Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbel mit einem an einem Möbelkorpus schwenkbar, insbesondere hochschwenkbar, gelagerten Möbelteil und mit zwei beidseitig des Möbelteils am Möbelkorpus angeordneten Push-to-open-Beschlägen zum Ausstoßen des Möbelteils aus seiner geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position, wenn der Benutzer auf das geschlossene Möbelteil drückt, wobei die Push-to-open-Beschläge jeweils einen verschiebbar geführten, durch eine Feder in Ausstoßrichtung des Möbelteils vorgespannten Auswerferstößel, eine eine Herzkurve aufweisende Ausstoßführung und einen am Auswerferstößel angelenkten Steuerhebel aufweisen, welcher in der Ausstoßführung geführt ist und in der Rastmulde der Herzkurve den Auswerferstößel gegen die Ausstoßkraft der Feder verrastet.
  • Ein derartiges Möbel ist beispielsweise aus der WO 2011/020130 A1 bekannt geworden. Bei diesem Möbel können zwei Ausstoßvorrichtungen jeweils am seitlichen, unteren Bereich des Möbelkorpus angeordnet sein, die nach dem Kugelschreiberprinzip funktionieren können.
  • Bei kleinen, leichten Hochschwenkklappen reicht in der Regel ein Push-to-open-Beschlag, um die geschlossene Klappe durch Druck auf die Klappenfront zu öffnen. Bei großen, schweren Klappen hingegen müssen zwei Push-to-open-Beschläge zum Einsatz kommen, um die Klappe ausreichend weit aufzustoßen. Allerdings kann es bei zwei Push-to-open-Beschlägen passieren, dass bei einseitigem Druck auf die Klappenfront nur der Auswerferstößel des einen Push-to-open-Beschlags aus seiner Herzkurve entrastet und der Auswerferstößel des anderen Push-to-open-Beschlags nicht. Beim nochmaligen Eindrücken der Front rastet der zuvor ausgerastete Auswerferstößel in seine Rastmulde wieder ein und der zuvor nicht ausgerastete Auswerferstößel nunmehr aus seiner Rastmulde aus, so dass die beiden Auswerferstößel gegenläufig arbeiten.
  • Demgegenüber ist es die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, solche Fehlfunktionen bei einem Möbel der eingangs genannten Art sicher zu verhindern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Federn, die Länge eines aus der Rastmulde herausführenden Auswurfasts der Herzkurven und das Gewicht des Möbelteils derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass, wenn nach Drücken auf das geschlossene Möbelteil nur einer der beiden Auswerferstößel entrastet ist, der Steuerhebel des entrasteten Auswerferstößels in dem aus der Rastmulde herausführenden Auswurfast der jeweiligen Herzkurve geführt bleibt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind die Ausstoßkraft der Feder, die Länge des aus der Rastmulde wegführenden Auswurfasts der Herzkurve und das Gewicht des Möbelteils derart aufeinander abgestimmt, dass bei Entrasten nur eines der beiden Auswerferstößel der Steuerhebel des entrasteten Auswerferstößels den Auswurfast der Herzkurve nicht verlässt. Bei nochmaligem Druck auf die Front des beweglichen Möbelteils wird der Steuerhebel, gegen die Wirkung der Feder, im Auswurfast vollständig zurückgedrückt, ohne dabei in die Rastmulde der Herzkurve zu gelangen. Zugleich rastet nun auch der zuvor nicht ausgerastete andere Auswerferstößei aus seiner Rastmulde aus, so dass beide Auswerferstößel synchron arbeiten und mit der Kraft ihrer beiden Federn das Möbelteil ausstoßen. Dabei treten beide Steuerhebel aus dem Auswurfast ihrer jeweiligen Herzkurve vollständig aus, um dann beim Schließen des Möbelteils in den anderen Ast der Herzkurve einzutreten, der in die Rastmulde hinführt.
  • Besonders bevorzugt weist die Ausstoßführung einen gemeinsamen Führungsabschnitt auf, in den, gesehen in Ausstoßrichtung, die beiden Äste der Herzkurve münden. Vorteilhaft ist der gemeinsame Führungsabschnitt mindestens so lang wie der Auswurfast der Herzkurve.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen und der Zeichnung. Die gezeigte und beschriebene Ausführungsform ist nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern hat vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter für die Schilderung der Erfindung.

  • Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Klappenmöbel 1, wie z.B. ein Hochschrank, umfasst einen nach vorne offenen Möbelkorpus 2 und eine daran um eine horizontale Achse 3 schwenkbar gelagerte Klappe 4, die aus ihrer den Möbelkorpus verschließenden, geschlossenen Stellung in die gezeigte geöffnete Stellung hochschwenkbar ist.
  • Der Möbelkorpus 2 weist an seiner rechten und linken unteren Ecke, also in axialer Richtung zueinander versetzt, zwei identische Push-to-open-Beschläge 10 auf um durch Druck auf die Klappenfront die Klappe 2 aus ihrer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position auszustoßen.
  • Wie in Fign. 2a, 2b gezeigt, weist der Push-to-open-Beschlag 10 eine Gehäusehülse 11 mit einem darin linear verschiebbar geführten hülsenförmigen Auswerferstößel 12 auf. In den Fign. 2a, 2b ist der Auswerferstößel 12 in seiner maximal ausgestoßenen Stellung dargestellt, in der er mit seinem geschlossenen vorderen Stößelende in Ausstoßrichtung 13 aus der Gehäusehülse 11 vorsteht. In der maximal ausgestoßenen Stellung liegt der Auswerferstößel 12 an einem innenseitigen Endanschlag (nicht gezeigt) der Gehäusehülse 11 an.
  • Wie in Fig. 2b gezeigt, ist der Auswerferstößel 12 in Ausstoßrichtung 13 mittels einer Druckfeder 14 vorgespannt, die einenends an einem rückseitigen Verschlussstopfen 15 der Gehäusehülse 11 und andernends innen am vorderen Stößelende abgestützt ist. Innen am vorderen Stößelende ist weiterhin ein stabförmiges Verlängerungsteil 16 befestigt, an dessen freiem Ende ein Steuerhebel 17 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Das abgewinkelte freie Ende 18 des Steuerhebels 17 ist in einer Ausstoßführung 19 geführt, die in dem Verschlussstopfen 15 ausgebildet ist.
  • Der Verschlussstopfen 15 ist aus den beiden in Fig. 3 gezeigten Hälften 15a, 15b zusammengesetzt, wobei die Ausstoßführung 19 für das freie Ende 18 des Steuerhebels 17 in der Innenseite der Hälfte 15a ausgebildet ist. Die Innenseite der anderen Hälfte 15b weist eine Längsaussparung 20 auf, die das Verschwenken des Steuerhebels 17 ermöglicht.
  • Wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, weist die Ausstoßführung 19 eine Herzkurve (Führungskulisse) 21 mit einem in die Rastmulde 22 der Herzkurve 21 hinführenden Einführast 21a und einem aus der Rastmulde 22 herausführenden Auswurfast 21 b sowie einen gemeinsamen Führungsabschnitt 23 auf, in den, gesehen in Ausstoßrichtung 13, die beiden Äste 21a, 21 b der Herzkurve 21 münden. Der gemeinsame Führungsabschnitt 23 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel fast doppelt so lang wie der Auswurfast 21 b der Herzkurve 21. Gesehen entgegen der Ausstoßrichtung 13 schließt sich an den Auswurfast 21 b ein nicht in die Rastmulde 22 hinführender Verlängerungsabschnitt 24 an, der sich entgegen der Ausstoßrichtung 13 über die Rastmulde 22 hinaus erstreckt.
  • In der in Fig. 1 gezeigten hochgeschwenkten Klappenposition sind die beiden Auswerferstößel 12 maximal weit aus den Gehäusehülsen 11 ausgefahren, und das freie Ende 18 der Steuerhebel 17 befindet sich jeweils im vorderen Endbereich des gemeinsamen Führungsabschnittes 23. Beim manuellen Schließen der Klappe 4 werden die Auswerferstößel 12 gegen die Kraft der Druckfedern 14 in die Gehäusehülsen 11 eingeschoben, wodurch die Steuerhebel 17 jeweils in ihren Einführast 21a eintreten und darin bis in die Rastmulde 22 geführt werden. In dieser Rastposition sind die Auswerferstößel 12 gegen die Ausstoßkraft der Druckfedern 14 verriegelt. Durch Drücken auf die geschlossene Klappenfront werden die Klappe 4 und damit auch die Auswerferstößel 12 samt Steuerhebel 17 um einige Millimeter entgegen der Ausstoßrichtung 13 verschoben, wodurch der Steuerhebel 17 aus der Rastmulde 22 entrastet wird und in den Auswurfast 21 b eintritt. Angetrieben von den beiden Druckfedern 14 werden die beiden Auswerferstößel 12 und damit auch die Klappe 4 nach vorne ausgestoßen, wobei die freien Enden 18 der Steuerhebel 17 wieder in den vorderen Endbereich des gemeinsamen Führungsabschnittes 23 gelangen.
