Claims (7)
- Kabeltransportsystem zum Bewegen von Transporteinheiten entlang einer gegebenen Spur, wobei das Kabeltransportsystem (1) eine Mehrzahl von festen Schienen (4, 5, 6, 7) in einer gegebenen Ebene (P); und einen Schalter (8) umfasst, der sich zwischen den festen Schienen (4, 5, 6, 7) befindet, und umfassend:- erste und zweite bewegliche Schienen (15, 16), die abwechselnd bewegliche sind und dazu ausgelegt sind, jeweilige Arbeitspositionen, in denen die beweglichen Schienen (15, 16) entlang der gegebenen Ebene (P) liegen, und jeweiligen Ruhepositionen einzunehmen, in denen sich die beweglichen Schienen (15, 16) unterhalb der gegebenen Ebene (P) befinden;- eine Betätigungsanordnung (17), die einen Aktor (18) zum Bewegen der ersten und der zweiten beweglichen Schiene (15, 16) umfasst;- einen Gelenkmechanismus (19), der einen Freiheitsgrad aufweist und ein erstes Gelenkparallelogramm (20), das die erste bewegliche Schiene (15), zwei erste Kurbeln (21, 22) und eine feste Struktur (23) umfasst; und ein zweites Gelenkparallelogramm (24) umfasst, das die zweite bewegliche Schiene (16), zwei zweiten Kurbeln (25, 26) und die feste Struktur (23) umfasst,- wobei die erste und die zweite bewegliche Schiene (15, 16) in ihren jeweiligen Arbeitspositionen an jeweiligen festen Schienen (7, 5) anliegen und jeweilige Rotations-Translationsbewegungen ausführen; wobei sich die jeweiligen Arbeitspositionen, die den jeweiligen ersten und zweiten Kurbeln (21, 22, 25, 26) Kurbeln entsprechen, geringfügig jenseits ihrer jeweiligen oberen Totpunktpositionen befinden.
- System nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine der ersten Kurbeln (21, 22) und eine der zweiten Kurbeln (25, 26) verbunden sind, vorzugsweise um sich um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (A1; A2) zu drehen, und durch eine Welle (27; 28) koaxial zu der gemeinsamen Drehachse (A1; A2) verbunden sind.
- System nach Anspruch 2, wobei die ersten Kurbeln (21, 22) in Bezug auf die zweiten Kurbeln (25, 26) winkelversetzt sind.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schalter (8) Stützen bzw. Träger (31) zum Stützen bzw. Tragen der beweglichen Schienen (15, 16) in ihren jeweiligen Ruhepositionen umfasst.
- System nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stützen (31) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie den letzten Teil der Bewegung der beweglichen Schienen (15, 16) nahe den jeweiligen Ruhepositionen abfedern bzw. dämpfen.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, und umfassend zumindest ein Hilfsantriebssystem (12, 13, 14), das sich in der Nähe des Schalters (8) befindet.
- System nach Anspruch 6, wobei sich das Hilfsantriebssystem (12, 13, 14) unterhalb der gegebenen Ebene (P) befindet.
