This provides the engines, which cannot be positioned under the railed system vehicles comprising low floor and two-piece bogie (10), to be positioned in said engine housing (24, 34) on the bogie (10).

Claims (8)

  1. Zweiteiliges Drehgestell (10) für ein Niederflur-Schienenfahrzeug, worin das zweiteilige Drehgestell (10) Radsätze (72) sowie beidseitig durch eine gelenkige Verbindung miteinander verbunden vorgesehene und an einem Radsystem (70), wo die Radsätze (72) vorgesehen sind, positionierte Trägerteile (20, 30), in diesen Trägerteilen (20, 30) ausgebildete Sitzteile (23, 33) und in diesen Sitzteilen (23, 33) positionierte zweite Ffederung (60) umfasst, wobei die Sitzteile (23, 33) je ein Wandelement (232, 332) mit einer in Abhängigkeit vom Radradius (r) bestimmten Einbauhöhe (h) umfassen, so dass eine Positionierung der Radsätze (72) unterhalb der Sitzteile (23, 33) gewährleistet werden kann, sowie eine in der Fortsetzung des Wandelements (232, 332) ausgestaltete und die Positionierung der zweiten Federungen (60) auf den Radsätzen (72) gewährleistende Einbauplatte (234, 334), so dass gegen die im zweiteiligen Drehgestell (10) auftretenden Geräusche und Schwingungen eine Isolierung bereitgestellt werden kann; wobei das zweiteilige Drehgestell (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Einbauhöhe (h) des Wandelements (232, 332) den gleichen Wert besitzt wie die Höhe vom Achsenzentrum der Radsätze (72) zur unteren Oberfläche der Einbauplatte (234, 334).
  2. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzteile (23, 33) auf den vier symmetrischen Eckpunkten des Drehgestells (10) vorgesehen sind, so dass die Sitzteile (23, 33) sich auf je einem Radsatz (72) befinden.
  3. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bereitstellung einer ausgeglichenen Verteilung von auf die Sitzteile (23, 33) angreifenden Lasten ein Verbindungsarm (231, 331) vorgesehen ist, das so ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich in der Fortsetzung des Wandelements (232, 332) erstreckt, so dass es eine Verbindung des Wandelements (232, 332) zu den Sitzteilen (23, 33) herstellt.
  4. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzteile (23, 33) je eine Vertiefung (233, 333) umfassen, wobei eine Achswelle (71) des Radsystems (70) am Wandelement (232, 332) so angebracht und ausgestaltet ist, dass die Sitzteile (23, 33) auf der Achswelle (71) gelagert sind.
  5. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein auf der Einbauplatte (234, 334) ausgestaltetes Gehäuse (236, 336) umfasst, worin die zweite Federung (60) untergebracht ist.
  6. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Ende des Wandelements (232, 332) Gehäusen (237, 337) vorgesehen sind, worin die ersten Federungen (50) untergebracht und an den zwei Seiten der Vertiefung (233, 333) ausgestaltet sind.
  7. Drehgestell (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einbauhöhe (h) in Abhängigkeit vom maximalen Radradius (r) eines ein Niederflur-Schienenfahrzeuges bestimmt wird.
  8. Drehgestell (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einbauplatte (234, 334) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie in Bezug auf das Radsystem (70) im Wesentlichen parallel ausgerichtet ist.