  • Die Druckfeder 14, die Länge des Auswurfasts 21 b und das Klappengewicht sind derart aufeinander abgestimmt, dass bei versehentlichen Entrasten nur eines der beiden Auswerferstößel 12, z.B. aufgrund einer einseitigen Betätigung der Klappenfront, der Steuerhebel 17 des entrasteten Auswerferstößels 12 in dem Auswurfast 21 b seiner Herzkurve 21 geführt bleibt, also nicht in den gemeinsamen Führungsabschnitt 23 bzw. in den Einführast 21a gelangen kann. Bei nochmaligem Druck auf die Klappenfront wird der Steuerhebel 17, gegen die Wirkung der Druckfeder 14, im Auswurfast 21 b und dann weiter in den Verlängerungsabschnitt 24 zurückgedrückt, ohne dabei in die Rastmulde 22 der Herzkurve 21 zu gelangen. Zugleich rastet nun auch der zuvor nicht ausgerastete andere Auswerferstößel 12 aus seiner Rastmulde 22 aus, so dass beide Auswerferstößel 12 synchron arbeiten und mit der Kraft ihrer beiden Druckfedern 14 die Klappe 2 aufstoßen. Dabei treten beide Steuerhebel 14 aus dem Auswurfast 21 b ihrer jeweiligen Herzkurve 21 vollständig aus, um dann beim Schließen der Klappe 4 in den Einführast 21 a der Herzkurve 21 einzutreten.

Claims (4)

  1. Möbel (1) mit einem an einem Möbelkorpus (2) schwenkbar, insbesondere hochschwenkbar, gelagerten Möbelteil (4) und mit zwei beidseitig des Möbelteils (4) am Möbelkorpus (2) angeordneten Push-to-open-Beschlägen (10) zum Ausstoßen des Möbelteils (4) aus seiner geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position, wenn der Benutzer auf das geschlossene Möbelteil (4) drückt,
    wobei die Push-to-open-Beschläge (10) jeweils einen verschiebbar geführten, durch eine Feder (14) in Ausstoßrichtung (13) des Möbelteils (4) vorgespannten Auswerferstößel (12), eine eine Herzkurve (21) aufweisende Ausstoßführung (19) und einen am Auswerferstößel (12) angelenkten Steuerhebel (18) aufweisen, welcher in der Ausstoßführung (19) geführt ist und in der Rastmulde (22) der Herzkurve (21) den Auswerferstößel (12) gegen die Ausstoßkraft der Feder (14) verrastet, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Federn (14), die Länge eines aus der Rastmulde (22) herausführenden Auswurfasts (21 b) der Herzkurven (21) und das Gewicht des Möbelteils (4) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass, wenn nach Drücken auf das geschlossene Möbelteil (4) nur einer der beiden Auswerferstößel (12) entrastet ist, der Steuerhebel (17) des entrasteten Auswerferstößels (12) in dem aus der Rastmulde (22) herausführenden Auswurfast (21 b) der jeweiligen Herzkurve (21) geführt bleibt.
  2. Möbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstoßführung (19) einen gemeinsamen Führungsabschnitt (23) aufweist, in den, gesehen in Ausstoßrichtung (13), die beiden Äste (21 a, 21 b) der Herzkurve (21) münden.
  3. Möbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Führungsabschnitt (23) mindestens so lang wie der Auswurfast (21b) der Herzkurve (21) ist.
  4. Möbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich, gesehen entgegen der Ausstoßrichtung (13), an den Auswurfast (21 b) ein nicht in die Rastmulde (22) hinführender Verlängerungsabschnitt (24) anschließt, der sich entgegen der Ausstoßrichtung (13) über die Rastmulde (22) hinaus erstreckt.
