- a compensation spring 17 can be integrated on the flexible part of the dispensing pusher 15. These compensation springs 17 can be injected at the same time as the dispensing pusher 15 or the flexible element 7 and thus be one piece.
- These compensation springs 17 can be applied in both variants with flexible portion 7 integrated or not to the dispensing pusher. These compensation springs 17 are in permanent contact with the ceiling 8 of the cover 6 even in the rest position. These compensation springs 17 thus make it possible to permanently hold the dispensing pusher 15 or the flexible element 7 against the ceiling 8 of the cover 6 even in the rest phase without opening and actuating the dispensing member 1. They thus compensate for the inevitable play in the vertical assemblies and variable heights of the integrated lateral actuation push-button 15. When pressure is exerted on the two bearing surfaces 9, the compensation springs 17 immediately collapse against the ceiling 8 of the cover 6 and the top of the flexible portion 18 of the dispensing pusher 15 or the flexible portion 7 immediately abuts against the ceiling 18 of the cover 6. The advantage of these compensation springs is to avoid any movement or sloshing of the flexible portion 7 or the dispensing pusher with integrated actuation 15 in the rest position.
- Figures 6 and 7 show a second variant of the present invention.
- This variant is advantageous to implement in the case of bottle and luxury product.
- the two bearing surfaces 9 of the flexible element 7 no longer protrude from the cover 6 but lie in the extension thereof.
