittels einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 durchgeführt wird und dass es den Schritt des Bewegens des Verriegelungsarms (3) von der eingefahrenen Position (R) in die ausgefahrene Position (0) oder umgekehrt umfasst, wenn die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) die mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die an dem beweglichen Element (2) ausgebildete Öffnung (4) erfassen.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die mindestens eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) eine Position ist, in der sowohl der erste als auch der zweite Sensor (6, 7) der Öffnung (4) zugewandt sind.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt des Bewegens des Verriegelungsarms (3) von der eingefahrenen Position (R) in die ausgefahrene Position (0) oder umgekehrt umfasst, wenn der erste Sensor (6) und der zweite Sensor (7) der Öffnung (4) zugewandt sind und sich in gleichem Abstand vom ersten (4a) und zweiten (4b) Rand der Öffnung (4) befinden.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte zum Verriegeln des beweglichen Elements (2) nacheinander wie folgt ablaufen:
    - das bewegliche Element (2) drehen zu lassen, bis eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) erreicht ist, bei der die Erfassungsmittel, insbesondere sowohl der erste Sensor (6) als auch der zweite Sensor (7), der Öffnung (4) zugewandt sind,
    - den Verriegelungsarm (3) aus der eingefahrenen Position (R) in die ausgefahrene Position (0) bewegen, um das bewegliche Element (2) zu verriegeln.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte zum Freigeben des beweglichen Elements (2) nacheinander wie folgt ablaufen: Drehen des beweglichen Elements (2), bis eine relative Positionierung der Erfassungsmittel (6, 7) in Bezug auf die Öffnung (4) erreicht ist, in der der Verriegelungsarm (3) keinen Kontakt mit dem ersten (4a) und zweiten (4b) Rand der Öffnung (4) aufweist, Bewegen des Verriegelungsarms (3) von der ausgefahrenen Position (0) in die eingefahrene Position (R), um das bewegliche Element (2) freizugeben.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schritt des Drehens des beweglichen Elements (2) ein Schritt vorausgeht, in dem die Erfassungsmittel (6, 7), insbesondere der erste Sensor (6) und/oder der zweite Sensor (7), erfassen, ob der Verriegelungsarm (3) in Kontakt mit dem ersten Rand (4a) oder dem zweiten Rand (4b) der Öffnung (4) ist, um die Drehrichtung des beweglichen Elements (2) zu bestimmen.
